      if I could give these people a negative 10 I would because that's what they deserve! I have ordered through these people approximately 4 times and not once has my order been correct. everytime items are missing, each time the delivery takes hours and food temp to low to eat without warming which for some resturants ,mostly all, warming destroys quality of the food and the prices come out to be more than originally shown on the restaurant cart checkout, I had one incident where I think my order got overlooked because it took 3 hours the restaurant had closed, it was missing my milkshake and the food was very, very old, I am pretty sure it was pulled from the waste bucket. my popcorn chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite into it and my tatar tots were grease soaked a limp like warm celery. when I contact these people all they can do is offer $5 towards my next purchase. What is that going to do for my hunger at the moment .. I feel, rather I know that they are charging customers for items but not adding those items when they submit orders to resturants, which is theft. this company is the worst I've ever encountered and I demand satisfaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CULINARY DELIVERY SCAM COMPANY

      My order was completely wrong! I received nothing I had ordered and on top of that I received two items that I am allergic to. The restaurant was blaming the delivery driver for grabbing the bag. Grubhub is refusing to give me a refund. So I am stuck paying for a meal that I didn't order nor want and cannot eat. I will never use grubbing again. Door dash or uber eats from now on!!!

      I placed two orders today. Once to Chick-fil-A in ****, ****, and once to *****'s in ****, ****. The one from Chick-fil-A took a long time and arrived cold. I did not reach out because I had issues with a similar order yesterday and knew I wouldn't be given a refund. I placed my order to Wendys (I am housebound and this is my main food source) and it arrived late and the food was as cold as my drink. I had to heat the food up myself, defeating the ordering purpose. I reached out to the customer support, and was told they could give me a $5 credit. I explained I did not want a credit as I was done using their services, and I would like a refund. The chat was disconnected. I chatted back in and asked to speak to a supervisor. Multiple times throughout I mentioned I did not want a credit. When connected with a supervisor, ****, he continued to offer credit but no refund. He gave me very canned and lazy responses and would not do anything but offer me more credits. This is very unprofessional in so many ways.

      Ive been a customer with a **********************+ plan for almost 2 years and I cancelled my subscription and deleted their app because they never resolve any of their issues. I had 2 orders in a row where the order was clearly stolen by the driver and all they offered was a refund within 3-5 business days. No offer to resend the food or any type of credit. Many times *** had missing items or completely wrong orders and they have refused to refund me because it wasnt cancelled by the driver. One of these times it was not even from the same restaurant I ordered, yet I received no refund. They clearly dont care about their customers and side with the driver in each incidence. If anything, I just want to warn others that this isnt a guaranteed service and you should be prepared to lose your money.

      Ive never ordered through Grubhub before, but I wanted some ************* and decided to try them out. I waited and they delayed my order three times. After the third time, they cancelled my order and refunded my money (hence the one star) and luckily there was enough time for me to grab a pizza at the local pizza place.

      this service took more than 2.5 hours to deliver a meal delivery came at around 3am!no customer service number the chat person/robot ****** - refused to acknowledge problems by Grubhub offered five dollar credit they cannot be trusted Do not give them your money

      Items are constantly missing from my orders and when I request a refund I am no longer allowed a refund due to my requests so they are now stealing money from me. When I pay for a service I expect it and it is not provided I expect my money back but now they are keeping my money for no service.

      Terrible service, inflexible and their interface is riddled with errors. As a loyal customer they were unwilling to refund me for their mistake. They are too big a company to help with the small problems which are big to us.

      My food was over 2 hours old when it arrived at my house. I'm never using grubhub again
