      Never buy from Vivid Seats. Their fees are extremely high. I purchased a parking ticket from them that was ridiculously high. 61 for the ticket and 85 dollars by the time they added their fees. Almost a 1 mile walk from the venue. Others getting out of their cars when we did were just as disappointed by their purchase. We walked past places that were closer and 1/2 the price. A complete rip off. I will never recommend this place of business to anyone.

      Horrible company! I buy tickets, they try to deliver me WRONG tickets, thought I got that straightened out after they called me an PROMISED me "upgraded" seats for my troubles, admitting it was their fault and then poof! No tickets anyplace! They do NOT "upgrade" me, they don't give me ANY tickets! What they DO DO though, is keep my $300.00!!! So no tickets,, no money, how is this legal???

      Just purchased a ticket for my teenage daghter to attend a concert which Vivid disguised as a General Admission ticket. Only after the transaction was made and I recieved the Order Confirmation over email did they include a line which referred to a Fast Pass to skip the line. When the tickets were transferred to me the next day, we then noted that the Fast Pass ticket needed to accompany a concert ticket. They sold me $145.00 ticket to skip the line entering the show. When I hovered over the ticket during my purchase online it highlighted the GA section of the venue and purposely disguised the fact it wasnt a concert ticket. **************** refuses to refund me my money. Nothing short of robbery. Do not use this company and the BBB should shut this company down given there are literally reports every single day on this website about this fradulant company. SHAMEFUL.

      I contacted **************** at ********************** due to having COVID symptoms. They said I could try to sell on another site (not allowed to sell on theirs) but wouldn't give a recommendation. They also said I could ask the venue for help, which is also not where I bought my tickets. I said I'd be ok with just a credit, but they said they have no power or authority since it's just a secondary marketplace. It's just wild to not have policies to mitigate a global pandemic and/or actually care about your customers. I am so disappointed and will not be using them again. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

      Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL with anything you buy from Vividseats.com. They are very misleading in their listings, especially with the parking pass sales. They have an interactive map that appears to narrow down the listed tickets for that section, but in fact does not. A lot of their listed parking passes are just General Admission passes with no guaranteed section. Tickets are all labeled differently, with all different prices, however they are EXACTLY THE SAME TICKET. They are just a first come first serve parking pass. I also contacted their customer service number to ask for a refund and was met with the worst experience I have ever had with a company. After the customer service rep was apparently tired of talking with me(very clearly yawned on the phone) and had told me the same answer over and over even though I had asked a different question, proceeded to tell me that he was terminating the call and if I had any more issues to call back. HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!! NO GOOD BYE, NO THANK YOU FOR CALLING, NO CAN I HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING ELSE....LEGIT TOLD ME HE WAS HANGING UP...AND THEN HUNG UP!!!! WHO DOES THAT?????

      I purchased tickets in Dec 2019 for a concert that has now been rescheduled for Aug 19, 2022. The link they sent me back in 2019 is no good and they are telling me they do not have to refund my money either. How can you keep the tickets and the money? Isn't that illegal?? I could go on and on but don't think there is enough room on here to list all the wrong doings they have said to me since I started trying to get this straightened back in January.

      Yes. This LLC is a SCAM. I couldnt find all of the reviews on yesterday before deciding to use them. BUT LISTEN UP all of you users of vivid seat users please be aware of this service. I was making the purchase online and the time of the event wasnt correct so i called just before completing the purchase. The rep on the phone was very insistent about completing the purchase with her help as she stated the site just hadnt been updated for that event. (Made me hyperaware) but i proceeded as she looked for other seats. Needless to say, the process to obtain your tickets is a hoax all in itself. The site sent an email stating to download a total of 4 apps (WAIT WHAT). WHich makes no since at all. One of the sites you are to enter your tickemaster ******** BUT you would not be able to view any of your tickets on the tickemaster site (RED ***********). ***** it just goes down hill from there. NONETHELESS, skipping over some details....when i viewed the charges on my account it listed the wrong event although it was very similar. So had I provided these tickets at the gate they wouldnt be acceptable. (Mad face). JUST think if I and a few others are taking time to write about this, can you imagine all of the people that havent written a review? This LLC needs to be sued.

      This company is the worst!!!! Bought tickets to the Nats game and it only showed that I purchased 1 ticket when I purchased 10!!!!! Bought two parking tickets and only one was I able to finally show the parking attendant. SOOOO STRESSFUL! I will NEVER use them again!

      I ordered tickets to a baseball game and they were received without issue. I was in attendance to go to the game , however the game was cancelled due to thunderstorm. After emails that were never returned and a phone call to customer service that took over 30 minutes, they declined to even offer credit (which I would have been happy to have received ILO a refund) for the cancelled game. **** B

      I purchased two concert tickets through Vivid Seats in early March 2022 for a concert last weekend, late July 2022. I received an email notification on March 25, 2022 indicating that the ticket seller had delivered the tickets to my AXS account. They never showed up on my AXS account, and after multiple calls all Vivid Seats said they could do is submit a request for re-transfer. The day and time of the concert came, and I called one more time...they told me that in fact the seller had shown "proof of transfer" and there was nothing they could do for me. Ultimately I spent over $250 for tickets that ever never delivered, and Vivid Seats said they could not refund me since they said it was a "valid". Luckily, just now on the phone I got one of their customer service reps to admit that I did not receive my tickets. I recorded the call, which should come in handy now that the refund is being dealt with through a dispute claim with my bank. This company is an absolute scam, avoid at all costs.
