      Horrible customer service. I did not sign up for ******************** and charged for 4months. **** the supervisor said she was the last stop and would not let me speak to her supervisor. They take advantage of older folks who are not as tech savvy. Never signed up for it and will not ever

      GrubHub will not provide a refund even when your food is inedible, takes insane amounts of time to arrive, or does not arrive at all. Representatives refuse to cancel your account and stonewall you completely. Their treatment is unacceptable. Representatives ************* and ********************** should be fired, although they are perfect for the job because their actions represent exactly what GH is all about now.

      They driver stolen my food and told me they couldn't refund me my money or give me a credit this the worst delivery service ever this is the 4 time they done did this and they are rude and have no customer service experience at all

      Worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. 3/4 of my order was not delivered. I asked for a refund and was told they couldnt refund me but offered a 35$ credit which did not come close to the amount of money I was out for the food that was not delivered. I asked for the order to be redelivered and was told their system was not able to do that. So here I am out the money no food and hangry and ******. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. *** never had an issue getting an order refunded or redelivered with Door Dash. Grub Hub is a c*** company with c*** customer service and c*** solutions. Stay far far away.

      Here is the latest...... I ordered Grubhub 1 time on 12/12/2022. They have been taking $10.86 for 9 months out of my Venmo account. I didn't authorized this. I called their customer service to make a complaint and have this stop immediately. I asked for a refund they said they would only refund me for one month subscription to their program. I never signed up for a program or any subscription on their website. I ordered food once and that was it. I am now in the process of contacting Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. The customer service woman told me I could not talk to anyone else it was just her and that she would not refund me for the last 9 months subscription. And once again this is why I don't shop online and don't use these applications. They are thieves. What has this world come to. Full of scams and thieves. And they can get away with it. Who's going to put a stop to all the nonsense and people being taken advantage of us.

      I ordered some food from Popeyes Chicken. Once I received the notification that my order was delivered I came out of my house and found nothing. I decided to call the delivery person, and he said Im sorry, the restaurant has been closed all day. I was going to cancel the order and I forgot. You can contact their help option and cancel to get a refund. So basically this driver pretended he picked up my order and deliver it and did not say a thing until I called them! This is lack of integrity as they are trying to make money when nothing is been delivered!

      Literally the worst of the delivery services. The WORST. My order is almost always the wrong order, its next to impossible to get ahold of anyone in customer service and when you do, its a pain to get them to help you.

      Ordered firehouse from grub hub. Delivery notification that order was dropped off, however, no package. We walked around the house then to the neighbors without success. The drivers have figured out that they can just steal the food while the customer just place a complaint with the long redciulous GH queue line. More like Grub Heist is what they should name their company..

      Never again will I ever use them. Last 2-3 times I used them the delivery driver stole my food. This last time I orders $48 worth of food the delivery driver then proceeded to say that he delivered the food but I look outside my door like umm ok where is my food ?? When will you guys do something about drivers stealing people food smh.
