      Absolutely horrible customer service. Drivers can't follow GPS directions and often pick up the wrong order.

      The drivers blame gps when they deliver to the wrong address and refuse to fix their mistake even if you call them to tell them they left it at the wrong door. **************** is horrible and always blames the restaurant for their drivers mistakes. When I called to complain (since the chat was getting me nowhere), the man who answered simply said he refunded the foodhe never offered another solution. Note: I do not have these issues with DoorDash and now refuse to use GrubHub!

      Grubhub charges lots of fees refuses to compensate for incorrect orders and their "free grubub" is not free. They take advantage of their consumers .

      Grub Hub has several issues. The application for drivers doesn't allow for them tonsee the notes added by the customer properly. Several delivery drivers have complained to me. Additionally, while I am all for employment of various people, GrubHub has THE WORSE language barriers and THE MOST drivers who deliver and do not look like their photo. Uber has drivers post their photo, GrubHub should do the same. I can't count how many times drivers didn't match their photo/sex/gender/race! I've had several times that orders were wrong and while GrubHub is quick to fix reimbursements, there isn't any rating scale specific for correct orders that we can filter by, so while we may rate the order/delivery afterwards, or file a complaint, prior to orders with a place we can't filter for that specific issue. Lastly, the overall app for ordering several orders at once could be improved upon by having people flip between orders and locations better. Currently it crashes. I have a brand new phone and the app crashes.

      Absolute trash. Every order shows up late and cold. They have no issues with drivers accepting orders and then driving 2 towns away to take another order while yours sits there and then blames the restaurant for it being late. All customer service does is say sorry and give you 5 dollars off your next order when though you spent 20+ dollars on your order.

      Grubhub has ripped me off several times by refusing to compensate me for missing or bad quality food that i've ordered for delivery. I have been forced to cancel and create several accounts with grubhub because of this, for the purpose of receiving proper customer service in that I want compensation for my orders being incorrect. The problem is, their policy is to refuse to help in that context after a certain amount of complaints that result in compensation/refund being received by the customer. Not my fault when this has happened. They call it unusally hight volume; they are correct, because the restaraunts and their own drivers make mistakes or steal the food from my orders. But the customers/me are accused of abusing the compensation system. There is not accountability with their drivers, no proof system. I've even suggested when complaining to support certain things that should be done/implemented. I'm not using the service any longer, i've finally had it. I will just order from restaurants that only have their own actual employees delivering.

      Total scam. Offer you $5 off orders $25 or more, only gave me $3. Then my order was late so they offer $3 off my next order to be used within 30 days. They could credit my cc back but they choose to force me to order again to get any sort of reimbursement. I WILL NOT BE USING GRUBHUB EVER AGAIN. This is not the first time either

      Literally the absolute worst delivery service. Completely garbage. Orders regularly over an hour late and customer service says they cant help you, whats the point then?? What kind of company is okay with these kinds of practices? App deserved ZERO stars. Drivers deserve ZERO stars. Complete trash. Good always cold, gone through, and missing items. Finally deleted the app. The $5 coupons they give for the inconvenience is not worth continuing to order. Disappointed every single time and customer service does not care and are often rude and blame the customer.
