      I wish it had a zero rating! They don't even deserve a one. I am a mental health person who was trying to handle getting life insurance myself but I was taken advantage of and bullied by Tim in the district office. I tried to get a refund and went through probably 5 different people and phone calls. I felt like I was playing a volleyball game dealing with them, but when I ended up getting on the phone with a man named Tim and he talked to me so ugly and disrespectful. I was an emotional wreck when I got off the phone with him and nothing was solved!! May God bless them. I would NEVER make someone feel like he did me.

      Around this time last year we ran into some financial difficulty and we missed a payment to Kemper. They immediately started the process of cancelling our policy without even trying to reach us and so we called them. They said we had to pay over $600 to restart it. My daughter had passed away the month before from COVID and so I wasnt in the right place to search for another insurer. Well, this year apparently there was not enough in my account so the auto payment on March 21 failed. They did not even tell me it happened and today April 6 I get a letter in the mail saying the minimum payment to avoid cancellation is $619.95. Our monthly payment is way lower than that and so this is just cruel. I will be cancelling this policy and finding another insurer

      No hay supervisor para mi caso que es eso no puedo yevar mi auto a areglar por que kemper no tiene supervisor que untorize I can't take my car to fix because they don't have a supervisor to authorize my claim

      Putting 1 star should be illegal this is the worse company in the world they don't like to pay claims and give you the run around. And they are very rude and disrespectful. I can't wait to my day in court with them.They put my car as a total loss towed it in pieces now want to deny the claim and send me the car back in pieces when the vehicle was put together when they picked it up from my house. They are rejecting whatever proof I give them and won't let me appeal their decisions nor will they put the pieces to my vehicle back together

      I just payed 600 in February to start my policy and 344 in March and my policy was canceled on the 20th without notice I was called today the 22 of March that it was canceled and told that I have to pay 400 for a new policy very shady company

      Absolutely terrible experience, called numerous times, only once received a call back.Almost impossible to get the claim settled in a reasonable manner and when the check arrived it was 700 dollars less than I was told.

      I have been trying for the longest time to get them to remove a ****** I havent had since 2018 which was my wifes car that I sold after she passed away, so I keep getting charged for two cars. I had spoken to a person named **** at 2:15pm on 3/8/24 who claims he had the second car removed, and that I was due a refund, a claim Ive heard so many times before. As of today, the car is still not removed nor is my premium lowered in price. However, last year my rates went up exponentially with a '40 year clean driving record'. Its an aggravating insurance company to deal with and they do not appear to like customer interaction. I read a review by a supposed former employee of Kemper that they are on the path to going bankrupt so perhaps the higher premiums are to cover their losses, I dont know but I simply wish my issue would be taken care of.

      As many have already said Ive been trying to get ahold of an adjuster for this company and have not been able to do so for over a month. The adjuster is either or vacation or out of the office and my wife and I need to be reimbursed for an accident their client caused. Its incredibly disheartening that this is happening as my wife is disabled and her modified vehicle was completed totaled and we need reimbursement for our trouble. Someone needs to contact us immediately!
