      We had missing items from our order. We tried contacting the driver and they kept hanging up the phone. I made a claim that items were missing but they only refunded one item. I waited two weeks and did not see the refund. I contacted them and they do an adjustment of your total (which was not clarified). I let them know I reported two items missing but not they are denying to refund my other item because it is past 48 hours. Yet when reporting missing items it says it can take up to 5 days for a refund. It is very misleading and they set you up to fail. The company and their drivers are thieves

      Their service is consistently inconsistent! Their drivers are rude and careless and they appear to be doing nothing to repair this cycle! Very poor service!

      Why let us place and pay for an order only to cancel and refund because the store closed. Stop taking orders that close to closing time. its not rocket science or is it for them/grubhub

      GrubHub took advantage of my 79 year old mother. They charged her $9.99 per month for 11 months. She never knowingly signed up for a "GrubHub account" and NEVER used their services.When I called customer services with all of the documentation they refused to reimburse her for this membership service that she never used. This company is scamming and abusing people.They should be ashamed.

      Every time I place an order for pick up the business marks my order as ready without making the order. I am tired of chasing after refunds from their customer service department.

      On April 21 shortly around 9pm I placed a Grubhub order with Shogun Japanese Sushi and Grill.At 10:30pm, about 90 minutes after I placed the order, I received a message that my order had been canceled and refunded.A few minutes later I got a phone call from the restaurant. They said that my order was ready and awaiting delivery, but they had just gotten word that the order was canceled. Apparently, the driver, 90 minutes late, just decided he didnt feel like dealing with the situation, and canceled the order, s******* both me and the restaurant.I told the restaurant that first I would contact Grubhub support. But when I tried to request help, it wanted to know which order, and when I specified the order, the app would say that the order had been cancelled and refunded, as if this somehow had resolved the problem. There was no way to proceed.I had to use the web to look up the Grubhub customer support number.I called and spoke to an agent, who apologized and asked how he could help. I explained the situation. He tried to tell me that the restaurant was now closed. I told him that the restaurant had called me, and my order was ready. I requested that Grubhub dispatch a driver deliver the order.The support agent refused. He apologized and asking me if he could do anything else. I pointed out that since he had thus far done nothing, it was not possible for him to do anything else.I asked to speak to a manager. He said there was no one for me to talk to, but that someone would call me in a few days.Today was April 25. It has been 4 days since I placed the order. Grubhub did not call **** have just now cancelled my Grubhub membership and will no longer be using Grubhub. As Grubhub also operates Seamless, AllMenus, Eat24 and MenuPages, I will no longer use those services either.You folks have lost my business.-*************************

      My order was cancelled and two months later grubhub refuses to refund my money.They are telling me they refunded me but I have NEVER received any refund .Was told its my responsibility to find out what happened. Avoid grubhub !!

      Placed an order on 4/22/24, then received a call from them stating the restaurant was missing items that was ordered. That added almost 40 minutes to our order time. Then when the food was received it was not correct!! Contact Grubhub and they sent us $65 in credits, not just 1 credit but 4 different credits. Our complaint was not for 4 orders, but only 1 order. According to a senior customer service rep ****** they will not put the total credit amount as just 1, broke it up over 4 to get more monies from us. This is nonsense!! Gave them the option to just refund us $50 and we will lose the other $15, and they refuse to do that!! Please do not spend your money with this company, they are crooks and scammers!!

      The upcharge on menu items is ridiculous, especially when charging even more service fees on top of it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of this. Very shady business practices indicating "ZERO SERVICE FEES" and/or "FREE DELIVERY" when in reality they are still there and just hidden in one form or another. This is only hurting the tips of their delivery drivers in my opinion.

      Their business delivery is a scam. They take no accountability for their mistakes, especially when done through a 3rd party. They send their customer questions through outsourcing and then there is no connective account or accountability of earlier conversations. If you order through a 3rd party, they do no compensation. Multiple issues with their delivery and they refuse to make right.
