      I have ordered from Grubhub several times and more often than not the orders run very late often an hour or more late. In fact my last 3 out of 4 deliveries were extremely late. GrubHub has a guarantee that if an order is even 1 minute late that customers will get a certificate good for $5 to $10 off their next order. Today I contacted customer service because my delivery was late and I was informed that I was not eligible for reimbursement or a perk because I have gotten an excessive number of reimbursements or perks because of their excessively late deliveries. OMG it's not my fault that they regularly run extremely late!!!! I don't see anything in their guarantee saying there is a meximum number or refunds or perks I can get because they run late or otherwise get my order wrong but they want to penalize me for this.

      I ordered pizza on 3/15 and got a text that it was delivered. When I opened the box, the pizza looked like it had been thrown, shaken and chewed off of. Cheese was falling off of the pizza slices and a couple of them were bent up. I wasn't eating that AT ALL. Fortunately, the customer service rep gave me my refund without a hassle. That company probably knows how careless (and other words I won't use) their drivers can be.

      This company is the worst. They let their drivers cancel for ANY reason and dont connect you with the drivers to solve issues. The food could be close tondelivery, they cancel and then the driver eats your food for free! No follow up or accountability. They should be shut down.

      They actually deserve 1 star and not zero only because customer service has given me credit 4 times in the past month. Each time was for the same reason of my delivery driver taking forever to deliver. I would wait between 1.5-2 hours to receive my cold food. My order was set as priority 3 out of the 4 times, but grubhub still delivered late. I can do away with the credits. Id rather receive my food at the time they first promised, but delivery time kept getting pushed out and i have a funny feeling its because the drivers are making other stops. I've chosen to go with ubereats as they are normally on time and when I **** my delivery as priority, they always deliver to me first before other orders. Grubhub is disappointing. If you don't mind waiting and receiving cold food, grubhub is ok, otherwise do yourself a favor and choose another service.

      I made a $64 purchase with GrubHub and the driver STOLE my food. They literally TEXTED me and told me they were not bringing me my order. And was sarcastic and told me to call the police. I IMMEDIATELY contacted GrubHub and told them of the matter. All I received was a bunch of apologies and they will have their TEAM look into the incident. This is NOT the first time I've had an incident with them. A prior order from another restaurant was refunded DUE TO THE RESTAURANT NOT HAVING the items NOT by me. The refund they issued took longer but it did come. So BECAUSE of THAT incident I was not entitled to a Refund Or CREDIT. SO I WAS NOT ONLY ROBBED BY THE DRIVER BUT ALSO robbed by GRUBHUB. I still have the evidence on my phone. I JUST WANT MY MONEY back. I have NO REASON to continue their business.

      Bad. Reroutes food multiple times so that it sits in a strangers car for an hour before being delivered even though restaurant is only 2 minutes away. Customer service refuses to cancel order since they claim it is on the way and not 30 minutes east of my house. My husband uninstalled the app.

      I USE GRUBHUB DAILY. THEY HAVE BEGUN NOT DELIVERING ORDERS WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF AND I PAY FOR PREIMUM. LAST TWO ORDERS TOTALING OVER $45 HAVE BEEN UNEDIBLE. THEY HAVE GOTTEN GREEDY. WILL BE GOING TO MY BANK FOR REVERSALS.

      I ordered food from Grub Hub at 7:20am before the restaurant opened I wanted it at 2:25pm because I was working a 12 hour shift and couldn't leave. 2:30 pm came around nothing I called the restaurant and they said my food was ready and that the driver is there and they wouldn't deliver it. And the thing is I was less than a mile from the place and still wouldn't deliver it. At 4:00pm I went on a break and found my food on the mailbox cold soggy and wet. Th idiot who delivered it never contacted me What an idiot. I will never use Grub Hub again. and the thing is they never even apologized and offered me a compensation One star is too many for this rating

      Don't do any work for this unreliable company, if it is a company. Customers will report their orders "stolen" and send you nasty messages that will make you go back to their address and do bodily harm to them. After the Customers lie about their "stolen" orders, Grub Hub will not hesitate to take your earned money back even if you have photogragph proof that it's been delivered.
