      The upcharge on menu items is ridiculous, especially when charging even more service fees on top of it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of this. Very shady business practices indicating "ZERO SERVICE FEES" and/or "FREE DELIVERY" when in reality they are still there and just hidden in one form or another. This is only hurting the tips of their delivery drivers in my opinion.

      Their business delivery is a scam. They take no accountability for their mistakes, especially when done through a 3rd party. They send their customer questions through outsourcing and then there is no connective account or accountability of earlier conversations. If you order through a 3rd party, they do no compensation. Multiple issues with their delivery and they refuse to make right.

      Don't request a refund more than twice or "Grubhub" will simply refuse your refund and you'll end up eating the loss for their incredibly poor service. I tried them 3 times from ********** (who weren't at fault) I live in an apartment building and for obvious reasons these days left specific instructions NOT to leave my order anyplace else than right by my front door. The first time they left my order at someone else's apartment 2 floors down. I caught that one by having to take a very quick walk around my whole apartment building before someone snatched it.The second time them 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver my by then cold food order since for whatever reason they kept on switching drivers mid route. I was refunded for some French Fries.The last and 3rd time my order read "delivered" but where they delivered it is anyone's guess since it sure as h*** wasn't to me. When I told them what happened they told me "I had too many refund requests" (as in 2?) and they wouldn't refund me. I'm now in the process of having my bank charge it back to them so I'll get my $29.46 back by force. (Including another large tip for never delivering my order)CROOKS

      They went ahead and charged me $50, yelp scam me, I thought I was ordering from the restaurant, I picked up and they charged $50 for nothing

      GrubHub should be shut down. Their business practices are super shady and they do not take responsibility if there is an issue with missing items, food not being delivered,etc. I recently had an issue due to an order with a smoothie that was apparently out of season and was no longer available. I didn't find this out until my order arrived and it was missing. I called GrubHub for a refund which they refused to give me because they said I had to many issues with orders in the past and they would not refund me any longer. So, I then called the restaurant and the manager said that the smoothie was seasonal and no longer available and she took the $11.50 off my order and GrubHub needed to approve it to have it removed from my credit card. I filed a complaint with BBB and received a letter to go online to see Grub Hubs response but was unable to review it, so I cannot respond. Lucky for me my credit card company refunded me the $11.50 and filed a dispute with GrubHub. How they are still in business is beyond me!

      After 7 years of using this service I am done. Their technical team dropped the ball. They admitted they were wrong and at fault but they dont offer anything other then sorry as way to fix a business problem. Wish I could get in touch with leadership so they know how bad things are with their company. But I guess they just dont care .

      Please note- ZERO STAR for the company.
      Ordered food, was shown as delivered an hour after our order and when cam down no food. Explicitly wrote instructions with a code to enter and how to go about it.
      No phone call, nothing. Why they have an app, with driver’s text and phone number, which is a no working number?
      Horrible business practices. They charged my credit card for nothing and now I have to wait up to 5 business days to get a refund.
      Absolutely unacceptable to practice business where is no integrity.

      Absolutely trash. Ordered sushi at a local place, 4-5 miles from my apartment. I waited over an hour and tracked that the driver had picked up the order and was delivering it to me. About 20 min before the delivery, I received a call from Grubhub telling me my order had been cancelled. After waiting over an hour.Unbelievably terrible service time and time again. Shut them down.

      GrubHub is the worst ever. They charged me after I called and cancelled my subscription. Then I called again when they didn't refund and cancel as promised and they said they cancelled and refunded 1 months but. Not the other 2 months and said they had no history of my original all when I told them I had the call log. I never once placed an order with them. Total ripoff with horrible customer service!!! Worst service ever.

      They have been practicing , ways to forces drivers off of the platform! I have proof of them , messing with the account ratings to keep drivers under a certain level To not allow them to grow on the platform ! They are costing me thousands of dollars right now , cause they say I tampered with the app to make it seem like I was working when I wasnt , which was not the case making over 250 a day I know I can prove thats not the case ! Even with my proof they still continue to tamper with the accounts to force the drivers into taking any type of orders , or not be on the platform , so much that I can say , but overall GO TO UBER EATS , DOOR DASH , ANYTHING BUT THIS COMPANY ! Im being forced into unemployment it seems like cause I just cant sit around for 12 hrs and only make 90 bucks ! Thats beyond insulting! Im looking into legal Matters as we speak but you guys be safe and stay off their platform for business or food if you can !
