      Dont order from GrubHub move on to another delivery service. I ordered from them once I paid $58 for an order for the habit specifically asked my driver to hand the Order to me. The driver never even knocked on my door left the order on my front porch and the neighborhood cats got into it. Needless to say I was out $58 for food. I couldnt eat I will never use their service again one and done.

      **** poor service, delivery drivers don't answer their phone or communicate with the customer. Do use ******************** services.Food show delivered, but it has not been delivered to the customer. I won't be using ******************** ever again.

      We ordered from Chick Fil A and usually get it t from 2 miles away. Grub Hub decided to deliver from 25 miles away. They charged me an additional $12 more. Fodd arrived cold and no dipping sauce. The order ended up a whopping $31 for just 8 nuggets and a drink. Grub Hub offered a coupon for $5 which I am refusing. The order was exceedingly high.

      Most drivers I get barely speak English and do not follow directions, most likely bc they do not speak the language, and speaking to them on the phone doesnt help them find me bc yet again - they DO NOT speak English!! I got rid of my membership bc of this exact reason, along with orders being wrong (even tho the restaurant swore it was complete before pickup), and trying to get a refund never happens. Some restaurants are even giving credit themselves now bc of how much of a hassle it is thru Grubhub. The ONLY reason I have an account now is bc its free with Prime but Im considering canceling it again just to save myself the frustration. Absolutely NOT worth it!

      Despite instructions to leave it at my door which is up a flight, they left the food in the dirt by the road and someone's garage. They even took a picture of it. Not funny and not safe food delivery.

      Grubhub mistakenly delivered to my home. They left a greasy pizza and fried calamari on a package that had been delivered earlier. The grease soaked into the other package damaging the product I ordered.I called grubhubs customer service and explained my situation. They said there is nothing they can do.They refused to compensate me for my damaged goods and they refused to come pick up the litter they left on my porch. Now I get to have an order of fried calamari in my trash until next week's trash day and I can try and wash the grease off the stuff I ordered.Unacceptable for them to trespass, litter and damage my property.

      I placed 3 orders back to back never received not 1 then I received finally 1 of my orders I had 1/2 of my order was missing and was told it's nothing they can do.

      Grubhub hires delivery drivers that don't follow delivery directions. I live in a secured building and have on the instructions how to get in and that I am disabled and must have the food handed to me, not set on the floor as I can't bend to get it. Once again tonight, my food was left downstairs and outside of the building. Grubhub is refusing to give me a refund stating it was delivered. I won't use their service again.

      Careful when ordering. I ordered ******** recently, after making the purchase there was a tab "add to bag", so I did. The original order was still in bag when I added to order. The transaction went through as another order, including what I already ordered, another service fee and another tip. I would of thought the app would of only charged for the added item, not the whole order again as a new transaction. I didn't realize this happened until the food was delivered and it was double of what I ordered. I chatted with them to no avail, expected me to eat the extra ***** dollars, eventually we were able to speak with someone, after 2 attempts finally got our ***** back.
