      I ordered food from this service and to say the least I will never do it again. The food was delivered late (I tipped the driver), the food was horrible and overcooked, the order was not correct and I'm a GrubHub+ member. They said they would refund me for my experience and did nothing remotely close. When I chatted with them it was like talking to to a rock. Nothing was resolved and they made no attempt to make this right. U do not recommend using this delivery service

      The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Signed up GrubHub, asked for refund on my first order because the food was stale, chewy and old. Awful. I was told that I had too many refund requests. When I asked them to tell me how many I had and point me in the direction of seeing those refunds, they said no they won't tell me and ended the chat! I was still talking and they disconnected. Refused to help me. I've never seen such awful customer service. If I just signed up, how could I have any refund requests? Shady.

      I dont order any kind of food from grub-hub, but looking at my online banking account I see there is a charge for $33.00 for *********************** pizza in ********, but I live in ********. Last month I was checking my online banking account again and is a grub hub charge this time it was for $98.00 dollars. So this is twice we have to go to the bank and close our debit card, this is so time consuming and now I have to wait 4 weeks to get my new card. How can this happen and I think grub hub should be more aware of this issue, my bank tells me that grub hub is their biggest problem with fraud charges.They should be more responsible of their drivers stealing!

      Grubhub took an hour and a half to deliver me only the dessert for my pizza order. When I contacted support via phone and text chat they simply stated they could not help me any further.

      The customer service ***** I had an order all the way wrong in march Then, the driver curses at me tells me Im wrong its all there Ticket from ****** was right The stuff I got was wrong And I told Grubhub they denied me any reimbursement Said if I disagreed to file a complaint I did wiated for a reply did not get one Then I reach out 4 times and no response Then finally I go back to text chats and was told that they were instructed to and any communication. Now its July 2 more mm the have passed I reached out and I express the service given Nothing Got another email telling me since they cant see orders past 69 days they cant assist

      They have delivered my food 3 times to a wrong address that happens to have the same numbers(just not my street) and take a photo stating it was delivered. Even though I have photo and video proof that address is different than mine they will not reimburse my money. Thats stealing! I will no longer give them any business. Its not like I can file a police report for stolen food but it added up to over $235 worth of food stolen from me with no help bc they said that my record showed a problem with this issue. They were the only delivery service to mess up and it was always the same driver. Just very disappointing.

      I have ordered and haven't received my order complete always something missing GrubHub says that I have complained too many times and I can no longer get a refund. Its not that I'm getting it free I am paying with my money and expect to get my order correct. It's not the drive because the bag is sealed. And nothing is being done to get this correct. As a customer it's horrible that I can't make a complaint. To get this corrected. I am still using the service because I can't go on my own to pick up my food. Please help to get this corrected. A manager or supervisor should look into this if there are too many complaints. GrubHub is not giving their guarantee for consumers when no action is being done. I would like to be able to get a refund for the food I didn't received and paid for.

      There should really be an option where you hold drivers accountable. No way should they be aloud to pick up food then travel to other cities before bringing my cold food. Someone else closer could have taken the order. There should be an option to take tips like it is to add an extra tip. There has been times the driver didnt follow any of the directions but yet theyre still tipped and my food is left by the dumpster.

      I ordered a sandwich thru GrubHub for free and did NoT subscribe to it. They have been charging me since February $10.86 per month. When I found out I called them and asked for a refund. They refused to pay although I said I did not use GrubHub during the past 5 months they have been charging me! Unlike Kindle that when they learned I have not been using the account, they refunded the subscription fee. I am also a Prime member and GrubHub is free for prime members, but they said it doesnt count for this case.

      I have ordered through GrubHub many times, a few times my food was marked as delivered and it was there or it was delivered to the wrong address. I have gotten refunded in the past, but now they wont help me. Last night I ordered food from *******, it said delivered and the driver took a picture of a stol sign, there was no food. They will not return my money. I work hard for my money and this is bullshit! What do I do now?
