      This is crazy, I would give them 0 star. After the order was delivered on time, but the order was missing, they said the restaurant was fully responsible to refund the money to the customer. Like what??????????? And we still paying the 30% servers fee even we refund the money to the customer. This is nonsense.

      Im handicapped. The driver wouldnt deliver the food to my door. I had to hobble out to get it. Grubhub offered me $5. Grubhub doesnt care about handicapped people.

      Terrible service. Our order was never delivered, and when contacted all they offered was a credit, not a refund as Im entitled to. I paid $90 for something I never got. SCAM

      Criminals. While adding the promo code, my order was placed without me getting the promo code added. Nor did i submit the order.

      Glad I am not the only one here. Everytime I order from grubhub its been a nightmare. The last 4 orders were made were either wrong or missing item but grubhub customer service people did not gave me any credit or refund for any of these orders. This had made me switch my delivery application and delete my grubhub account and never use it again. It was a nasty experience. This is how they treat their customers. I am not the only one complaining tho. That means they need to improve their service.

      They refuse to refund me ***** for my order that wasnt delivered. I put in the order for delivery an added 2.49 to get it sooner. They told me I did the order for pick up when I didnt. I even had to fix my address because they said it couldnt be found. The other company the Big Dipper in ********** Md could have made it right but refused too as well. I want refunded my *****

      So I ordered food for my kids. I received a notification that the driver had picked up the food and was on the way.A few minutes later, the order was cancelled because the restaurant was closed. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? You picked up my order and now the restaurant is closed. I called the restaurant.The owner told me he had given my order to the driver. That means the driver cancelled the order. Of course, I'm ****** at this point. I call GrubHub customer service.They are as useless as the drivers. She tells me my order was cancelled before the driver picked up my order. How dumb can they be?GrubHub holds none of its drivers responsible for the disrespectful things they do. GrubHub has horrible customer service and even worse drivers.

      I placed an order for food, they randomly sent it to a location far away. I immediately messaged to ask them to cancel as soon as I saw (5 seconds after placing order) and they said it was too late to do anything and offered $5 for the $30 meal I couldn't get a refund on for their mistake.
