      I am suddenly receiving mail from this company, marked, "Trinity ********* Insurance Company" ***************************** to my home in ********. It is not addressed to me, but I have lived here for over 6 years and now am receiving multiple letters a month with my address, but another's name listed. I do not have insurance with this company, and would like the mail to stop.

      My vehicle was parked outside my home when an individual whose insurance is with Kemper rammed into my vehicle. The very next day we had an adjustor come over to take a look at the damages, after that it took two weeks to get in contact with the agent who was handling my claim. The driver of the vehicle admitted that it was his fault "obviously", so the insurance gave the ok to take the vehicle to a collision center to have it repaired. After all was said and done I got stuck with a balance of over ******* that I have to pay out of pocket if I want my car back. I have tried calling multiple times to try to get this resolved with no response. Why should I have to pay for something that I didn't damage myself. My car was in perfect condition before it got rammed into.

      I was in a car accident July 1, 2024. A driver from L&L Forklift slammed into me with his company's van, hitting the driver side of my car while I was stopped, sitting in traffic. I was hit very hard. My vehicle was damaged and I suffered from injuries due to the accident. My body was badly bruised, foot,neck, back and shoulder was aching. I got information from the driver. The company insurance he gave me is Kemper. I reported the accident to Kemper the same day. Initially, Kemper wanted me to get my car checked the next day but I was transferred to ************************* and she canceled having my vehicle checked and sent me an app to take pictures for her to review. I have only spoken to ************************* one other time and she was extremely rude to me. I mentioned if she received any of my text or voice messages. She said " yes." But she never responded to any of them. She rudely explained to me my concerns, while speaking really fast. She even mocked me as I spoke. She behaved very unprofessional, with a bullying mentality. She told me my car was not hit so bad to cause much damage. I told her he hit me hard and told her about my injuries. She snapped at me and said, ' I don't have anything for you yet, I will call you Monday when liability information is here." I have messaged her and she won't respond. I have called her and she won't pick up or give me a call back. I have no way to get in contact with anyone to help me at Kemper.

      I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree. Kemper is trying to 10% at fault. I was not at fault at all. The driver was supposed to stop at the stop sign. He was not paying attention and hit me while I was stopped. Kemper stated they sent me a check and instructions to get my car fixed for the damages in the mail. They have never sent me anything. Every time I  contact them they are not available

      Thank you for your response regarding my case with Kemper. I have called,emailed and texted Kemper several times about sending me the check we agreed to. They refuse to call me back. I never rejected what they sent the body shop ******** Body Shop.  ***** ********* told me that Kemper will write the check out to me since they returned the check back to Kemper and advised Kemper to send it to me. They said this is normal procedure since I had other work to be done to my car that I personally needed to save up for since Kemper refuse to cover it. I've been trying to close this case for several months and it has been a burden. Here are some messages I've sent.

      ON TUESDAY JULY 9 2024 I FILED A CLAIM. DUE TO A HURRICANE IN ******* *****. I WAS DENIED EACH THING I NEEDED SUCH AS EMERGENCY SHELTER FOOD APPLIANCES NO LONGER WORKING DUE TO POWER OUTAGE FOR 5 DAYS. I CAN'T GET HELP FROM FEMA DUE TO THE CLAIM IS STILL OPENED WITH KEMPER. THE ADJUSTER CALLED AND SAID SHE WOULD EMAIL ME HER CONTACT INFORMATION AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER THAT IS NOW IN NEED. I DON'T WANT TO BEG FOR HELP. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CHASE A ADJUSTER AS I WAS INSTRUCTED WHEN I CALLED KEMPER. I EAS TOLD THAT WHEN I CALLED KEMPER TO CALL A ADJUSTER NAMED ************************* . I TRIED FOR DAYS.       Ive been trying to get my Sons insurance policy turned over to me for 2 years. The policy holder is his Father who has been deceased for 2 years. All Ive gotten is a run around and at this point I just want the $10,000 back so I can go to another reputable company. The foreign agents are no help and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. I was supposed to have gotten mailed a form, but instead I got mailed a letter with no form. My sons aunt said ****** Life should have the death certificate his Father, but they said they dont have it. I even emailed his obituary which was asked of me and still nothing. At this point I just want my money back, which according to the agents is not possible. Keeper Life doesnt get to keep the $10,000 that was paid in full with no results.

      I was rear ended on 7/12/24 by a person with Kemper auto insurance. I called the number on insurance card, filed a claim, and was assigned an adjuster. After my initial contact with the adjuster (*******************************) she will not return my calls. Her excuse is they cannot proceed with the claim until she is contacted by the other person involved in the wreck (the person they insure). When asked what will happen if the person does not contact them I was told the claim will be dropped and I will have to file under my own insurance.I called the other person involved in the wreck and he told me that Kemper called him once and he returned their call but the person was not available. He said he would not call them again and would wait for them to call him. He said he already had an adjuster look at his vehicle so he knows they are aware of the accident and that it was his fault.Repeated calls from me to my adjuster (*******************************) and her supervisor (*****************) have gone unanswered and I have received no communications from them. Unless they do their job I will be left with injuries, no operational vehicle and will have to turn this into my insurance where I will have to pay the deductable and face higher premiums BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO THEIR JOB.All I want is for them to fix my car and pay for a rental car and doctor visit costs.

      I was involved in an accident, it was my fault and my insurance company doesnt want to pay even though I have full coverage insurance. I took fault for it. My payment for insurance is on time . Is there anything I can do in this situation? My policy number is *********** and my claim number is *********** and the accident was June 11th. I just want my car taken car of . They declared it a total loss and I just want it covered.

      My car was stolen on 6-18-24 and I realized it was gone on 6-19-24 and filed a police report, called the insurance company and went to the tow yard to retrieve my car. While I was at the tow yard I was on the phone with Kemper and they told me I didn't have towing services on my policy so I had to use my own AAA to get my car towed 90 miles to a "In Network" Auto body shop. I was told I would need to pay my $1,000 deductible which makes absolutely no sense. They also told me that I dont have rental cars on my "Policy" (but have not seen any policy as of yet) and the best they could do is $20 off a rental car per day, and currently the daily rate for a compact car is $68 with their contracted company. My car has been in the shop for a week so far, and they haven't touched it yet. I have been using Ubers to get around. I have been with this company for almost 20 years and the way they have treated me is horrible. Today they called to say my car would be considered totaled, and only after I mentioned a buy back option, the adjuster said after you pay your deductible. I was flabbergasted, my car was stolen! What have I been paying Insurance for to be treated this way. Two years ago, I had to file another claim because I was rear ended and they made me pay my deductible after the other party took responsibility. The BBB got them to give me my deductible back. I am so distraught, it hurts to not be able to trust your insurance company and feel like they are trying to "Get" you. Apparently I am paying insurance just to pay it because I am not taken care of by Kemper at all in the time of need.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1. My car was at the shop for over 3 weeks before I was contacted about a resolution. My car was deemed a total loss on June 26, I wasnt contacted with any information regarding my car until July 18th(the day my premium is automatically deducted from my account). 

      2. I should not have to pay the $1,000 deductible because my car was stolen, it sat in the yard for a month and that is complete neglect. 

      3. I have sent in receipts for my temporary transportation and have not been reimbursed and was just told yesterday 7-22-24 by the ********************* that the credit of $20 a day would have to be given to me by the adjuster, if any. I have called and sent him emails and havent heard anything back from him. 

      4. I have specifically asked for pictures taken by the initial adjuster of the ignition and door and have been ignored.

      am a disabled veteran and I am being taking advantage of by Kemper Insurance. I was in an auto accident on or about November 11, 2024, where a ****** Tundra hit me from behind. Kemper Insurance identified their insured was at fault yet, they are refusing to complete and pay out my claim. On or about 9 February 2024 I spoke with ***************************** a manager with Kemper Insurance regarding funds not being paid out for auto portion of my claim, during this conversation ****************** became complete irate, unprofessional and belittling.****************** is now not authorizing the completion and final pay out of my claim. I needed medical treatment because of the accident, and on or about 28 February 2024 I completed all medical treatment. Following I contacted ********************************* ( my claims adjuster) informing her that treatment had been completed, I recached her voice mail, since then I have called four times all leaving voice messages none of my messages have been responded to. During this time ******* a representative from the medical treatment facility also contacted ****************** several time requesting payment for treatment. It has now been four months and ****************** and ****************** are refusing to communicate with me and complete my insurance claims.Because I have been unable to reach Kemper Insurance I reached out to my insurance company USAA requesting that they assist me in this manner, USAA contacted ****************** on 21 June 2024 and was only able to reach her voice mail as well. I have also had to file a claim with the **************** of Insurance. Kemper has been contacted over 10 times trying to resolve this claim, they have not taken their legal responsibility and paid the claim to the health care office or myself. I am requesting a call from the corporate headquarters regarding the five months i have been unable to reach any member of my claim.

      We have been loyal customers of Infinity/******************************************* since at least 2017 when it was Infinity and 2020 Infinity Kemper. Since then Infinity Kemper collected about approximately $14500 in premiums for the autopolicy. The vehicle was involved in auto accident in February 2024 and up to the day it's already end of June 2024 vehicle hasn't been repaired. The insurance adjuster *********************** and his manager ********************* have been nightmare to have to deal with. The World Auto Body the only auto shop that they work with in ********* area has extremely low ratings and numerous negative complaints from unhappy customers to where car was held for a long time left to you to pick up large rental bill and leaves you unsure of quality of work provided.

      I am rejecting this response because: Kemper is claiming that they have completed their investigation but when we asked what they did to investigate the claim we were unable to receive definite response. Accident occurred on 02/23/2024 at 6:49 pm. Report was made to local police enforcement. Officer ******* arrived on scene and took report. Subsequently claim was filed with Kemper and ******************************** was assigned to the claim. *********************** was hard to get hold of so his manager ********************* stepped to mediate the process. ****** was not personable and hard to work with. Both representatives encouraged the client to conduct the investigation. They advised the client to go to nearby business and inquire about obtaining any possible video footage available. They also advised client to obtain police report. Client attempted to carry out those tasks and was a advised that insurance agents should be looking into that themselves. Nevertheless we obtained police report and estimate for the repairs and forwarded those to ***********************. We were unable to obtain any video footage. It was becoming progressively difficult to get a phone call back or get through to anybody over the phone. Finally their adjuster ******************* came out to take a look at the vehicles. We were given an option to go to their contracted facility and apparently there is only one location in ********* and one in ********* both equally far from our home in *********. We still considered going there all though by law we could go any proffered facility of our choice. Bottom line we looked into the reviews of the facility that was offered to us as an option and there are many unsatisfactory reviews from previous clients in some cases to the point when clients were unable to get their vehicles back way beyond promised time and thats due to miscommunications and mis ordering  of the parts which after having to deal with insurance agents didnt come as surprise. This also means that we would accumulate rental fees which they dont pay for until much later and when we reached out to their adjuster to see if they can coordinate ordering parts and arranging for rental vehicles that we were told that its not his job to do it. Also our policy has deductible waiver for property damage and they will not honor it as well. We have been loyal clients for many years now and six months ago they raised the price without any fault at our part and limited renewals to six months at the time. And now they raised premium again at the renewal time and bombarded us with renewal notices and requests for payment although our vehicle remains unfinished despite the fact that we have been paying premiums consistently for years. We finally resorted to filing complaint with BBB and we wish they responded this promptly to any of our phone calls prior to this. We really do not feel that their efforts were satisfactory and request further action taken.

According to the policy a hit-and-run or phantom vehicle which by definition means vehicle that can't be identified. According to their investigation the vehicle was unable to be identified and deductable waiver should be *****ed. 

      We reques for deductable waiver to be *****ed as described in the insurance policy.
