      Terrible system. I received a gift card, opened an account. When I tried to use it I was never able to complete an order and had to order through Door Dash instead (and waster gift certificate). I spent an hour trying to resolve, first with restaurant (where GrubHub App told me to call), then with Grub Hub chat and then with manager who only could "send to review" and I never heard from them. Terrible customer service - they just placate you and hold your money or gift certificate.

      If I could give 0 starts I would. I paid over $40 for food just to have it delivered to the wrong address and stolen! When I contacted customer service, they told me the best they could give me is a $10 credit. Then when I filed an appeal with grubhub for my refund I was told it would take **** business days and its been MONTHS with no response. I will never order from them again.

      Difficult to get help with driver doesn't respond to messages that are legit "Is everything okay?" and customer service via chat and phone offers canned response after canned response for various issues. I feel bad for the drivers because it seems like there's a disconnect in communications. If they have an issue with their car or traffic or road closures, I can understand--if I know about it. But GrubHub was the one delivery service that doesn't seem to care about their customers, offering only a $5-10 future credit for an order that is still missing so long after initial AND revised delivery time.

      GrubHub is literally the worst delivery app of all time. I will NEVER and I do NOT recommend ordering anything from here. They wont deliver your food. I have been waiting on my order for over two hours, only to be told that they are waiting to assign a driver and that drivers are assigned automatically. If my food is ready, why should it take over two hours for a driver to be assigned? Why cant customer service assign a driver if there has been an extended amount of time that am order has been waiting for one to be assigned? When I contact customer service, the best they can do is say sorry and that I can wait for the driver to be assigned or cancel the order. After waiting for two hours, Grubhub has THE ***** to offer me a measly $5 gift for the inconvenience. Keep your little $5, and I will just cancel my account and never use the service again!! This company does not care about their customers and getting their orders to them in a timely manner. Grubhub needs to be under investigation for their business practices because this isnt the first TIME!! This happens more often than it should and it is not okay.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order and waited 1.5 hours, they canceled my order. Placed another order waiting a total of 4 hours with both orders and they canceled on me again. Leaving my children and I foodless. Stuck in a hotel out of town. The customer service was terrible. No resolution was made. Zero stars

      Complete failure. Been waiting 2 hours for my food that the restaurant tells me has been ready for 1.5 hours.Why are the drivers allowed to drop an order for a bigger one after theyve selected it?? Totally screws the customer just so they can get make more **************************** doesn't care about their customers or they would change their policies.Never again using this crappy service!!

      Wish I visited BBB prior to ever using grubhub. The service and quality is awful. Our last meal took over 90 minutes to arrive. All of our meals were ice cold and according to the receipt the meals were ready for over an hour. Never mind the food safety issues. Im sure this is something the *** should be involved in when youre providing a service for hot and safe meals yet they sit in ambient temperatures for over an hour for a costumer to consume. Then when we reach out we are told we can have $5 back towards our next order and they dont offer refunds. On top of that part of the meal was incorrect and costed over $80 for three meals from Chipotle. Guess there is no accountability from any services anymore. We will no longer use their services and beware. Wish I could also get my tip back. What a rip off.

      The have a guarantee on their time what's non sense they give u time and they can't make the they change the time well that happened 3 I complained and did nothing it took them 2 hours of me agrueing with them to cancel then I want to cancel my account I had to confirm my email 10 times and why do I have request to delate my account then I had to call them for them to do it worse delivery app I ever been on they don't even deserve one star

      My GrubHub / Seamless account was hacked and someone placed six orders within minutes.I contacted customer service as soon as I received notification of the first fraudulent order. They did nothing. They did not cancel the order. They did not put a hold on my account. They did not provide me guidance for next steps. The only resolution offered was to report the issue to a different department and I was to wait ***** hours for a response. In the meantime, 5 more fraudulent orders were placed.The organization took no accountability, and I have to contact customer service more than 4 times to even speak to a person. Suffice it to say, I have requested they delete my account in its entirety and would not recommend anyone store personal data with this organization. They do not take cyber security seriously and they do not care about their customers.

      Horrible service. The driver delivered to a location about 20 miles from where I live. Apparently even though I have correctly entered my address, the GrubHub system routed the driver there. I tried to reach out to the driver but no response. When I contacted GrubHub support, they suggested I update my delivery details in their system, and then confirmed my delivery details were correct in their system. No apology, no concern about why this has happened. They just have complete apathy about the whole thing. I'll never ever use GrubHub again.
