  I ordered a sandwich with meat on it that shouldn't be sitting out at room temp very long. It arrived late and completely cold, meaning it was unlikely to be safe to eat. Grubhub stated that this issue didn't fall under their refund policy. They basically stole my money by not refunding me for inedible food. This is the worst food delivery company I've ever used.

  I live in a secure 55+ community and can't get around much. So I order delivery, use to be Doordarshan but I decided to try grubhub bc it had a few coupons. My first delivery I needed to check the mail, so I met the driver at the main entrance. After that, the last 4 times I have been sick and unable to move around (different times but I typically go pick up orders myself when I'm well) so the last several orders I've been stuck in my apt and placed orders which the drivers have clear instructions on how to get let into the building by finding my name, getting buzzed in, etc... so that a child could figure out out. THEN they deliver to the main entrance door, leave it outside that door where anybody can steal it! And actually has EACH TIME. So when I contact grubhub, "we will redeliver it" so then I wait another freaking hour for my food to be delivered again, crossing fingers it gets to my door this time. Grubhub continues to prove they are ok with incompetent drivers who aren't willing to do the jobs they applied for, delivery. Don't take a job in delivery of you can't delivery or don't know how to follow instructions. I want a refund on my membership so I can pay for doordash membership!

  Say they refund and never do. Constant high volume queue lines to report issues with food. Drivers tamper with food and there are no consequences. I always ask for a credit because they never refund me and they never do. They are always canceling orders and what do they say they are doing? Refunding. Like I said you will never get that money back. So its a quick way to earn money for losing customers because they cant run a decent delivery app to save their lives.

  Charged my card over 30 dollars. Inept customer service. Will call my bank to dispute charge. Never put my order to restaurant.

  Not even worth a one star. They cant even handle two orders at a time. They delivered my order to the other order address and when I went on customer service to complain I get an email telling me my order was cancelled this is the 5th time they have done this. I wouldnt trust Grubhub with your money or your food.

  GrubHub is the most unreliable food delivery company I have every used. I have had to cancel my last SIX orders because they were running two hours late. They keep giving me $5 off my next order but I cant use it because nothing every gets delivered! Cannot believe they are still in business.

  When are they going to penalize driver who steal food? When will that be addressed. Their solutions to disgruntled employees is hope our service gets better what does that do for me now? Placed a order for scheduled delivery cause Im at work and would like to be on top of things, just to not even receive the order at all. Grubhub is horrible, customer service horrible.

  Grubhub I didn't get my order they didn't deliver my food over here no discount they owed me a lot of money .They said it's not the food it's a riff off company.

  Terrible company with terrible service. Have attempted for 3 hours to get a pizza from a place 3 MI away. First round was the wrong Pizza. Second round was going to take an hour to get it to me. Third round received a text saying it was going to take another hour to get it to me. Called the pizza place and the pizza had been sitting there and came out of the oven a while ago.
