      The worse customer service department! My mother passed away on May 8, 2023. It is December 2023 and I am still waiting to receive the proceeds of this policy. The documentation was sent twice via Fed Ex. The claimant's statement was completed with a copy of my mother's death certificate. I do not like the idea of having her death certificate unaccounted for. I sent the documents to *******************************************************. The ***** receipts shows a confirmed delivery. The insurance is terrible for the policy holders. Kemper is unreliable. My mother began making payments with this life insurance policy in the 70's. ************************************************ articulation was so poor and slurred that I had to request he repeat the information multiple times. He stated her policies were old and would not pay out more than $4,444 for her funeral. I am reading other complaints and I see that email requests from primary beneficiaries are ignored. Now they are claiming her proceeds will be placed in Unclaimed Equity and paid to the state. This company is THE WORSE! I had to give a one star rating; otherwise it would be zero.

      Hello Ive been with Kemper about almost 4 to 5 years and they are ridiculous with the price. I paid $400 each month. They raised my insurance due to a renewal wtf 2 months ago. I get paperless since day one Im a good driver and theres no discount whatsoever. I already contacted a Supervisor,. I submitted my documents that they requested. I havent heard nothing back. I got a email saying that they received it and then within three days theyre going to get back at me its been almost 2 weeks. I called **************** I contact H&R I went on the page of the *** and it says right theyre clearly if you get paperless you get a discount and if youre good driver you get a discount and I dont see none of that thats BS Im getting tired of this. Nobody knows nothing when you call.

      This is the worse insurance on earth!! One of they client hit my car on December 11 while my daughter was driving and this insurance have the nerve to declined the claim because they told me it wasnt they client fault waoooo!!! Second they costumer service is the most wack disrespectful and unprofessional I have to deal with!!! Third the lady who it was in charge for my claim cant be more disrespectful and her voice tone it wasnt the appropriate neither torches a costumer!!! Thats exactly why I never look for incompetence insurance like this one!!! Im being for 13 years with the same insurance company which is GEIGO and never in my 13 year I being having issues!!!! This company should be ashamed of the wack business!!!! But for sure I will make sure people knows about them unprofessional services and I wish one day they go out of business!!!! For incompetent!!!

      Canceling my coverage after I've made a claim that they didn't even cover. And the adjuster took multiple appointments that he didn't show up and when he did he didn't even want to look under the house where the damage was.

      Worst insurance company ever they need to go out of business and their CEO needs to be in debt. One of the morons that ACTUALLY have them totaled my car and they were reluctant to do anything except BS the entire time. If youre reading this and you have Kemper youre either a moron or you need to either get someone else. Also the adjuster there named ******* is a dumb fat idiot who need to be unemployed for the next few years. I would give negative stars if I could.

      The worst insurance company I very dealt with. Also goes by the name of American Access casualty. Horrible customer service. They do not honor claims in other states.

      Completely dissatisfied with the service, my vehicle was in an accident over 3 weeks ago, and hadnt even been taken to a body shop yet, as of now im STILL waiting on having the vehicle looked at by a adjuster. Ive been able to get in contact with them a grand total of 2/16 times ive called them. They keep giving all these excuses on why they were taking so long the couple times i called them, i had to threaten legal action before they finally called me the second time. Total joke of a business. I do not recommend them at all.

      I have been insured with Infinity for about 10 years. I have never had an accident or given them any problems. This month, I am due for renewal and after receiving my renewal packet, I noticed the fees have increased over 30%. I called to understand why but the agent explained there is no reason other than prices went up. He advised me to look somewhere else if I was not happy. I can't believe the agent would suggest for me to call someone else and I can't believe they do not care about keeping loyal, good drivers. I called around to get more quotes and found a better price with more coverage at State Farm. I called Infinity back and explained this and the new agent told me the same thing the first agent had told me the week prior. He suggested I go with whoever gives me a better price because there was no discounts or price matching, they could do. I am amazed at how cold their attitude was and how they did not care if I stayed of left even though I had called for the 2nd time to explain I would rather stay with them the only problem was the high increase for no reason. I want to think maybe it was the agents that just did not want to invest the extra time to help me and keep me as a client but hope that Kemper as a company respects and values their clients. I wanted to write this review so hopefully the manager or owner sees it and is made aware of this situation so they can train their agents to have better customer service skills. I will be making the changes this week before the policy renewal date. Please take this review under consideration before joining Infinity (Kemper) insurance. They will not reward good drivers; they do not care if you stay or go with someone else, they increase your amount each time the renewal is due for no reason, and the agents do not have any customer service skills.

      Horrible would rate 0 stars currently in the process of getting a lawyer as Kemper told me the person that hit me was not answering calls and would automatically take blame. Its been a month and still No sighn of the driver that hit me and yet they still dont want to pay. Not only am I going to *** for damages but also all the time away from work that I had to take waiting for someone to contact me. My adjuster was rude hung up the phone supervisors never call back and overall The insurance is a FRAUD and needs To be investigated

      In October 2022, I signed up through an insurance broker with Kemper for a non-owners SR-22. They had no problem and took my money all year long. Once I renewed my policy and paid the full 6 month premium, it was an issue that I was not living in CA ( I need a CA SR-22 because that is where my DUI happened) . In Oct 2023, they sent a request for proof of garaging. When asked why, they stated they cannot insure me because I live in ** so I won't be able to renew after 4/7/24. However, they took it upon themselves to send an SR-26 to CA DMV that my SR-22 was cancelled 11/8/23 , and didn't refund me a single dollar. I am LIVID. Now, I received a letter of suspension from the CA DMV due to the fact that I had NO idea they cancelled my SR-22. Now, they're giving me a runaround about how to get a refund. I HATE KEMPER. THEY S**** OVER INNOCENT PEOPLE.

      Dear **********************,Company guidelines state that you must currently live in the state where your insurance policy is purchased. As you currently reside in *****, the policy is unacceptable. As a result, it was set for nonrenewal. An agent in ***** should be able to assist in locating a company in ***** that can file an out of state SR22 in ********** for you.In review of your policy, it was discovered that a SR26 was sent to the ********** of ***** Vehicles on 11/09/2023 in error. We have refiled the SR22 to show coverage without lapse through the cancellation date of 12/04/2023. Please allow 3-5 business days for the ********** of ***** Vehicles to process the filing. We sincerely apologize for the error.The policy is currently canceled as of 12/04/2023. We received a credit card chargeback from Bank of America advising that the payment of $299.50 processed on 10/06/2023 was returned/cash not received. As a result, there is an outstanding balance due of $44.50 on the policy for coverage from 10/07/2023 12/04/2023.Sincerely Infinity/Kemper ****************
