I purchase 4 tickets for ******* concert, they cancelled my tickets, I tried to contact them, and I couldn’t. Cancelling my tickets is not that of a big problem for me. What I am really md for, is they never refund me my money.Vivid Seats LLC

Ordered tickets to NCAA basketball game, got charged and never got the tickets and was not able to go to the game. Customer service said “they were looking into it” even after game had started. Denied refund since “event wasn’t cancelled” even tho I never received my tickets. Do not order tickets with them. I never will again.Vivid Seats LLC

Untrustworthy ticket platform. Purchased concert tickets to have delivered next day. No tickets, no refund and no assistance on contacting seller or reprint of tickets. Lost over $2k! Would not trust purchasing tickets from this platform that are not electronically transferred.Vivid Seats LLC

Hi Adam, we absolutely understand your concern about the delivery of your tickets. Upon review, we located the tickets you had originally ordered and can confirm via the tracking number that we emailed to you that a delivery was attempted on February 4th around 11 AM. Since these tickets required a signature and you were not available to sign for them at the time of delivery, they were taken back to a UPS Access Point for you to pick up on the next available business day. For such high-value orders, we typically require signature for delivery to help ensure your tickets are delivered to the right hands. As UPS did attempt delivery prior to the event, this would not be considered an error on their part. I’ve only purchased tickets from this site twice. The second time was one of my worst experiences trying to buy event tickets. I attempted to purchase regular GA tickets for the upcoming **** *** *** concert in Virginia Beach and after check out realized there was only one ticket when I KNOW I set the purchase number to two. I quickly realized my mistake and went to cancel my order but I guess they don’t believe in allowing buyers to cancel orders. So I quickly attempted to purchase another ticket. Well they sold me another ticket on the other side of the stadium away from my partner when I know I slowed down to make sure we at least got the same section. Couldn’t cancel that ticket either. I tried not to trip thinking I could sell them forward. Well my tickets were an e-transfer from one of their profesional scalpers and I cannot sell these tickets on any reputable site because most reputable sites don’t allow e-transfer tickets. Customer service told me they will not help me because I already “accepted” the tickets. I wasn’t sure what that meant and they informed me that by clicking “view tickets” on the email they sent me to confirm my purchase I had accepted the tickets. When asking if they would help me resale the tickets they told me that they could not as they would not sell e-transfer tickets(but they allowed someone to sell them to me). Now I am stuck with two way over priced tickets for a concert I will not be able to enjoy with the person I wanted to go with. The sale of these tickets even violates Virginia state code which states:“No person that issues tickets for admission to an event shall issue any such ticket solely through a delivery method that PREVENTS the buyer from lawfully reselling on a site of their choice”Their response to me letting them know that was “well you can sell the tickets to your friends or family. We can’t do anything”. DO NOT BUY EVENT TICKETS FROM THIS SITE. Just go through ****** ****** or the event website directly.Vivid Seats LLC

Hi Laurymar, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication about the location of your two tickets and have been attempting to reach you by phone to discuss your orders. It appears you purchased tickets for the Lawn section, which are GA. This means that despite the tickets you received showing different "rows" or "sections" they are still part of the same Lawn section. Since they are General Admission, you can stand or sit anywhere in the lawn as you see fit. This means that you can sit together with your fellow guest and enjoy the show without worry about being in separate sections. If you did not in fact receive two Lawn tickets but received a different section for one of your orders, please call us or reach out to our specialized team via Direct Message on a social media platform of choice so we can assist you.Review fromMike K

Bought floor seats for globetrotters for my grandkids. Last minute they said tix were unavailable, equal or better unavailable but could take worse seats or cancel.Im on hold right now waiting for a supervisor from customer service but the rep says she has no ability to connect to anyone in authority as they just transact and take complaints. Then they send me back to the person I started with.Id like to invite anyone reading this and the other similar reviewers to contact me to look into a lawsuit against this company and the others like it. Bought tickets for a Jazz game. Showed up at the venue and realized they never sent the actual tickets. It was ******************************************************* 20 minutes. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them trying to figure out what was going on. They ended up saying they sold the tickets to multiple people. I asked them to just send me some nosebleeds tickets so I could get my kids out of the freezing weather and they just said I was SOL. I was out the Uber fare to the game and my kids were borderline hypothermic once I finally got them in the Uber back home.Vivid Seats LLC

Our records do not indicate that anyone spoke with you via phone, and no such advisement that your tickets were "double sold" was made to you by the agent who was assisting you during this chat. We also did not offer any replacement tickets as you had requested a refund and cancellation of your order. You had advised that you would simply buy new tickets instead and did not request any replacements. Since the seller had not yet confirmed your order, which was placed at 5:41 PM, less than two hours before the start time of the event, we were able to honor your request and cancel your order, releasing the pending hold for payment back to your payment method. You were not charged for this order as a result of it being cancelled before it was confirmed by the seller. i had a bad experience with vivid seats yesterday. i order tickets at 5:52 for a 7:00 game and by 6:20 i still didnt receive them so i messaged them and they said they sent me them but i never received them. i order from them very often so i know how to accept the tickets, they just werent there. they finally made me send a different email to them so they can send them again but at this point it was 7:15 and the game already started. for the inconvenience they told me i would receive a $40 credit. i never received that. when we pulled up the tickets they had no barcode. at this point i missed half the game because i was on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why these tickets they sent me werent working. they transferred me to 3 people that all kept making me try the same thing over and over but nothing was working. at this point it was 7:45 and i said can i just get a refund because im missing the whole game and these were expensive tickets. the tickets they sent me were also still for sale when i went back on the website so that seems weird to me. i wanted a full refund but they refuse to give me one. we paid for parking and everything to get into this game just to be let down by vivid seat. i will never use this site again!!!!!Vivid Seats LLC

Our original advisement that we could not offer you a refund was due to us having documentation showing the successful transfer to your email in time for the event, and documentation showing a successful retransfer. We're not affiliated with Ticketmaster in any capacity, and can't account for any errors that may occur with their system. However, we did issue you the $40 store credit, which should have arrived in your email on February 1st. If you don't see it, please let us know and we can resend that code. We also spoke with you via phone today about your order and you were offered another store credit to bring your total compensation equal to your full order total as a one-time courtesy. I purchased basketball tickets in Nov 2022 as a gift for my son at Christmas. Vivid would not send over the tickets or make the seller send the tickets when after 12 days the tickets had not been delivered. I ordered tickets from a competitor's platform on the same day for a different basketball game (same university) and the tickets were delivered within 48 hours . Vivid has marked delivery as the day before the event as what they state is their standard policy. This is just inviting fraud. When I asked them to force the vendor to deliver, they said no. Now in January 2023, I am not able to attend the game in February 2023 and I need to sell the tickets, but I don't have them to sell! They suggested I use another site to sell the tickets. I can't use the Vivid site because I don't have the tickets!! I have now gotten my credit card company involved. I will never use Vivid again and I suggest that others avoid them.Vivid Seats LLC

We understand your concern about the late estimated delivery date, but these dates are just estimates and in most cases tickets get delivered much earlier than the estimated delivery date. It looks like your tickets were delivered on February 4th, so if you are still unable to go to this game, you now have them in hand to resell if you still wish to pursue that option. Bought tickets in **********, ** for ********. Didnt get to go to performance because seller never emailed or transferred tickets. I wish theyd not allow sellers to purchase large quantities to resell at higher prices. This should be illegal. Then they cant manage to handle what they do sell. Fingers crossed that I get a refund. But I will probably have to fight for that too. I shouldve read these reviews before purchasing with them. ****** learned. Bought tickets, got the email that told me to print them so I did. Drove 2 hours and got a hotel to be responsible (instead of drinking an driving home) for a hockey game. Got to the venue to be told that paper tickets won't scan (why would I have to print them then?) was taken to customer service who told me the seat had been sold but to someone else. The venue doesn't participate with vivid seats so I would need to call them to resolve.Called and was on the phone for 30 min while missing the event and was told that nobody was available to help, they would have to open a case and I would hear back in 3-5 business days. WHILE I'M STANDING INSIDE THE VENUE!Got an email the next day with a refund and a credit to my vivid seats account. As if I can expect a better outcome the next time around? I asked for a manager to call me and still haven't heard in 2 weeks.Why do venues allow this if they don't talk to them? Isn't there enough fraud in the world already? Upon review of your order, we can confirm that we attempted to find you replacement tickets the night of the event, but were unable to do so, as such we had to proceed with an investigation to determine exactly what had happened. We resolved this investigation the next day on the 15th of January, as we determined the seller had provided your tickets in an inappropriate and invalid format.
