      Kemper has agreed to pay ** on a claim in the amount of $2,313.94. They mailed the check to the auto repair instead of the policy owner who actually already paid the auto repair. So, Kemper Claims Adjuster (***************************) wrote to us (email) on March 8 explaining that they would send us a new check and expect it in 5 to 7 business days. It is now April 20th. Our claims agent does not answer calls or return email messages. Kemper customer service doesn't get involved in claims and can only try to connect us to a human but has to get off the phone after a 2 minute wait. So, we are seeking a response and check for $2,313.94 Our policy number is **********. Our claim number is ***********.

      Met with an accident on dec 16th 2022 in ******,** .The guy who hit me was insured by kemper insurance company ,he was a drunk driver ,***** police filed a case againist him. it was his mistake and kemper accpted the liability .After 3 months of going back and forth they decided to total my car. and my car is been in the body shop since last few months acurring daily storage charges. After continiously reaching kemper thru emails and phone calls they are not responding since last one month . left several voice messages with no luck .even the body shop tried to reach them continiously but no one is responding to emails or calls .

      My problem is that when I bought my jeep grand Cherokee, the car was purchased from a dismantled auction. So we repaired it. And 5 years later I got into a car accident in a raining day. And the accident was on the same spot were the car was hit at the first place when purchasing the car. And the insurance is telling me that I will have to pay like 4K out of my pocket to fix the car, due to the first crash. Which makes me angry because thats not my fault.

      Re: Claim Number: *********** On April 21, 2023, it will have been 5 months since Kemper's insured made an illegal right-hand turn from the middle lane and side-swiped the front of my 2020 ***** Fit.Have attempted to contact Kemper's agent numerous times with no response and/or no action. Have tried elevating the claim to other Kemper outlets but again, no response.The lease for my ***** Fit ends in several months and I will be unable to return the vehicle with the damage. Please send the $1900.10 that your estimator quoted to either repair the damage or put towards purchasing the vehicle with the damage.Thank you,*****

      On 3/11/23, I filed a claim w/ Kemper Corporation, due to their client hitting my parked vehicle, resulting in her DUI arrest. They deemed my vehicle as a Total loss. They picked it up on 3/20/23. I have left numerous phone ****************** not only to the claim adjuster, but to her Supervisor as well. I have called their reps & have had my claim #*********** "escalated" thrice. No one will call, email or correspondence to me at all. They haven't contacted my Financial company either! They took my car & will not respond! I have been w/ out a vehicle now for 35 days & am having to continue to make my car payments. Please help me get this resolved!

      Got in a car accident, filled a claim withe my issurance company infinity/kemper, had the accident on Nov 4th 2022 and its now April 15 2023, the insurance company took Months to evaulate my vehicle damage and when they finally gave me an offer on the loss of my vehicle they sent me and my attorney documents of what they used to evaluate my vehicle and I noticed they uses the wrong Model of my vehicle to give me a low offer, my insured vehicle is 2011 ***** MAZDASPEED 3 ( sport version) of a regular ***** 3 my car has a different motor and transmission, I let the adjuster know that they used the wrong car and they didnt care and said the offer stands, in refused it and they asked me to supply them with my cars correct make and model and I did and they didnt except it, ive been without a car since the accident. *** tried reaching out to supervisors and managers but no one seems to reply back or give me answers to why they gave me an offer on a vehicle thats the wrong model of my car, they offer me 5-6k but my car is worth *****k I know this because ive sent them links to th online cars for sale.       I've emailed this business numerous times trying to obtain a answer of the difference in my monthly insurance payment for my car insurance which is due to expire. There are some odd amount of charges to restart the policy after ending I suppose. I was in a car accident over a month ago so I'm unsure if that's anything to do with it or not. I've emailed a few times and just again yesterday I believe asking this question and I can't get it answered.

      To whom it may concern at the Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Kemper Insurance in relation to an unresolved claim stemming from an automobile accident that occurred on February 14th. My vehicle was involved in a multi-car accident, where the initial party at fault rear-ended another vehicle, which in turn collided with mine. To make matters worse, it was later discovered that their client was under the influence of drugs during the accident.Since the accident, I have been attempting to work with the at-fault party's insurance company, Kemper Insurance, to have my vehicle repaired. Unfortunately, the process has been fraught with delays, unprofessional behavior, and poor communication. Kemper Insurance's representatives, ******************* and *********************, have been disrespectful and unhelpful. They continuously provide the same unproductive responses and avoid our calls, giving the impression that they are attempting to escape the claim by not answering or portraying themselves as always busy.Moreover, Kemper Insurance has informed me that they are waiting on a demand from the first person whose property was damaged. However, it has been nearly two months, and there has been no progress in settling the claim. They have also given us misleading information about the limits they have for each claim and have made up stories about the accident and numbers that are not consistent with reality.In filing this complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly and fairly. I kindly request that Kemper Insurance expedite the claim process, improve communication with all parties involved, and take the necessary steps to repair my vehicle without further delay. Additionally, I expect their representatives to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to addressing our concerns.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.Sincerely,

      In October of 2022 I purchased a new car and went through an agent to get insurance from Kemper. It showed that I had two accidents that came up, one in particular that had 6 points. I was told to pay a higher deposit and was given a certain amount of time to provide proof that the accidents were not at fault. As I dug into the dates they provided me with about the accidents. I found out that one of them was in fact my mothers accident but our names are spelled similar. In fact the only difference is the last letter and we shared the same address. I had my mother call her insurance and print something out saying that it was her accident and I even called Lexxis Nexis to get a consumer report sent to the insurance company. At that point the the time had expired and they canceled my insurance. That was at the middle of November and the agent had turned ALL the documents in that they were requesting. AT the end of November I was receiving collections papers saying I owed ***** dollars. I tried contacting them numerous times and spoke to managers and Supervisor and no one could help me resolve the issue. I have been trying to reach them through the agent and still nothing. I have gotten the runaround for months and still havent got anyone that can help. I have never experienced anything like this.

      As you would notice on the uploaded files that I am submitting to you and this company, Kimber life insurance company made these deductions, but I never did get a policy stating that I was covered by *** for life insurance company. Therefore, I would like to be reimbursed for all the money that was deducted out of my federal credit union. You must understand that I gave them my federal credit union account number and routing number so that I could buy this policy and they would just make automatic deductions. However, they are representative ***********************, never did come by and bring me the policy or explain anything to me if I wouldve that my family never wouldve known that I had life insurance. I tried to resolve this issue by calling Kemper life insurance company located in ******** *****. However, this lady, their office manager acted like she did not understand what I was telling her, and she kept insisting that since I gave them the routing number, and the account number, they gave them authority to make those deductions. I disagree with that. To resolve this issue I would like for the Better Business Bureau to have Kemper life insurance company to reimburse me all the money that was deducted out of my account. The nature of my dispute is Kemper life insurance company made deductions out of my personal federal credit union account, but never did give me what I was buying which was the life insurance policy. I would like to get all of my money back..
