      If you are in a car accident and the other party has Kemper Insurance BEWARE!!! they will call you and borderline threaten you by voicemail and letters! Your best defense is to lawyer up and block all communications with this shady insurance company!

      Made a claim in August for damage to my vehicle contacted camper adjuster came out looked at damage said he would send me estimate never received any estimate a week later received a check that wouldnt even cover the repair cost the check was made out to finance company and myself basically useless called Adjuster ********************* asked to cancel the check never happened never contacted fix auto which I requested the repairs to be made out ********** silent a month later I had to call and find out ********************* no longer was employed at Kemper reached out to ***** ***** called back had a bad attitude and very poor customer service and did not take responsibility. I am stuck with a rental vehicle that will eventually cost more than the repairs A new adjuster has been assigned and is now calling fix auto causing quite a delay this should be handled and repaired by now and its costing me a lot of extra money this is not the kind of service I would expect from an insurance company complete failure

      I in a hit and run accident by the driver who has Kemper/Alliance United as his auto insurance company. I have since been put into a financial hardship due to this matter. I have on tons of occasions told the adjuster, Verssi, ****** that I need a rental car and was never helped with that. I got the rental car on my own and for 1 week costed me **** dollars, I had to return the rental car because I couldn't afford to keep it, and no help was given from my adjuster. I have tried contacting her and her supervisor, leaving messages for the last two months and cant get a return call from anybody. I am currently spending 60 dollars a day on Lyft rides, and I'm borrowing money from people to do that. The auto shop who has my car, has also been having a hard time getting the adjuster on the phone for monies due to them. My car is still sitting in the shop 3 months later. This is unacceptable.       I was rear ended by a person that is insured by Financial Indemnity Company which is a Kemper company on 10/4/22. I have attempted to file a claim with them since it is their fault. No phone calls have been returned. I even submitted a claim online via the Kemper website. Nothing. It's like no one ever comes to work in their office or something. I was on ******** waiting for the light to turn green at the corner of Lone hill and ******** next to the shell gas station. I was abruptly rear ended with a hard force on the right side. ****************** claimed that the sun was in her eyes which caused her to not see my car as she was coming out of ********* driveway, hence ending with me being rear ended.******** police / Citrus Station Local Report Number 22-27425

      I am rejecting this response because: My car is not fixed. They said after the pictures were sent in I would be contacted to send my car to a shop for it to be fixed. Also, I have not heard from the adjuster since i received a call about sending in pictures for the adjuster. Need more clarification and phone call from adjuster.

      I am rejecting this response because: since my claim was opened back in October your adjuster has contacted us 2 times in TOTAL. How can I get anything sent to her if she doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. In fact she is out of the office until December 5th. You guys are slow rolling this claim to not have to pay for my car getting fixed.

I DID NOT HAVE A STOP SIGN, YIELD SIGN, SLOW DOWN SIGN NOTHING. I HAD THE IMMEDIATE RIGHT AWAY. AFTER CONTACTING MY INSURANCE COMPANY REGARDING THIS MATTER ALONG WITH PROVIDING WITNESS EVIDENCE THEY HAVE CAME TO THEIR DECISION - "THE ***** FOR THIS DETERMINATION IS THAT THE DRIVER FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY" according to my letter written by the underwritten department.

      Kemper will not update me on my claim, will not respond to email or any escalation attempts, got a check for a lot less of the damages and haven't been told if I can get a rental everything has been automated and mg adjuster refuses to reach back out to me after several attempts

      I was hit by a car about 12:10 on the 27 of sept called to file a claim no one seems to know where this policy number goes tooSo i been calling kemper whom takes payment from my account can not find this policyI been calling tbe agents work from home and dont have product information. I very upset that i have insurance with kemper and your agents cant find policyThis policy have no alphabet just numbers then i ask for a manager they either hang up and transfer me to dead airThis insurance kemper is dealing with fraud.       I am the claimant regarding motor vehicle accident 8/18/2022. Insured party admitted 100% fault however kemper does not wish to cover labor rates in full for repairs. Also left me high and dry without a renters vehicle while my automobile is in repairs. Lastly failure to submit reparations for waived medical claim. I have left multiple messages for my claim adjustor, her supervisor, and supervisor manager all with absolutely no response.
