      I agree with the others. Grubhub is a theiving company who treats there paying costumers like criminals. I have only requested refunds for items I did not receive. This last time I got a message from the driver that the ice cream machine was down, and I would have to ask for a refund for my shake. The app took me to chat, and I was told that I have am unusual amount of refund request and there was nothing they could do for a refund. They were only willing to give me a credit. Being treated like a criminal for not wanting to pay for something I did not receive is very upsetting. I was already on the fence with these over priced companies. Eating out has already gotten too expensive. I guess I'm out of luck because I will not being using my credit. I will never use this app again. This is not how you keep costumers. You don't steal money from people.

      If order goes wrong you can only expect a $5 credit to a *** of $10 credit on next order. There is no reimbursement for GrubHub or driver mistakes. It will be your loss. I deleted the app. There are better delivery services out there. Save your money.

      A bunch of thiefs ripping off drivers pay. Not able to talk to anyone that can speak English. No matter what number you call you get someone from ***** or ********. That will lie to you. Horrible company.

      Said I would get 35% off, then tacked on expenses. Took my money out right away but after I saw the total, I cancelled and now have to wait to be refunded. DO NOT USE GRUBHUB!!!! They are not honest

      This is unacceptable. I ordered food for my family and most all items are missing or incorrect.I called to let them know and try and resolve the matter.Was told that since I've gotten a credit or refund before they won't do anything.That is stealing!!I can't help they can't get it together..either hours late or order all screwed up.There is no way they should be able to keep my money for products not received.

      I used Grub Hub for the first time last night (08/14/2023 at 9:30 pm CST), and my experience was terrible!!! The delivery person was horrible the chat representative was awful as well. Grub Hub treated my concern like it was not essential and reaching someone was nearly impossible. Companies like Grub Hub have just gotten so famous that they forget how to treat people!! I used them for the first time yesterday, and I will not use them again unless they address my issues properly.

      Grubhub are thieves! I've stupidly ordered from them several times, even after they have stolen my food and money. This has happened over 5 times. Then, when I contact customer service, they don't even care. **************** will end your call/chat when you are trying to resolve the issue. I ordered from Popeyes today, for my wife's birthday and Grubhub said my food was delivered and it was not. I don't have my food and they charged my card and now the money I spent will not be available for 24 hours. Now we can't eat dinner tonight. We are going to starve now. I don't have anymore money to order anything else. My wife is very sad now, on her birthday.

      Ordered some ********* breakfast for my family, original delivery estimate was between 10:18 AM and 10:28 AM, waited almost a half hour before being told that delivery would now be between 10:42 AM and 10:52 AM. I placed the order at 9:46. I don't get how it can take over an hour to even start my delivery. After waiting until 10:30 I got another update that my delivery will now be after 11. If deliveries can be delayed that long, why even give delivery times? This is a horrible service unless maybe you live in a major city I guess, I'm not even out in the middle of nowhere or anything.

      I had an incomplete order, which I pointed out to the driver/delivery person, who was unable/unwilling to discuss with me. When I wanted to refuse the order and request a full refund or a replacement of missing items, I was dismissed. It was a very disappointing customer service experience from the level of the app, to the restaurant, to the driver, to the management.

      I rarely use the service, but when I do its for a certain reason. I recently had a procedure on my foot that prevents me from driving. I go to place an Grubhub order the past two days. Yesterday it said that the order didnt go through. I thought well, thats technology. Same thing today, and lo and behold there is a hold on my account that no one can give a reason for. I talk to a chat agent and while trying to get information from him he just closes the chat. I call the customer support. She says there is a hold and will not provide more information, so anything to release it, and gives me the run around for 5 minutes while I ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor says too bad so sad you need an internal group to reach out to you. I cant do anything. When I try to get information as to why the account it blocked. She laughed and hung up.
