      This company promises great health care but their customer service is terrible. I called to arrange an introductory appointment, which was weeks off. That visit turned out to be a facility tour with no medical assistance available. While waiting for an appointment for bloodwork which was scheduled again weeks in the future, I injured my arm but they said I could not get care from them because I wasn't yet an official patient. I have had to see three different doctors since I began the process with Oak Street Health. When I sent for the blood work appointment, they were very rude to me about rescheduling it and I finally just left because no one there seemed interested in me as a person. Their ads are misleading and they do not have same-day or next-day appointments.

      People working there don't care, MRI done,no follow with Neurologist,refused to help to find One, no Team work at the ************* location,one don't know what the other is going. Bad if you' need care and help as a older person, don't go there

      Pushed unnecessary test and never adreesed health issue. 6 months still don't have medical records that are available. Missed phone appointmentsb with no communication. Worst experience .When I called about an acute issue I was told they would call in prescription that day 4 days later it was called when I tried to address it the ********** Well we are closed on the weekend" .

      I get 7-8 phone cals daily from Oak Street health and I tell them everytime to remove me from their calling list and in an hour later I get another phone call from them

      They ****. Don't go to this place because they will treat you like c*** and then try to twist and turn your words around against you to make it sound like you are incompetent. Their policy is to just force a bunch of medicine on people and give you forms of treatment that have not been proven to do anything but make your health worse. They will give you stupid tests that are unnecessary to make you look stupid. Then when you try to leave and go back to another provider they get all uptight about it and then I'll try to gaslight you and say that you need more personalized treatment that you don't even need. They're super rude and it's a trillion dollar scam. At first they act like they're really helpful, but good luck getting a hold of them sometimes and they don't even call you back right away.

      Was not impressed. The doctor I saw refused to prescribe needed meds & wasn't interested in my health concerns. She couldn't leave the room fast enough. They don't provide good health care. Wouldn't recommend

      I recently changed my primary care physician after so many years, and not that it was a bad place, or my doctor was, because I love and definitely appreciated my ****************************** with all my heart, but this New place, Oakestreet Health, has taken VERY good care of my health needs. I'm so glad I made the switch, closer to home, a ride to and from my appointments, the quality of care I receive as soon as I hit the door, as if I was *****************************, lol that's just the feeling they give me when I'm there. Just want to say, if your in need of a NEW and IMPROVED health care provider, Oakstreet Health is definitely the place. I highly recommend this place, to all family, friends, and ex *** colleagues ????????????

      Been calling for almost 2 weeks with no response! Tumor found on scan and no follow up!
