      With great honesty, I advise you that this is the worst insurance company I have ever met in all of ******* to make a claim knowing that you have every right. They will not resolve it for you. They delay paying, they give you a thousand problems. The worst company when it comes to charging is the best one to collect. It charges you right away, but when it comes to paying, it takes as long as you want, this is a very bad company.

      My Mom passed in 2016 & I've been paying the rest of the family policies ever since. I've been asking for the forms for several years to get paper work for myself & the family member so we can switch ownership to my name & Everytime i get nothing but promises. Finally last yr.2023 I get the ********* fill out All the papers & then it's they need a copy of the I'd so ********** over & now it's that policy has been cancelled....how, when & why? The why? None payment on policy. I'm confused because papers were submitted beforehand. Guess what I'm still getting nowhere & nothing in return but excuses from Kemper life. They really need to be checked into because in my opinion All of them are trained for & with EXCUSES!!! They need to do their proper jobs, pay ppl & for certain practice morality skills????

      When trying to cancel my insurance policy through kemper they are giving me the run around .I submitted my legal documents to my local insurance office and they submitted said documents needed to cancel my policy and request a cash release of my said policy. This is absurd and they are definitely practicing bad business practices. I notarized all documents and did what I was suppose to do .I definitely feel discriminated against by Kemper , Life insurance. ****************** ,*****

      Extreme difficulty in getting a claim resolved. Not responsive to phone calls or email. Their client hit our car from behind and clearly was at fault. They do not answer calls or emails. They do not do what they say they will. Accident was on September 23, 2023 and is still not closed. The worst claims experience ever!!!

      When trying to cancel my insurance policy through kemper they are giving me the run around, saying I need to contact my insurance broker. Really, You are the insurer but I need to go through a 3rd party to cancel my policy? Kempers MO is getting you in cheap, and then jacking up the price every year until you cancel, they then try to make it extremely difficult to cancel. ******, they should be investigated by the ** AGs office.

      Infinity insurance use kemper to processes claims. These people are horrible. Employees complaining about being overworked. It took weeks for my claim to be processed. Company is trash ??

      I can see why they got lowest score in the 2022 ************** U.S. Auto Claims Satisfaction Study. Our team have been trying to reach them to get this work done with our home and its so bad they had to ask us to reach out to them because they arent calling back. Its been since Easter. Someone got fired and thats why they said its taking time. Its been months, almost a year. Im sick and tired of it. Ill write on every plat form they have reviews on and my husband will be doing the same.

      Kemper and American Access Insurance is Substandard, rude and unprofessional I was T-bone by one of your drivers on December 7, 2023. I filed through your user app and physical form yet all responses I received back from the company has my name spelled incorrectly. Their adjusters ***************************** and ***************************** sent me a substandard the estimate $1067 total repair price was way below the price for collision repairs after I had a local inspection repair estimate from an actual collision repair shop that was $5,148.76 who also informed me no real mechanic does repairs for $30 per hours or can replace parts for $180 which is way below market standards so no repairs shop would accept my vehicle with this estimate. It has been almost a month since I was t-bone and I can not get a fair market estimate that any collision company will accept the vehicle to complete repairs, an entire month I have waited for nothing.

      My car was smashed from behind while parked in front of my house over the summer. The driver had Kemper insurance and they still have not accepted responsibility. I had to pay my deductible out of pocket when it is not my fault. Kemper is not responding to my insurance companys calls. Its a cut and dry case.

      Horrible customer service. Thank god I dont have this worthless company as mine. Their client rear ended me and were dumb enough to cancel my rental early trying to charge me for the remaining when it was determined I was 0 at fault. *************************** is the adjuster I cant get a hold of. Pushing me to take them to court and get the actual money o deserve
