      The fact that Grubhub has literally been sued for price gouging and misrepresentation of prices and yet has been allowed to continue the practice is so disappointing. At this point they should be shut down for scamming customers with the insane prices they have. They dont provide refunds and have no customer service skills.

      This business makes it difficult to cancel an order and get a refund. They kept me ti** up until the order went through and it was too late to cancel. They offer** a cr**it vs a refund if they do cancel ** kept me on hold until it was too late then offer** a $7.00 cr**it, then they offer** a ***** cr**it vs a full refund. This experience was trash and so was their customer service. I wouldn't do any business or invest in a company with c*** service like this.

      I wasn't going to leave a review about my previous experience with this company, but another same type company did a similar thing with me today and I have cancelled them too.Back in June of 2024, I placed an order with Grubhub in my area. They could not find a driver and cancelled the order. However, the $15 credit never went back to my account.I filed a complaint with ******* and they gave me a temporary credit until the credit from the merchant posted. It never posted and because Grubhub shows that they "cancelled" the order, they will not correct the situation and ensure my account is credited.I will never use Grubhub again and I just want everyone to be aware of this situation. The time and energy I used in trying to get this credit back was worth way more than the $15 they took from me.

      This company is terrible! They do not take responsibility for their employees. Their driver took my order to the next house over. They had to reorder my order and it was delivered hour later. No compensation for their issue. No support from their management. Not worth ordering from.

      Dear Grubhub Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order on [insert date]. Unfortunately, my food never arrived, which prompted me to reach out to Grubhub support for assistance.During my interaction with the representative, AL - ***** *., I explained the situation in hopes of resolving the issue. However, I was offered a $5 credit instead of a refund, which I found unsatisfactory. Rather than contacting the driver to ascertain why my order did not arrive, I received a lengthy explanation detailing why a refund was not possible. Subsequently, I spoke with another representative who informed me that the restaurant was closed at the time of my order, leading to a refund being issued. This inconsistency indicates a lack of due diligence on the part of the initial representative.I believe that timely and reliable communication is crucial, particularly in circumstances like this. I urge you to review the customer service protocols to ensure better support for your customers in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Every order is awful and its usually not the restaurant fault. The app adds multiple orders for drivers and then your food sits for too long and is soggy and gross when you receive it. The prices are also inflated. Not worth it. Always disappointing.

      SUPERVISOR HUNG UP ON ME...!!IN PLACING 3 ORDERS THROUGH GRUBHUB THE 1ST 2 ORDERS WERE DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEMS. MY 3RD ORDER THIS EVENING (9/3) WAS DELIVERED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. NOT ONLY WAS IT DELIVERED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS IN ATTEMTPING TO CONTACT THE COURIER SHE NEVER RESPONDED. I CONTACTD GRUBHUB AND 1ST *** WAS VERY HARD TO HEAR. IN STATING THIS SHE DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK GOING THROUGH THE ENTIRE EXPLANATION ONCE AGAIN. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE *** AND ISSUE SLIGHTLY RESOLVED I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, WHEN SUPERVISOR CAME ON PHONE I BEGAN TO VOICE MY ISSUE (CALMLY) HE HUNG UP THE CALL. 3RD CALL BACK TO GRUBHUB IMMEDIATELY ASKING TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. SUPERVISOR RESPONDED PROFESSIONALLY AND ASSISTED WITH THE SITUATION. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE CRAZINESS LIKE I WENT THROUGH TO GET A SITUATION RESOLVED. AM I HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS WERE FULLY HANDLED?? YES AND NO. BUT WHAT CAN BE DONE, BUT TO JUST REMAIN CALM AND KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET THE RIGHT PERSON THAT HAS PATIENCE, AND IS PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE.

      Mannnny issues with this company and today I decided to post about them. Yesterday my driver forgot my milkshake and refused to have another driver go grab one. GrubHub offers me $5... Fine. Today I order food and a shake. I have to contact help after my food shows the driver not moving for an HOUR! The person shows up finally cold not even warm cold burger and a milk shake that is just goop. They apologized but no refund. Food poison roulette with GrubHub. They don't want to make good on their mistakes and act like you're trying to get one up on them. I just want what I paid for! I don't care if you don't make a dime and your company goes under, if you can't provide good safe service stop.

      I had a deeply disappointing experience with Grubhub that demands attention. I placed an $86 order that was significantly delayed. When I contacted customer support, I was offered a $5 creditinsultingly inadequate given the total cost. The agent increased it to $7, then $10, but even that failed to cover the inconvenience of the delay. I requested a supervisor, expecting a better resolution. Instead, the supervisor repeated the $10 offer and then canceled my order without my consent and without warning, despite my refusal to cancel. At the time, the driver was just minutes away, making this action both unnecessary and ************* add insult to injury, once the order was canceled, I could no longer access the chat, which felt like a deliberate move to avoid further accountability. My primary expectation was simple: to receive my food with fair compensation for the delay. Instead, I was left without my meal and had to scramble for an alternative after most local restaurants had closed. Meanwhile, the driver received $86 worth of free food.This experience highlights a severe lack of customer service and respect for paying customers. Offering a $5 credit on an $86 order is laughable and shows a disregard for the value of the service I paid for. Grubhub needs to seriously rethink how they handle customer issues, as this experience has left me questioning whether I will ever use their service again.
