      I signed up for a free 30-day trial and then decided to cancel my subscription. I did so onllne but never received a confirmation. I initiated a "chat" online and was told by the rep that they did not have access to that information. **** told me it could take 45 days for an account to be deleted, which is past the time of my free subscription. I tried to call customer service but there is no number to address account concerns. I tried to manage my account online but the system said the server was out of reach. How do I assure that I will not be charged once my 3-day free trial expires?

      Grubhub likes to take no accountability. If you mess up own it. Just refunding my money is not enough. You wasted my evening, most restaurants closed down here by then and you then put me on phone for 20 mins. Order placed through Yelp but fulfilled by GrubHub. Order placed around 6:30 for 8:30pm delivery. Restaurant closes at 9pm. Order not delivered. Called help desk who says your order will be delivered by 9:25pm. Wastes 15 mins then says will call restaurant to confirm it is closed while the website clearly states hours. Then says since the order was placed through Yelp they can't do anything else for me. If you own the responsibility for delivery and refunding me money you can also give me credit for wasting my time and not even initially owning up that a driver was not appropriately assigned.Way to go grubhub!

      Grubhub is not allowing me to leave a review for a restaurant which attempted to cheat me after delivering less than half of my order.I ordered a few sushi rolls from Mio Sushi in ***** ******. When I received my order it contained less than half of the ordered foodstuffs, but there was no refund. They simply crossed off the most expensive item and wrote "not available." They made no attempt to contact me prior to delivery, which is poor customer service, and made no attempt to issue a refund which is fraud.Grubhub did provide the refund once requested, which took some doing due to their poorly made website. This website seemingly deliberately makes requesting a refund unintuitive, seemingly to deceive their less tech savvy customers and or older customers who may have vision issues.Frustrated and hungry due to breach of contract, I went to grubhub to leave a review to warn others about my bad customer service experience, I found that that I am seemingly locked out of that system.

      Im not sure how many issues I have had with grubhub however, this time it said my order was delivered, which it was not. Just for them to tell me that since I have had several unusual amount of refunds or concessions that they are unable to refund me at this time. I wouldnt have so many if they would get my order right or correctly delivered. I just spent $40 to get nothing and no refund. Bunch of crooks!!!!

      I placed an order on April 23 and received an update that it was delivered. I checked outside my door, and nothing was there. I updated GH that the order never came. Also, the delivery confirmation email didnt have a photo. They advised that theyd look into it and resolve the issue. I decided to order from another app to avoid another mishap from GH. I intended to follow up with GH the following day. They never got back to me, and when I reached out to get an update, I finally saw the picture that the driver submitted to them (which had to be emailed to me since it wasnt available on the previous orders order details section of the app or website, and the picture shows it was delivered to the wrong address. I told the person helping me with the chat, ******, that the location was incorrect as my apartment was not on the ground floor. She said there was nothing they could do. I reiterated that the apartment was wrong several times, and she ended the chat. I called the customer service number and explained, but the rep hung up. This is an absolutely disgusting business practice. Zero stars. Avoid Grubhub, they are thieves.

      Grubhub has to be the worst food delivery service on the planet. I tried them as part of my Amazon Prime membership. I cancelled my "free trial" after issues with 100% of my orders. How are they still in business? Unbelievably bad service and experiences after trying to use them 6 times. Never again!!!

      They lied about delivery time, they wasted 2 hours just to end up canceling my order. Now have to wait for a refund. No way a DELIVERY business like this can get away with such deceptive wait times in the first place then end up canceling it after hours leaving me with nothing. Deleting this app, basically a scam trying to act like DoorDash.

      Zero stats for Grubhub tonight. I placed an order, the app said it was being prepared and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Next thing I see the order was cancelled because the restaurant was closed. Really! It said open when I ordered. Now Im hungrier. They say theyll refund. I place another order. The driver is at the other end of this huge complex where I live and wants me to go to him because his gps says hes at my address. He tells me the number of the building where he is, about 5 blocks from me. I wrote instructions in the order. I gave him instructions but he refused to move from where he was, hung up on me and left the bag of food on top of a post in a parking lot. Yes they refunded the second order too. Problem is 2 hours later Im really really hungry. Grub hub help is no help, chat stopped suddenly when they issued the refund. No # to call. Dissatisfied doesnt begin to describe the horrific experience tonight. The insolence of the driver!. The driver refuses to move from the wrong place where he is, 5 blocks away, 9:30 at night, and then just leaves the food in a parking lot and has the arrogance to document that with a picture. Grubhub, the refund is fine but you need to make it right by me. I would much rather have my food than to just get orders cancelled. What will you do to make this right???

      I want to report GRUBHUB as a client and also as a restaurant owner, they are hurting both sides and they dont care none whatsoever about the situation, how can these people be worth 1.2 billion dollars and still be in business when they have no business sense at all. I will be proceeding with a lawsuit as well.

      FRAUD! I have received a number of orders where an item was missing or the driver never delivered. Grub hub is refusing to refund me for those items. It is extremely unfair to paying customers to not receive their items. I keep getting the run around.
