These guys are complete fraudsters. When the parking pass I had intended to purchase was not consummated, I was told explicitly by the staff that I would not have to pay the increase in price for the purchase of a substitute pass, just minutes prior to the game I was attending. They put the higher charge through and will not credit me for the difference.Vivid Seats LLC

I bought some tickets to a ****** on Ice show for me and my daughter through their site. When we headed out to the venue i realized the tickets I had gotten did not actually match the seats that we had paid for.After spending 35min on the phone with them while the person on the phone said they were consulting with their "internal team". Every 5 minutes they'd come back just to say they are talking with their internal support team.Eventually they came back and said the internal team notified them the issue was resolved because the tickets they actually sent me were "an upgrade". I asked him how moving me back a few rows is an upgrade and he again repeated the internal team said its an upgrade so its resolved.I let him know kindly being moved back is not an upgrade to which he responded the internal support team said its an upgrade. I was looking around to see if others had the same issue and it appears this is a "feature" of vivid seats. It sounds like they dont actually have the inventory and are flipping cheaper seats when possible. I cant post the link on BBB but search for "tickets I received are different from what I ordered".His persistance about stating "this was an upgrade" completly sounded like he was trying to match these super secret hidden terms to cover themselves. Would never buy again. Ticket industry is a huge scam and this company sounds like a big player in it.Vivid Seats LLC

I waited over 24 hours before responding but I remain very agitated by this transaction. Vivid contacts me 2 days before the hockey game and informed me the tickets were no longer available. I purchased them 6 weeks before for which my credit card was charged $2,100. I only needed 7 seats anyway and had to buy 8 at $200 per ticket to get everyone together. Vivid came back the day before delivery claiming the 8 tickets bought in the same row in the Club level were now no longer available, after I bought the tickets BECAUSE they were together. Vivid Rep said the "seller" came back with an "offer" for lower seats, in different sections, and minimal refund. The classic "bait and switch" and whether there was ever 8 tickets on one row in the Club section is now suspect. I was forced to negotiate as I was now in a situation of having 6 guests in town, all expecting to be together and on the Club level. There is no excuse and the "seller" should be banned from Vivid Seats. If there was ever a third party seller, I am quite sure he would not like the same stunt pulled on him that he was done with this transaction. Vivid is the intermediary and controls the transaction and therefore should be responsible. I will not use Vivid Seats again because of this uncalled for experience, which borders on fraud and at the very least deceptive dealing. I am in the public relations business and the saying that there is "no bad PR", will not apply in this situation.Vivid Seats LLC

We purchased ************************* tickets back in June 2022. The concert has been postponed on more than 2 different occasions. We still arent able to get a refund on our tickets because it hasnt been cancelled, yet ************************* has posted on his social media that no further touring will be occurring. How are you going to hold our money hostage when this has been going on for almost an entire year!!! I will mot be ordering tickets through vivid seats ever again.Vivid Seats LLC

We were able to review your order file and we have confirmed a previous advocate already informed you refunds are available for fully cancelled events that will not be taking place. If your event is rescheduled, your tickets are still valid for the new date and you would not be eligible for a refund as outlined in our terms and conditions. In this case, sellers would not be refunded due to your tickets would still be valid for rescheduled events. If you are unable to attend the new date, many of our fans turn to social media or resell sites to independently resell their tickets. I clicked the wrong button. My fault! I called within 30 seconds of accidentally purchasing the wrong tickets and they said they couldnt refund or resale tickets. All of their tickets are resold. Their advice was to see if a friend or family member wanted to use them. Completely horrible experience and they will never get another ***** from me. Everyone I come in contact with will know Vivid seats sucks! Go out of business!Vivid Seats LLC

Please allow us to explain once an order is placed that terms and conditions are agreed which state that once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it, unless, the venue or performer officially does it. Meaning, refunds are available for fully cancelled events that will not be taking place. We understand how this may be upsetting for our fans. I bought 5 tickets to the Holiday Bowl in ********* on December 28th which was played at ********** ******* baseball field). My tickets were on the 50-yard line and were pretty expensive so I thought they would be great. Unfortunately, our view was 100% obstructed by equipment and the Oregon Ducks football team. We found an alternative location to watch the game but it was not great. I notified Vivid and provided them with a picture of our view. Within 1 week I received a full refund with no hassle. I have used them a lot in the past and would definitely use them again.Vivid Seats LLC

My experience was going great for a while and I spent thousands of dollars with them. I wanted to take my kids to a game and bought parking garage passes. Upon receiving the passes, I noticed they are a completely different garage than what was on the ad. I called customer service and tried to work it out since I felt like I had built a relationship with the company over the years and thousands of dollars Ive spent. **************** told me it was the same garage and there was nothing they could do, also they could show me how to sell them. Two garages, two physical addresses and almost a mile apart and there was nothing they could do apparently. I made a recommendation for them to put addresses on garages so no one else has the same issues. Moral of the story. As long as you just shut up and spend money its all good, as soon as you have an issues, its your fault. So much for 100% Buyers Guarantee that is promise.Vivid Seats LLC

1 starOrdered tickets to a concert and was unaware it was not even on sale. Talked to customer service and was advised nothing I could do but would have to work with my bank. After disputing vivid has removed the sale from my account but is continuing to charge me.
