      My food has been delivered to the wrong house on multiple occasions! Because of this, I started adding very detailed instructions in the driver notes telling them how to get to the right house, even providing a description of my house. Still, my food was delivered to the wrong house! The driver even posted a picture of the wrong house in the chat, yet GrubHub refuses to process a refund because of the other times their drivers failed to deliver my food to my house!! I have been willing to provide pictures of my house and everything to get this corrected every time it happens. I paid for my meal to be delivered, but I never received it. The driver even got a tip for NOT delivering my food to my home. Failure to refund the money I paid for a service they did not complete amounts to theft. After years of being a grub hub customer, I canceled my ******************** subscription and subscribed to Door Dash.Somehow their drivers manage to find my house unlike my most recent experiences with Grub Hub drivers.

      I placed an order today for some donuts to be delivered for a birthday present. The driver, named ******* in *************, stole these donuts on collection, did not send an image of the food, and the *** clearly showed that they had collected the food and then not gone anywhere near the house. GrubHub customer services refused to refund me for this, despite the evidence. A total scam company who should be ashamed of their business practices. They seem to make their money stealing from people and hoping they dont raise an issue.

      Said delivery in 20 to 35 minutes, at 40 minutes I called restuarant, which informed me my food had been sitting for 20 minutes. Called Grubhub to complain about service. Got about enough run around for a call decided enough is enough.. Looked at bank account and I was charged for none order.Jack

      I wasnt able to cancel my order or change the payment method 5 SECONDS after placing the order. If the order wasnt on its way, the payment method can usually be changed. **************** said I wasnt able to do it either.

      Horrible! Every time I've ordered from GrubHub, something has gone wrong. The first time it was the wrong order (I got someone else's order from some other restaurant). The next time, it was 2 hours late and the food was cold and inedible. Another time, part of my order was missing. The last and final straw was last night when they said it was delivered, but it was to the wrong address. **************** did refund my money, but she was just reading the spiel they obviously make them all read to ****** off customers. She kept repeating that they will give me a $20 coupon toward my next order. I laughed and said "keep your coupon, I won't be ordering from you again." The only reason I even tried them again was because of the free delivery with Amazon Prime. I just deleted my acct. After reading all the previous reviews, I can't believe they're still in business. Just the worst!!

      Grubhub's website prices do not ever match the store locations prices and the receipts taped to the bags item totals (From the store locations) never match the item totals on the website and sometimes the difference is rather extreme, at first I thought it was a mistake asking the customer service about it they simply state that you pay what the website says not what the vendor sells their items at, when you add that to the delivery and service fees and the tip for your driver you end up spending massive amounts more than you would have going out and getting it yourself particularly if you're ordering a large order of food for a family, which to some might not be a big deal but others, its pretty huge and it adds up very fast. I think its predatory and immoral. Oh and the fact you can't unlink your amazon prime account link from ********************** is also predatory since amazon prime pays grubhub the membership fee on your behalf, you have to go to amazon and unlink your account on their side of things to effectively cancel your grubhub+ membership, in good faith any company should have an option like that easy to cancel form either side of things.

      Well I don't like it at all I ordered dinner for my family and my ordered was incomplete and wrong and cold when it got here and when I called grubhub they refused to give me a refund and I paid $77 for that order. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

      Ordered via Grubhub for the first time and extremely disappointed. Food wasn't delivered while the picture sent was simply black, so no proof whether and where it was dropped off. Never again.

      If I could give GrubHub zero stars I would. This was the first and last time I will ever use GrubHub. I ordered my meal. When the driver said he was here, I was standing out in front of the building. Then I get a text saying it was delivered with a photo. First of all I never received the meal. And second the photo was of a doorway that I have never seen and it certainly was not of the delivery address. Now I have to wait for a refund. And I went without a lunch break. **************** told me.if I waited 30 minutes they " may" be able to redeliver. I asked customer service you at" or you "will" redeliver. The customer service rep replied "may". I wasn't going to wait for something thatight not come a second time, so I just cancelled. I will never use this horrible business again.

      I've used Grubhub for at least 3 years now. I've had good drivers and good experiences but I've had multiple bad experiences that outweigh the good. Today's experience (5/5/24) tops the cake for me to never use Grubhub again. I was waiting for my order and a man was picking it up. Then it looks like my order gets delayed and he is no longer the one there to get it. Then it shows a woman is there to pick it up. I get a call from the restaurant telling me that the woman driver was there to get my order but that they already gave it to the man who came earlier. The restaurant asked me if I would check that out had been delivered. I wasn't work and called my mom at the house to check and she said it was not there. In the meantime someone from Grubhub contacts me telling me my order has been canceled and I'll be refunded. I explain to the customer care guy about the restaurant calling me and that the male driver had picked it up. The customer care hung up on me. They did not help me out or figure out what happened they just hung the phone up on me. I contacted the restaurant back to let them know what happened and I ended up placing my order directly at the restaurant. I'm still waiting to see if the Grubhub charge clears my account. Hopefully it won't.
