      GrubHub does not have dual-factor authentication, i.e. receiving text/ email to confirm that you are the one that's supposed to login. In addition, their security seems to be negligible. Within 2 minutes of my joining GrubHub+, I received a message someone ordered food in another state and was attempting to pick it up. I called that out-of-state restaurant and they didn't help. I called GrubHub **************** and all they said was to call sheriff office in that city. I reported the complaint but solving $25 crime is the least of any sheriff's worry. GrubHub did not refund my money. I called **************** who blocked my card for future transactions and refunded my money. AVOID GrubHub. Definitely avoid GrubHub+

      This company is TERRIBLE! In two business days, they have canceled my confirmed via email orders, less than 15 minutes before yesterday due to technical issues, and less than **** hours today, before they were scheduled!! I was ordering for company events and they made me look incompetent, in my managers', coworkers' and our clients' eyes. I would give them 0 stars, but am not able to do so. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!

      What a horrible company, **** poor customer service. Do not waste your money, when restaurants forget part of your order they make you jump through hoops to get a refund.

      My food order sat on restaurant counter for ****************************** different city. Order arrived soggy and cold, driver didn't even walk up 5 steps and ring doorbell. GrubHub solution was to offer $5 credit after fighting more they offered 25$ credit. Food went into garbage will never use GrubHub again. Mistakes happen but what matters is how businesses react to their mistakes and GrubHub focused on trying to trap me into buying through them again rather than refunding.

      No action **************" anytime their drivers actually messed up orders. Had an order delivered for someone else with same name, changed my last initial to differentiate, had a driver not pick up an order for over 3 hours and then deliver it to some unknown address and refuse to fix the problem, had a driver deliver god knows what from god knows where for god knows who (no receipt with order, all generic packaging) instead of my actual order. Everytime I asked the driver to fix it or grubhub to get in contact with the driver to fix it I was met with "refund, refund, refund." Refunds don't make me not hungry, I don't want a refund I want the food I ordered.

      Driver stayed in one location that was 30 mins away and didnt move. Contacted him because the delivery time kept increasing. He had a sarcastic response. I called customer service and they just kept saying that my food will arrive at such and such time. **** was one of the agents. I defiantly didnt want to eat whatever this guy brought me after the time increased almost 49 mins for it to arrive. **************** was awful. Will not continue my membership. Uber eats is much better and they are more prompt.

      They do not care if something was their fault - food never delivered, drivers disappearing, items missing. They only do the bare minimum. Customers seem to be their least concern. Just do yourself a favor and use a different service.

      This has got to be the worst company out there I worked for them and I worked my a** off I was accused of fraud by them when the fraud was committed against me I had money deducted from my pay for no reason they denied doing it and now they have deactivated me well they're in for a surprise because I'm going to *** them
