      I dont know where to start. I am in the Military and have been serving our Nation for 24 years and I believe in doing whats right. At first they seemed to be a perfect match. I have no accidents no tickets and qualified for the good drivers discount. Well lets just say that was a false statement. Then to top it off my renewal came up and instead of the $150 dollar payment now Im paying $274. I dont understand and then after asking how did this happened the response I got was ********** had a lot of claims last year and we had to increase our rates. So lets be honorable and do the right thing by awarding your customers who do right and deserve the best!

      If were less that 1 star Ill give that to this company... I talk to ******** the Manager of the **** center and get to the point that HE told that whatever i was thinking is MY problem not his, super rude and super unprofessional of him.. the worst customer service experience I had... THE WORST.

      This is by far the absolute worst company ever in insurance and doesnt deserve any stars. Unfortunately I had to deal with Kemper since I was hit by one of their customers. Its sad when big ********* centers like king ********* and ******************* rejects dealing with kemper because they dont like to pay and argue over everything. Its no wonder why its mostly for all the high risk drivers its a bad company for bad drivers. Bottom line is this company should be investigated and shut down.

      Waste of insurance! My car was involved in a collision in the beginning of February I was supposed to get my car back 9 days later but has been the complete run around. They never contacted the mechanics or anything til I contacted both parties. Im apparently going to get my car back at the end of March. I also pay for the rental and towing and I suggest you go else where because its literally a waste of money!! Overall the worst company if you dont want a headache after getting into a collision then go else where.

      I wish I didn't have to add a star because this is the worst company. They don't like to pay and they give you the run around. I had a claims for 10-14-22 they tried to say the damage was only $729 from a picture never sent an adjuster out I have been taking my vehicle all over ************ to try and her fixed and everyone denied me saying they don't deal with Kemper because they don't pay. They sent me a checking 1(18(23 For $229 I had a $500 deductible. The car was having engine problems kept cutting off anyway they sent me a shop they deal with December 23 that company total the car out as a loss Kemper first accepted it now they are saying I committed fraud because of never reported engine damage like duh how I know that when no one would look at the car the damage was made aware after it was taken apart. So they want to send me the car back in pieces and denied the claim. I'm refuse to take car back because they didn't tow it in pieces. So now I had to get a lawyer and sue ********************* Also I been paying for car note and insurance for a car I haven't driven

      I had the unfortunate task of dealing with Kemper ************* Insurance Company due to a collision involving myself and one of their insured. To summarize, the experience was dreadful due to lack of consistent communication, lack of thorough investigation, lack of transparency, and the appearance of bias toward paying recipients less. On communication, I had several phone messages ignored, no statement requested from myself once communication was initiated, and a two month period of several emails where I asked again and again for details on how the claim was decided. It took bringing the manager and mentioning the BBB, ********** Department of Insurance, and small claims court to get the information I asked for. On the investigation, the agent did not solicit my perspective, there was no evaluation of the evidence sent to show my perspective, just restating of the original findings. The final act was the agent's manager respond that they got an "independent evaluation" with no information on who the "independent" evaluator was, how they were chosen, or even an attached report, just text written into an email. It is really difficult to receive that and believe that any re-evaluation was done. The lack of transparency was ridiculous, if a request is made into understanding how a decision was made, the least that can be done is providing said information. Not providing it for two months with specific requests for information is ridiculous. Then providing an "independent" evaluation without an attached report is preposterous. The paper trail is lacking, which leads to the apparent bias. I am not sure how anyone could see all the non-transparent tactics, lack of communication, and lack of thorough investigation and see this as an unbiased assessment. I hope never to have to deal with this company again.

      I worked for Kemper/Infinity Auto and I can agree with the customers, the company is AWFUL. The company is cancelling majority of their policies and have so many lawsuits because of wrong doing. The people they have in the seniority positions do not know what they are doing and put the blame on the associates under them. The company is definitely going Bankrupt.

      Worst homeowner insurance company. I've had a water leak in Sept this process was dragged out and could never get ahold of my adjuster. The times I did less than a handful of times, they were supposed to follow up with me and never did. Tried calling the call center for assistance and was always told my adjuster changed, then had to wait 24 hrs to call them back in order to speak to a manager. When I did, it was still the same response or the managers would just provide the adjusters number. After multiple emails, voicemails, speaking to call center managers a check was finally sent in December for way less than the Damanges. I've sent in every document and picture they requested regarding reimbursement for not having a functioning kitchen during this timeframe and was told they would get back to me, its been now over a month and my file was closed. Never received my reimbursement for my personal property or food. I have email chains as proof this company lacks complete communication. Don't believe when they say a manager is looking into this I have never spoke with the direct supervisor of my adjuster, I was provided her number and email but still no response. I have email chains as proof this company lacks complete communication. Avoid this company at all cost!!! Worst claim experience ever!!

      I previously had Infinity until Kemper took over and ever since they did it was horrible experience. They cancelled my policy without warning, without notice, calls, emails, text, or mail, nothing! All because I filed a claim about my PARKED car getting it's mirror swiped off, and they were informed that I had done UberEats, it was like a month or so that I drove for UberEats for a little extra cash to make ends meet. Not ONCE did they mention I would have to change my policy if I were to drive for a food delivery company. Instead they just cancelled my policy, I had autopay and never missed a payment. It's clear they don't give a **** about their customers and are quick to drop them without question or having an actual conversation about the situation. Avoid Kemper if you want to be treated like a human being rather than another policy number.

      Its is now February 14, ****, and Kemper auto insurance has still not refunded the $577 which was wrongfully deducted from my bank account on January 23, ****, and I do not have any car or insurance in my name since September 2023, when Kemper itself declared my vehicle a total loss.The company's emails are listed in this email, proving that my vehicle was a total loss.Actually , the one who has to prove something is Kemper herself, so insurance policy was this $577 charged to? Which car is this insurance policy holding?This is the email of the only person who can be contacted. but there's no point in solving anything!
