      Their customer service agent **** that helps me was wonderful and super helpful they were able to help me with my order within minutes I would definitely use GrubHub over any other food service I've used this far.

      I'm beyond frustrated after wasting nearly two hours trying to resolve an issue with GrubHub's completely ineffective customer service. Recently, our family lost a dear member in ********, **** (we live in ********), and we decided to send a Honey Baked Ham. I used the app's feature to schedule a delivery for 1 PM today, selecting the time from a dropdown menu.Right after placing the order (over $150), I received a text stating the delivery would be at 10:30 AM. I immediately responded, pointing out the error, but got no reply. I then tried the Chat feature on **'s website, only to be told by the agent that nothing could be done. Despite my repeated attempts to fix this, I was met with a complete lack of ******* completely stunned that such a basic function as changing a delivery time is beyond GrubHub's capabilities. As a result, our family in ******** received the ham three hours early, ruining the lunch we had carefully planned. To add to the disappointment, Im not even sure if the driver bothered to ring the bell as requested since it looked as if it was dropped in the driveway from the picture the driver sent.When I asked in another chat how to leave feedback, I was met with even more rudeness. The next agent had no idea about the previous chat and was dismissive of my concerns. After I expressed my frustration, I received a condescending response scolding me, which only made matters worse.This experience has been utterly disappointing, and it's driven me away from GrubHub's service for good. I will use **** or DoorDash, far superior platforms. The lack of support and accountability is staggering, and I sincerely hope this feedback helps prevent others from going through the same ordeal. I rest easy knowing the millions of negative comments from folks all over the place will ultimately lead to this horrible business's demise.

      Terrible customer service. Placed an order for my 7 year old son and his friends to ********** When order arrived, I was missing more than half the items. I called the driver who said to contact the store. The store advised that the driver left the store too quick and left an entire bag behind. When I contacted Grubhub they offered to give me a partial refund which I agreed to, however later I saw that they refunded me for the smallest items in my order and not the largest, which amounted to over $50. This isn't the first time they cheated me out of a refund. I'm officially done and will be cancelling my account.

      I've had many bad orders and they refuse to refund or credit my account because they said I have too many refunds. What else can a customer do if they don't get what they order or get something they didn't order?. So instead of suspending my account while they supposedly investigate, they'll continue to let me order but will not refund for bad orders. They will not give me any information about how many refunds or what they're doing to investigate about it. I've had to request investigation and be refunded through my bank which is another hassle. I will not be doing any further business through grubhub at all.

      Grubhub charges your credit card every month for a subscription that you NEVER applied for. and when you challenge them, they ask for $19.95 to cancell the subscription that you never applied for.

      Grubhub *****, they wont refund you, your money if you didnt receive your order. So the driver can leave your food anywhere he/she wants to. Plus their customer support service acts like they dont care about the level of service they provided to you at all. Im pretty much done with the Grubhub unless they get their priorities straight soon. That the customer comes first instead of money or their point of view. People are going to be boycotting them left an right and theyre be out of business.

      Placed an order and it got delayed over an hour and a half. Called customer service and they said they couldn't cancel the order. The best a supervisor could do is offer a 7$ off coupon towards the next order - valid for 30 days. As this was an issue with grub hub and not the restaurant, they should make things right on their end. Why would I want to use this service again when the service is garbage. If you can't fulfill your business needs to take care of a customer then you deal with the consequences and take the loss as a company. Either allow me to cancel the order or at least give me a partial refund for fees etc.

      Terrible service, delivery and over the phone. They dont care about how or where the food is placed, even if its by garbage bags or cans, in driveways, or even an upside down pizza on your doorstep. Would you like an upside down pizza delivered to you or your food placed near garbage? Im gonna say no. But Grubhub is apparently totally fine with that. They dont do anything but read the script they have, they dont listen or sympathize. They just take your money and say f*** off. They are liars and thieves. DO NOT USE GRUBHUB

      3 times I have tried using this group. Outragous fees, wrong orders, deliver half the order and tell my I have to go get the rest or offer a $5 coupon. Tonight I typed in my order put in payment hit pay and all it took was 2 egg rolls. Can't cancel it, although the manager at the restaurant said they would and it would be okay. Yet Grubhub won't, again offer me a $5 coupon. So I'm to pay $17.35 for 2 egg rolls and the family gets nothing else to eat. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE A FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE. Put out with this company. Service should be a minus 50. So now I leave to go get dinner for the family. What an insult of a $5 coupon. Really?

      I was going to order a footlong blt from a certain store, and grubhub said it would cost about 4 dollars more than it was actually priced in the store (base price before taxes, and delivery fee, etc)sure enough, i went to the physical store, and it was almost 5 dollars cheaper even after tax. complete scam in my opinion, wonder what they use that extra money for?
