      I was a driver for both door dash and GrubHub. Door dash deactivated my account after asking me to start back delivering after 2 years. They then allowed someone to steal my money off my account two days later. Then turn around and deactivated my account stating my acceptance rate was to low. My exceptance rate was the same when they asked me to start back delivering. On to GrubHub I have been going back and forth with them for almost a month now. My account is active yet I can't access it. They allowed me to get into the account update my license did another background check updated my bank information only to lock me out of the account. They keep sending me information that don't work as well as continue to send verification codes to my old email that was hacked. I was told there was 10 people using my account by a rep who quickly tried to change it up once I told her I was the only person that should be using the account. If I go on the app even though I can't log in I can see where orders are being delivered but they tell me no one else is using my account. I find it very strange that I the person who information they are using can't sign in to even do orders but 10 other people who could be murderers *** offender and so on are allowed to use my account .These companies try to bully you because you won't take the low $2 and $3 orders they send, so instead they take over your account with your information and let people work off your information. One day one of these individuals will do something that they are going to wish they would have be honest with peoples account. I just hope and pray it's not with my information,yet alone anyone else's. I have given up regaining my account just wanted to share because this might help someone else. Be careful using these apps and sharing your personal information. They say you are an independent contractor.....try making the decision not to let them low ball you.....fired like you are an employee! Hope this helps someone

      Overcharged, underdelivered, no compensation for missed orders. The support person I spoke to were not helpful.

      Horrific. Ordered grubhub last night never got the order and it was cancelled with no notification after an hour of waiting to even get a driver. Tried again tonight thinking Ill give it one more shot. Waited 2.5 hours to get my order, get it, all my food is ice cold and I am missing a sauce I ordered. I contact support and they tell me they can only give me $10 credit towards my next order. I would have to really consider ever ordering from them again just based on the 2 experiences but then to also not even get a partial refund for the missing sauce and cold food, they will never get my money again. Thats crazy. Not to mention Im starving by the time I got the cold food. No way, never again.

      Grub hub banned me for no possible reason!!! I couldnt even place orders with the credits I received due to a missing order!!!!

      I placed an order and was given an ETA. They were unable to find a delivery driver to take my order so they pushed my ETA way back. I requested to simply cancel the order. They wouldn't allow me to. They connected me with a specialist. This specialist refused to cancel or refund my money.

      Terrible overall. All drivers delay orders to do Multiple deliveries. Sketchy as f*** And I pay extra for Grubhub plus whatever that means.

      Twice in a row, back to back days, I ended up not eating that day.1st: I made an order, the deliverer dropped me and delivery updated 3 times which ended up being after my work hours. They offered me a $10 towards next order, then dropped it to $5 when I canceled the order.The next day, (why would it happen twice, right?) Different town, different order, they dropped off a totally dif. order than what I ordered!! I tried to re-order but they said they could not. All I got was a refund. No money was granted this time.The chat people were nice, but the service and ppl they hire are not working material. :(

      I ordered 4 meals that come with drinks. All that was delivered was 4 sodas. Mistakes happen. The company says they offer a guarentee. I had ***************** with their customer service requesting a refund as I didnt get any of the meals except for the soda. They offered a partial refund that was less than 1/2 the cost of the full order. They charged me $25 for the 4 sodas. If I had only ordered soda off the same menu it would have been $8. My requests to speak to a supervisor in the customer service department were denied. Poor business accountability.

      My daughter ordered 3 chicken kids meals and 2 adult chicken meals from ******** The driver dropped off 1 bag on the porch. There was no chicken for the kids and one adult meal was missing. My daughter called and told them and they said, if you want the rest, come and pick it up or we'll give you a credit. The driver got his tip, but my wife and three granddaughters didn't get their meals. I will never use GrubHub!!
