      I've used Grubhub for at least 3 years now. I've had good drivers and good experiences but I've had multiple bad experiences that outweigh the good. Today's experience (5/5/24) tops the cake for me to never use Grubhub again. I was waiting for my order and a man was picking it up. Then it looks like my order gets delayed and he is no longer the one there to get it. Then it shows a woman is there to pick it up. I get a call from the restaurant telling me that the woman driver was there to get my order but that they already gave it to the man who came earlier. The restaurant asked me if I would check that out had been delivered. I wasn't work and called my mom at the house to check and she said it was not there. In the meantime someone from Grubhub contacts me telling me my order has been canceled and I'll be refunded. I explain to the customer care guy about the restaurant calling me and that the male driver had picked it up. The customer care hung up on me. They did not help me out or figure out what happened they just hung the phone up on me. I contacted the restaurant back to let them know what happened and I ended up placing my order directly at the restaurant. I'm still waiting to see if the Grubhub charge clears my account. Hopefully it won't.

      This is a terrible company in business to steal from its customers. I ordered from them, the food never made it here; and their driver was unreachable. When I contacted Grubhub they decided to offer me an expiring promo code for half the amount that I spent on the meal. Upon contacting customer service I was told that they could do nothing to assist me. I work really hard for my money and II ordered from them, the food never made it here; and their driver was unreachable. When I contacted Grubhub they decided to offer me a expiring promo code for half the amount that I spent on the meal. Upon contacting customer service I was told that they could do nothing to assist me. I work really hard for my money and I very rarely get to order out ; The blatant thievery is unacceptable.

      I have been using GrubHub for delivery for over 8 years. Today I placed my lunch order as usual and when I got the notification it said it was scheduled for delivery. I contacted Jersey ****'s and confirmed it was set as a pick-up. They advised they could not deliver it as they do not have the means for in house deliveries. I asked them to cancel that order and not make it as I would need to contact GrubHub to make the correction or to reorder. Spoke with GH (AI bot *****) on app and they said Jersey ****'s already made the order. I informed them it was not. I asked for them to change to delivery or process a full refund as I do not have the means to pick up food. I do not have a car. They said they could not do that for me. They transferred to Manager (another AI bot ******). Said they could do nothing. I called GrubHub (*****) services. Who told me they could not do anything. I asked for a Manager. Spoke to (***). She told me she could not do anything. I informed her that I would be contacting the BBB and disputing the charge. She was then able to ***** me a refund. I cancelled my GrubHub+ membership over this. GRUBHUB IS A SCAM!

      They are the absolute worst company ever! They picked up my food twice and I never received a piece of it!! This is insanity how can you guys hire just a bunch of idiots! It's pretty much stealing when my food doesn't come 2 different times!

      Scum bags, the company itself, the piece of trash thieving drivers, the fat girls who allow the illegal immigrants and criminals who steal your food while delivering it, all of, and everyone involved, including ******************* for ******** for them to steal steal steal. Updating up charges the next day after orders made and eaten lol. Hours wasted on chat getting refunded for s*** that was stolen or whole orders that never made it. Fuch these scumbag foreign owned companies. ***** going to destroy these businesses when he rips this mess apart once back in office.

      I will see you in civil court Grub Hub for violating my rights regarding using Checkr, which gives false, outdated information for a back ground check to deliver ! First off, its delivering food, not chauffeuring The Queen around so I don't know why past ( way past statue of limitations and time alotted) is what you based your decision on, while clearly the law states any report of any kind is not to be used to determine ones eligibility for housing, employment etc ! So, I contacted an attorney and they will be serving you with legal documents, see you in court! Put that on in my consumer report too a$#hole

      It took me 30 minutes to order 2 meals from *****'s Barbecue for my son's birthday. Since I wanted it to be delivered I had to order it from GrubHub delivery service. After I paid for the order with my credit card I got a message from them with a total for the order of $18.00. It only listed one side item and the rest was fees, donations and taxes withe no meals. I went to the chat app to file a complaint. It took another 30 minutes to tell me nothing. I canceled the order and they sent me a message saying the charges would be refunded. I don't really expect that they will do that. Terrible service. Will never use them again.

      I ordered **** Asian gourmet this evening and My Food was not only tampered with but stolen!!!! I called the Grub Hub **************** As well as the resturant. I was explained that my food was stapled shut on the brown paper bag However when I received my food the paper bags was smashed down and the plastic was tied as well. I would like this delivery picture to be reviewed as i would also be willing to send my copy (wish i could upload on here) The resturant staples and does not tie the plastic. I was explained by Grub they were not able to refund or anything at this time they did say they would take notes and I would have to wait 7 to 10 business day for answer I was literally missing 2 meals and 2 appetizers so 2 out of the five people was able to eat im am very disappointed with this company as a whole customer service was not great; furthermore obviously thier drivers are theives!!! BEWARE!!!!! ***********************/ ***********************

      GrubHub delivered to the wrong address again. My house has large numbers on the mailbox and the side of the garage so it would take a blind idiot to miss it. It seems like GrubHub hires crack addicts as their drivers because when I texted the mistake to the driver, they replied with profanities.

      My first order was delivered to the wrong address. I reordered and got my delivery about an hour later. Called Grubhub, the agent said she would refund the wrongly delivered one. About an hour after that, I received a text message saying my ordered was about to me delivered, I wrote back to say, no, I did not order that. The driver showed up and I told her I didn't order it, please take it back. Grubhub will not take that charge off because the said it was delivered. I've used this company for 6 years and I will be canceling my subscription.
