I have been a vivid seat member for many years and recently went through a situation where I had bought tickets for a concert. I went to click on the ticket access link and immediately it brought me to a page where it stated "these tickets can't be accessed they were already accessed by another email address." I went through many phone calls with the vivid seat customer service and got no where. They basically came to a point of saying that I was out of luck. My concert was a few months out and they told me that I would find out the day prior if I had these tickets or not. I had spent $400 on these tickets. The customer service was no help and stated that they would keep me informed and give me updates on my tickets. They never once reached out to me regarding these tickets. I still had no luck getting my tickets and actually was able to get ahold of my credit card vendor instead which was more help than vivid seats. Recently looking at my vivid seat app I no longer see my ticket order and no record of my ticket purchase. Therefore, I will no longer be a vivid seat user. They had terrible customer service and I am very disappointed with their service.Vivid Seats LLC

First time using Vivid Seats to purchase PHX SUNS vs *** tickets April 9, 2025 in *******, **. I had navigation and tech Issues and ***** *. (sales **** came to my rescue. **************** was awesome. ***** walked me through everything. Although 2 tickets were costly, the seats are great! Cant wait to enjoy the game ???? Very misleading ticket pricing/seating, I purchased 6 tickets for a specific section and row, however when I received my tickets it was for an entirely different row about 15 rows further away than what I ordered. I understand this is a reselling website; however, I feel this was false advertising making the ticket seem more appealing being closer to the stage when in reality it was much further from stage. This was my first time using VividSeats and will be my last, I even asked the customer service *** why the tickets are advertised this way and she just ***lied with the ticket type being the reason why. Apparently 'seat saver' tickets are just an '***' and you are only guaranteed tickets in that section and that's it. If you buy a 'seat saver' ticket in *** A, then there will be a chance you get sent all the way back to ***************** practice if you ask meVivid Seats LLC
