      This is the 5th time that GrubHub delivered our food to the wrong street. We have NEVER actually received any food we've ordered through GrubHub. We will never use their service again. If you own a restaurant, please hire a reliable delivery service.

      We ordered a pizza from them watched the driver pick up the pizza and drive around town with food .So my wife messaged the driver to let him know it showed him not in route to our home then after 15 minutes he headed to our home. The pizza arrived cold!!! Terrible do not use Grubhub to deliver your food.

      A scam. They refused to give me a refund after receiving my order late. The food was disgusting cold and soggy, had to be thrown away yet they refused to refund me. The only reason this happened is because they group so many orders together causing people to wait excess time for food and have to receive cold old food.

      2nd time using the service and second time my food was late, cold and missing items. **************** does offer a proper refund. Cannot review drivers, delivery does not come sealed. Avoid this at all costs.

      My last 3 orders were unable to be completed because the driver seemed to disappear. They were at the restaurant with my order for 30+ minutes. Even the ones that seemed to start heading my way were estimating double the time it should take to get to me. For example, my last order, the drive to my house from the restaurant was 10 min. They spent 30 min at the restaurant with my order (after it was ready) and then said they were heading to me and it would be another 30 min before they would arrive. I had to cancel because this happened THREE TIMES IN A ROW. For a company who's sole purpose is to deliver food to people, they really don't seem to be able to do that...PS. I have Grubhub+ and I spoke to customer service (via chat and via phone), who said they couldn't do anything to prevent this from happening a 4th time. So, I've just stopped using them.

      Absolutely terrible. I have Grubhub+ and can barely ever order. Constantly get an error message saying the order cannot be processed. When I reach out to customer service, they always copy/paste the same exact message saying it was an error on their end and the issue has been resolved. They offer me a 20% off gift card, but I can rarely use it because it has a one month expiration date, and the same issue occurs the next time I try to order! I have contacted customer care at least 4 times already and this continues to occur. I have asked if there is anything else that can be done so that this does not continue to happen, but as always I just get the same copy/paste response.

      I think Grubhub offers a little more per order but still could offer a little more at times like doordash and it also would be nice if people tipped more as well for taking the time, gas, and mileage for the car trips we take for the orders. Our economic and financial states have all changed and things are sooo expensive so it's only fair we ALL get paid fair wages??

      Unreliable and absurdly stupid system. Delivery person got 2 bags for us but only delivered 1. Rather than send him back with the rest of our food, Grubhub does not do redeliveries. So our food is sitting in someones car going to waste and we have a bunch of Indian entrees without rice for dinner but the company is very sorry for our inconvenience. They have ONE job deliver the bags of food; I guess thats too much to manage.
