      This company needs to be legally reviewed. They post estimated delivery times upon purchase. After purchase, they double and triple the estimated wait times and refuse to cancel an order. This should not be a legal practice. If you order food, which is generally a warm item, and are quoted a wait time of 30 minutes only to have that wait time jump to 1.5hrs, the consumer should have the option to cancel the order. They are garbage.

      Grubhub charge my credit card for 9 months without me signing up for the service. They refuse to refund it.

      I chatted in after I received an order that was ice cold and missing a couple items. I was told by customer service that I would be refunded for the cold items as well as the missing items. I was told the refund would be issued and would show up within 5 business days. When the credit was issued, it was only issued for the missing items. I chatted today to inquire about the refund as was told that it could not be refunded because the order was over 48 hours old. I spoke with a supervisor who told me the most she could do was issue a $25 credit to the grubhub account (please note the items were well over $25 dollars). Grubhub is made of of thieves. Steer clear and avoid at all costs.

      Terrible customer service. I called to cancel an order and they told me they can't cancel refund it and offered me $5. This is the 3rd time in my last 3 orders (so all of them) something has gone wrong.

      Grub Hub baits and switches with low ETAs on orders then once the order is place you will receive a text saying that your "new" ETA is even longer, most of the time an hour to an hour and a half longer than it showed in the app. Have had this happen multiple times and when you contact them to cancel the order, they refuse and offer $5. If I had known before placing the order it would be that long I wouldn't have ordered it

      Just as stupid as doordash. Yes they have the so called amazon prime deal which claims to last a year. I gave it a try and only got it for a month. Says it's still activated for no delivery fee charge, and yet its as though it's not even activated. JUST LIKE DOOR **** PLEASE SHUT THESE MONEY LAUNDERING COMPANIES DOWN!!!

      Order placed two weeks ago was refunded because it hadn't left the restaurant for an hour. Grubhub refunded and gave me a credit, no biggie. I didn't ask for anything more than a refund. Order placed today was missing 1/2 the items. I reached out and was told that because of that credit from the previous cancelled order that I was ineligible for a refund for the missing items but hey, here's a $5 credit. The missing items were charged to me, not delivered to me but I wasn't going to be fully refunded. What kind of business does this? That's THEFT! I didn't do anything wrong. I placed my order, paid for it and didn't receive it but you won't refund my money. I will absolutely be reaching out to Corporate about this debaucle.

      Accidently clicked a free 30 day Grubhub trial when ordering a burger on-line which we picked up at regular price. Never used it as I didn't know I'd clicked it. A $10.90 debit was taken in January from our account. We called ********************** to dispute and were told they would look into it, stop future charges and get back to us. Never heard back and were billed another $10.90 in February. Called again and again told them stop charging, give a credit to our card and was told it will be taken care of. Also called our bank and stopped card, got new credit card new number. Charged again in March! Called customer service and spoke with supervisor. They will only credit current month even though we have called every month to stop. Filed complaint with CFPB. As a senior with SS as primary income , this a disgusting business practice and I will never use or recommend them. We just hope to stop the ongoing charges.

      The escalation team DOES NOT exist..there are no supervisors. . the driver care can not do "anything" their hands are tied...you have to wait 20 years for the escalation team to contact you.

      The worst app ever , they offered to pay hourly if you dont make 11$ and hour but the season is slow the are obligated to pay what they offered, in my case they suspended my block schedule because they think I was abusing the system its not my fault they didnt have enough orders to give the drivers ..
