      They went to the Wrong house did not get my order from ********** can't get a refund they say they sent it. It's not my bank I looked at it. The owners been in a Lawsuit many times they will lie to you there's so f*** up Only we have getting the back. It's talking to a lawyer who lives in owner is now really ***** and they are trash order from somewhere else not them.

      After three orders, two of which were faulty due to the restaurant, Grubhub determined my account to be in violation of their Terms and closed it. I simply wanted to use it because of the free 1 year trial that I got from Amazon Prime, but I will not be returning if this is how they treat their customers.

      Grub hub is absolutely trash!! Total false info my order went 8 miles the opposite way so now I get soggy cold food! Grub hub should be shut down for false info to the public and you can't even get ahold of anyone to fix the problems!! Complete robbery of the public!!!??

      GH driver picked up my order, drove close to me but never delivered. Flat out STOLE my whole order!! GH customer support tells you that you have had too many refunds or credits and they can't refund you as a default response to your complaint. My account was BRAND NEW and my 2nd order with them was STOLEN! It was like pulling teeth to explain to the slow rep that I at least need enough credit to cover my full loss! They need to drop Amazon or Amazon need to drop them because they have gotten worse

      GrubHub is a complete waste of time! They have proceeded to cancel 4 out of 11 orders since January of this year. Not to mention, it's always at the very last minute! I'm extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone! After my free trial is up, I will be cancelling my account immediately! Just for the record, I only gave them one star because it was needed in order to leave this review.

      They have messed up an order or not delivered it at all, countless times. The fees are too high for such poor service. Their delivery drivers don't care at all about order accuracy or getting the delivery into the hands of the person who ordered it. Ultimately, its the company's fault for structuring their operations in a way that allows this to happen over and over again. Refunding my purchase and giving me $5 or $10 credit doesn't make up for the aggravation of having an order arrive late, getting the wrong order, or not getting the order at all. I've deleted their app, will never use their service again, and hope they go out of business soon.

      Wish we could leave zero starts. Had a GrubHub+Amazon membership. Grubhub refused to honor it, instead adding fees, claiming I created a new account. Horrible company. There are too many other good companies out there to waste time on this one that does not honor their own memberships instead charging more.

      Grubhub canceled my order and sent me an email saying that they would refund my money within 5 business days. On day 5 I called customer service after an hour of explaining it had been 5 days she assured me that grub hub would refund me on day six. They still havent I still havent received my money back after 7 business days. I will never use them again and recommend that anyone else never use them

      Worst delivery app ever, either they dont show or are late or worse they deliver the wrong order. This is my second bad review of this app. They dont care about the paying customers, they hire anyone with a car to deliver food. I will definitely delete this app if I could I would rate this app zero stars

      Been a customer for years. Recently minimum I spend $100 per order and they are allowing their drivers to do multiple deliveries and my food sits in the car for 30min - 1hr. Grubhub starts with $5 credit and maxes out at $10.a joke on over $100 of food that becomes soggy or needs to be thrown out rather than reheated. Safe to say ****** learned and we are moving on from them.
