      Ive been using grubhub for almost a year. Since then, my orders have been continuously late, arriving cold, improperly cooked, and so forth. Today, I received someone elses food order and the company REFUSED to refund me. Stating, youve received an unusual amount of refunds. How can I be penalized for their mistakes? Their solution was to offer me a $25 credit that comes with stipulations, not even allowing me to reorder the food I DID NOT RECEIVE. I have photo evidence of all orders and conversations. I will be canceling my membership, and I do not recommend them whatsoever. Id rather inconvenience myself with the drive to pick up my own orders before I ever offer them another dime.

      I ordered food late yesterday and the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong location. After not getting a response back from trying to contact the delivery driver, I then proceeded to contact Grubhub and the supervisor on shift for the night (******************) apologized and asked me to verify my address and phone number. After verifying, I expressed to him that I was disappointed as this was the second time this has happened to me with ordering from Grubhub. I guess he got frustrated from my complaint and decided to leave the chat. So I tried to open another chat and noticed no one would respond to my inquiry regarding me not receiving my food. So since it was already late I decided to give customer service a call the next morning and the representative advised that I call back when the supervisor came in (another inconvenience) because there was supervisory hold placed on my account and it needed to be further investigated. After going back and forth with another supervisor I decided to just dispute the transaction with my bank and deactivate my grubhub account. If I could give grubhub a 0 I would but theres no option for that unfortunately. I would advise anyone whos interested in ordering from Grubhub not to order as I am extremely disappointed from my experience. I hope ****************** is reported because he completely disregarded me and my issue with not receiving my order. His professionalism left a completely bad taste in my mouth and I will no longer be ordering from grubhub!

      Terrible company. Inflated prices. Even if you have their membership, you're still paying jacked up fees. Every single order is a ******: will you actually receive it, will it actually be correct, will it be on time. After tons of issues and several chances,I finally had enough. Blaming your customers and lying about the issues speaks volume on your reputation.

      Five times I've ordered from them. I tend to work late and walk to work, and so was hoping to get my food. The food never showed up. Had I known the food was t coming id figure something else out. Instead the company jerks you around on chat for nearly an hour.

      Last two times I ordered Grubhub drivers ran off with my food. Horrible customer service so disappointed. They have horrible customer service.

      They advertise falsely elevated prices for items that the restaurant charged much lower prices for on the receipt. When asked I was told this was "taxes and fees" and yet it was added to the price for the item instead of clearly advertising it as a tax and fee. Very disappointed that they are taking advantage of customers in this manner and not amenable to doing the right thing honestly.

      This company allows any piece of garbage to deliver for them. They never deliver your food, deliver it hours late, or just drop it off wherever they want. And you can literally see that their car is parked for hours not moving while they're counting our tips. Disgusting.

      Driver was late and left half our order on the front porch however we did not request contactless delivery for this ver reason. *****, the driver, will not answer his cell. We paid $74 for 12 glazed ******************** donuts. We spend a few hundred dollars a week on food delivery but will no longer be using GrubHub.

      Currently they are accusing me of fraud because their restaurants are slow with the food and there are many road closures in the area. Not good to employees.
