      Grubhub has failed time and time. They lack customer delivery protocols and standards. They charge your card, advise your order is being prepared...then an hour later state your order is canceled...no explanation, no effort to update customer or provide alternative. Providing a refund within 5 business days does not feed the family when you can't physically do so. You expect service when charged in full.

      I did not receive my delivery. I received a picture of the bag but it did not show where it was left. The picture could have been taken in the delivery car. It was just a picture of the order. I went onto Chat and I was told I would get a refund. I just got my statement and the charge is there. I went on to Chat and they told me they can only refund 48 hours after the order. So I was charged and I never received any delivery. Will not use Grubhub again!

      Uninstalling the app , as soon as I confirm my refund went through! How does a driver bring you a random order from a totally different restaurant that belongs to a guy name ******? How did the driver get MY address? I ordered a nice expensive meal from Tokyo Joes..I received several text messages that my Tokyo Joes order was on its way! The driver brings me a random Chipotle order?! i call the driver, he says he doesnt have an order from Tokyo ****!! WTH? I guess he ate ( stole) my order and then delivered some cheap Chipotle order! I reported the incident and the driver! I will never order through grub hub again!

      The Worst! I've hated working then since they were the Only way to get food delivered in 2020. They make you pay a tip to a driver Before they even select a delivery driver for that job! I've had so many issues and Never anyone to discuss or rectify the issues. Today was the last straw- my entire meal was over an hour late, they never knocked on my door, leaving my food outside in 40 degrees weather, only half my order was in the bag. I reached out to 4 different people. They all told me that policy would Not allow a refund, only$5-$15 towards a future order. Not acceptable!!!!!!

      Grubhub lies to its customers!!! I've had some financial difficulties this month, so I attempted to cancel my Grubhub membership but that's when they told me if I keep my membership, they will give me $15 to stay! That $15 was nowhere to be found, so I talked to a woman about what happened and she said...SORRY, and gave me NOTHING!!!

      Worst **************** Last year, I placed a group order and received a cancellation the morning of without an explanation which left me in a bind for a corporate lunch meeting. It took a long time before I gave them another try and placed a small catering order [Thursday] for a Tuesday corporate lunch. Shortly after placing the order, I had a change and I should have canceled the entire order when I was transferred 3 times, taking 20 min to complete the removal of 1 item. When I learned the event was canceled, I phoned the restaurant where I was auto-transferred to GH CustomerCare again and then transferred to 3 different people and the wrong **** where I was placed on hold for a very long time. It took 39 min to cancel this order. What I do not appreciate is there is no GrubHub customer contact visble anywhere on their website or on the order confirmation. We have to call the restaurant who routes the calls to GH, only to get bounced around providing the same information multiple times to multiple people and then placed on hold each time and also while they call the restaurant. Their process has gone backwards. 5-6 years ago, I as able to chat online to make changes and cancel order effortlessly. Poorly managed since they fell under new management.

      What a pathetic excuse for a delivery company. Two orders in two different states screwed up today. Order #1 was placed a week and a half ago and was scheduled AND confirmed. Then, when the order didn't arrive and I contacted the restaurant (because the chat feature for customer service never works and the people that you speak to on the phone do not have sufficient skills in the the english language to navigate a simple conversation.) and was laughed at and told that they only do individual orders and NOT catering orders...even though I order from their catering menu under the catering section of our corporate GrubHub account. It was a $600 order that they sat on for a week and a half, with no initiative to contact the customer and let them know that the order cannot be fulfilled. He told me to 'figure it out' and proceeded to hang ** in my face. GH, why do you have a catering menu for a company that doesn't cater. Order #2 was placed on Monday of this week. Scheduled, Confirmed. The first driver had car problems so they transferred the order to another driver. The other driver gets there to be told that order was canceled. When I called GH, I got the same copy paste response. I place orders weekly, sometimes daily and our company has been with GrubHub for 6 months. I will NEVER place an order through GrubHub again, neither will the other admins at corporate headquarters who have had nothing but issues from this pathetic excuse of a food delivery company.

      Play trick you into paying a monthly fee only to tack on a lot of other expenses. Why am I paying my monthly fee and then getting charged with service fees and other kind of fees when I go to check out whats the point of that monthly subscription and I feel like you guys are stealing and youre getting away with it. Why if Im paying for subscription am I paying a service fee and a small order fee then I also have to tip the driver and wait exorbitant amount of time for my food. This company is a scam and his healing from their customer.

      The company's drivers regularly tamper with food, just don't deliver, and often, if the food actually arrives, it's ice cold since it's 40 minutes late.
