      Grubhub is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. They allow ordering and then cancel the orders 45 minutes later leaving you high and dry. Someone ordered food under my account and I didnt know until it showed up. I reported this to Grubhub and they would NOT refund me. I mean, someone flat out committed fraud and they did NOTHING about it. It was unbelievable. Ive never in my life dealt with anything like this company. They have got to go under soon. Prime is what is keeping them alive. Free account with prime. But just. Wow. Fraud. And nothing. I mean, really????!!!

      Besides being unsatisfied with a $5 credit for every order being significantly late and cold since becoming a paying plus member I just experienced their SCAM that is completely unethical. I did not mean to confirm my order and to cancel it right away, they make you chat with an agent. You only have minutes to cancel an order before its too late to get a refund but you will not get your chat message even seen for at least 15 minutes. I called the restaurant and my driver before getting a chat response, where they tried to tell me the restaurant already started to prepare my order so no refund. I firmly argued that I had proof that wasnt true and called their practices unethical. It got me my refund promised so hopefully they will honor that promise and I can cancel my membership for good. Worst food delivery service EVER.

      Terrible prices. The prices for the food is inflated. The delivery fee is not the only fee. An $8 item will cost you $18. I got a FREE account with my Prime account, but it is STILL NOT WORTH IT. If you compare the price for the food on the restaurant's apps or websites, you will see that GH inflates the prices over and above their fees. This company is just untrustworthy and greedy. Cancelling my free account soon.

      GrubHub is terrible. I tried cancelling an order because they couldnt find a driver.Terrible customer service. They offered me a $5.00 credit which I dont want. Ill never use them again. We wanted to cancel because there wasnt a driver. We didnt want cold food, that sat, while GrubHub tried to find someone to pick it up.Tried again to cancel and was told no. Still no driver assigned.Finally a driver was found and they would not cancel.I shouldnt have to pay for something I dont eat. It is not my issue that they couldnt find a driver.I ordered almost an hour ago (3:10pm) and the restaurant is approx. 2 miles away.Still no food.

      Food is constantly late, cold or does not arrive at all. The customer service is unhelpful. Constantly missing items from my order. This is an absolute disappointment of a vompany and I really wish the BBB could step in and stop their predatory practices.

      Grub hub has no customer service for employees. It's been almost a week now and over a half dozen calls to their customer service that doesn't speak nor understand basic English enough to give an incorrect computer generated reply that has nothing to do with the question. I have tried calling as well as by email and even sent a photo of the issue which I know they never even looked at because they told me to send a snap of the issue and didn't bother even looking because it was sent with the question. I am reaching out to you all because I can not seem to get paid after working for them because even though my password works to log in it does not work to change or verify any information at all. It does not state my password is incorrect either. What it keeps saying is that something went wrong every single time I try to verify my information so I can be paid for my services. Non payment that they offer in tips you earn can not even be paid to me over this. If I ask any questions customer service does not understand because I speak English then they simply put me on mute after only being able to give a computer response. If I attempt to explain the issue every single department tells me it isn't their problem or issue, leaves me on mute for about 5 minutes then transfers me or hangs up with no resolution. It's now Monday and this started on Friday. Still no help to resolve this issue or any pay including my tips at all. I can not even add my debit over their site allowing me to work but not received any payment for my tips because all it says when I enter my password is "we're sorry but something went wrong. Grub Hub also does not except finger verification either. So, can anyone help me because Grub Hub customer service online and on the phone offers no assistance for this issue nor any resolution at all. Thank you for your time.

      Very deceptive trade practices. Kept extending the order delivery to over an hour past the original delivery time, then repeatedly refused to cancel the order. Made no effort to resolve the situation.

      At 9AM I ordered pizza from a local restaurant to be delivered at 11:45 as I had guests arriving for lunch at noon. At 11:30 I got a text from GrubHub telling me my order had been cancelled and an email with an explanation would follow. The email provided no further information. I called the restaurant and they said that they had never received the order from GrubHub. I was left with scavenging through my pantry to come up with a quick lunch. Although I have used GrubHub before (with only one previous error-delivery to a neighbors house) I will NEVER use them again.

      Just not happy with rhe customer service.Moreover that fact that they just take pictures of you in your house.Most places take a picture of the order at your door this place took a picture of my house,my car abd my windows.CRAZY And creepy!

      Terrible customer service! The driver did not deliver the food at the correct location and there was no way to contact the driver. As a result of this, we contacted Grubhub customer service who said they couldnt issue a refund and offered a $5 credit. Food order was submitted at 5pm and it is now 8pm and still no food or refund. No photos proof of where the delivery person left the food or way to rate the driver. Over all terrible experience.
