A driver insured by Kemper Insurance had an accident in front of me. I was unable to stop my truck and gooseneck trailer. The accident occurred on June 14, 2020. I filed a claim against Kemper a year ago asking for reimbursement of expenses I incurred while stranded in Texas for 2 weeks, during covid, while I waited for my trailer to be repaired so I could drive my horse back ********. My insurance, Geico, had paid the occupants in the other car for my responsibility in the accident. KEMPER just ignores me. None of the contingency law firms will take my case because the statute of limitations expires this June. Kemper will not respond to me.Business Response

RE: Claim# *********** I want Kemper to open claim for check number ********** I still havent receive my funds. This is causing me a lot of stress. I have been struggling trying to get the adjuster file a claim with ***** Fargo to get the money back since the check was cashed by someone else and the funds are being hold by ********** I called ********* and ***** Fargo which both said the only ones that can submit a claim is Kemper since it was issue by you guys.Business Response

Our company truck was hit by an Kemper insured driver at fault. We were able to get the truck repaired but it took 2 months at the bodyshop which during that time we had to utilize one of our employees truck and pay him for the use as no rental company have trucks that are utilized as ours with fuel tanks. We discussed this with Kemper and sent them all the documentation for reimbursement. No response, Called and left messages several times including with ****'s supervisor. I am rejecting this response because:I am keeping this complaint open despite the response from Kemper. It has been a year since the accident and they only responded to me after I filed a complaint. I have had countless phone calls and emails when all they had to do is say that they were underinsured and cant pay for my rental car. **************** is awefull and they are selling policies that dont cover cost of repairs.

On Feb 13 2023 my car was hit by a kemper insured car. My car was a total loss, I was sent a settlement letter and agreed to the settlement, sign my title over to them since my car was salvaged. It March 27 2023 and I havent received anything yet and I have no vehicle, a family that really depended it. *** called numerous times, left many voicemails. Still I get no call back. 12/28/22 I was at a traffic light when I was hit by a lady. I spoke with the adjuster for the lady's insurance company Kemper Insurance on 1/13/23 and advised her that their designated car rental company will charge me a fee of $25 per day for being under the age of 25. ***********************, Kemper adjuster told me that they will cover the additional fee since it is not in my control that they ***** this fee to those under 25 and I am 22. I have left multiple emails and voice mails for ******* and her boss ************************. They are not returning my calls or emails. One of Kempers customers hit my car a month ago and I have been fighting with Kemper to get a resolution so I can get my car fixed. They have been very very unresponsive and rude every single time that I reach out to them. Whenever I call they always say they need to speak to their client because their clients story has changed multiple times. We have a police report so I do not understand the hold up and this has been beyond frustrating. We spoke with a supervisor and he was absolutely no help at all either. on 1/20/23 I was hit by a man running from the police in my car. He is now being charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Kemper was his cars vehicle insurance and they have made it incredibly difficult to get my needed repairs done. Now they are flat out lying to me and my repair shop and are playing games with me to further extend the repairs on my car. They are evading their respondibility to pay for the repairs and my rental car. I need a solution as this is impacting my ability to work, live, and move on.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the repairs were estimated to take 5 days. The auto collision shop has now had my car for 22 days (since March 9th) due to Kemper not addressing supplements and not accepting supplements in a timely manner. They still have my car as now, Kemper is attempting to put aftermarket parts on my car that are of much lesser value and quality when OEM parts are already at the shop ready to go. My car was new when I was hit and this is absolutely unacceptable.

We recently got in a car accident in December early December and to this day my issue has not been solved, the problem is growing bigger and bigger and they are not helping whats so ever. I have been paying money out of my pockets when I fully paid my insurance and have not done anything to help me solve my issue. Nothing but a run around. Trying to get people to answer the status of my claim is bull. Your company is a bunch of idiots . Very very unprofessional.Might as well have hired a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off.A woman from your company called me at 7:00 am yesterday she was on the east coast I live on the west. So I missed her call . Now trying to get her to call back is impossible. Her name is *********************. I have made 7 phone calls to her today and she hasn't called back at all. My claim # is ***********. This accident occurred in Dec. 31,2020 and I have yet to receive a dime. What else is a person supposed to do to get some satisfaction ?And I must say that is very rude for someone conducting business to ring someone as early as 7;00 am That's so unprofessional. I would think a company like this should know better than to do something ******* like that. And then not to return ANY of my phone calls what kind of business are you trying to run? Get on the stick and settle this claim or I will come after you with legal action myself. This claim has not been paid on and certainly is NOT CLOSED. And it would also help if your people would speak better english because they are hard to understand A company this size can afford to do much better. I have now spent the better part of my day wasted just trying to speak to someone who can tell me something!!! Your lil game of giving me the run around is not gonna do anything but stir up trouble.
