      The worst delivery service in the world. Im in ************** ordering local, and Grubhob answers from overseas. Never again with this service. They are horrible and unreliable.

      Terrible customer service! My original order was delivered to the wrong house. I agreed to let them deliver it again 50 minutes later and then I got a delivery delay message. So I hd to wait for 3 hours and they still refused to give a me a refund. I will stick with DoorDash. Never again!

      Worst delivery service ever, they lie and give you a time frame then update it when they have no way of getting it to you. As long as they update it your food sits under heat lamps and they get away with it. Sometimes I don't want to leave work and order from a place within 3 miles... **** dash 20 mins, grub hub literally 2 + hours, tested multiple times and cancelled orders. They will blame the restraunt, or whatever they can. Don't expect a refund if you get your dried out or cold food. You will get a GrubHub voucher, which if your like me will be worthless, since you're done with their services. Shut this alleged service down. Realistically they must not treat workers well either or they would have drivers. Unfortunately some of my favorite restaurants use only grub hub, it would be better if they disappeared and changed to another service. It's 2023 where is the 0 star option?

      The delivery time keeps changing, tracking the driver is so inaccurate you cant tell if the driver was waiting **************************** making another run sure looks suspicious on the maps. Considering its more expensive than other options, I dont recommend it.

      Our driver finally answered a call after being 1 1/2 hours late wanted us to come find him to get our food. Contacted customer service took awhile and they didn't seem to care that that was a problem just really aggravated at grubhub .

      So my first experience with GrubHub was horrible. I will never use them again. Today I was trying to place an online order for ************ When I searched for that restaurant online up came the GrubHub site saying that they were *********** online ordering. So I went and clicked on it, thinking I was ordering straight from the urban Caf. There was no mention of any extra fees, there was no mention of anything that would lead me to believe this was an outside app. I see they have been sued as reported by the Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practices. I believe that creating a link that is on top of the actual Urbain caf site is deceptive. Most people dont read the fine print and just click on the first link that pops up. Another thing that they are being sued for is not mentioning that they are charging more for the meal then it would actually be straight from the restaurant. On this order, there is no mention of that either. I was shocked when I got to the restaurant and they said oh you ordered through GrubHub. I have no idea. Serious question, how is it legal for them to charge me four dollars per meal extra when I do the online order and I did my own pick up? Theres no service there that warrants that kind of fee. I just tried to contact them through chat and of course the chat window times out and so no one can help me. I did finally talk to one person and he refused to refund my money. And then, when I responded to his refusal, the chat went out, timed out again, and I was knocked off. Unbelievable!

      I have been a customer of **********************+ for years. That ended today. They do not care about their customers at all. Their practice of adding customers ordering from the same restaurant to an original order and then deliver the original order last is the problem. Ordered a sub and a pizza that was first set to be delivered is ***** minutes that keeps getting pushed back. Then when the driver finally leaves the restaurant he stops at other houses first. My food felt like it came out of a refrigerator. Customer support offered a $5 credit on a future order. Never again.

      I had ordered an item and was supposed to get a refund for the money I spent. This was in Sept. I checked all throughout my bank statements and there has not been any refund made. I then chatted in with grubhub and emailed to let them know I did not receive the refund. Employees from grubhub said I should reach out to my financial institution. Which I did twice and they have no record of a refund or any money that is on hold to be refunded to me. The only thing my financial institution saw was the charge that was taken out. I contacted grubhub again and let them know. All the employees keep telling me is to speak to my bank. I have my statements of proof no refund was given.

      If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. They are a terrible company with terrible customer support and very shady principles. My driver stole my order and GrubHub kept telling me it was only 10 minutes away and to keep waiting. 2.5 hours later they asked if I still wanted to wait for my food. Would you want food that's been in a strangers car for 2.5 hours? Not to mention I could see my driver was parked and not driving with my food. **************** offered me $5 for the inconvenience. This company is a joke. It took me talking to 4 people, one was a 'manager', for them to cancel my order. My driver made off with $80 worth of food.

      Grubhub is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. They allow ordering and then cancel the orders 45 minutes later leaving you high and dry. Someone ordered food under my account and I didnt know until it showed up. I reported this to Grubhub and they would NOT refund me. I mean, someone flat out committed fraud and they did NOTHING about it. It was unbelievable. Ive never in my life dealt with anything like this company. They have got to go under soon. Prime is what is keeping them alive. Free account with prime. But just. Wow. Fraud. And nothing. I mean, really????!!!
