      I was in a car accident involving a 4 car collision. The guy responsible ran a red light. We all have car insurance to have a peace of mind and not have to stress when accidents happen. Infinity insurance is the worst car insurance I've had in 35 years. After being in an accident that wasn't my fault it was very stressful having to argue with Infinity Insurance trying to get them to cover the damages to my truck. After arguing with them for about a year and being without a car we finally got Infinity insurance to cover half of the cost of the accident but I couldn't believe that I was paying for this insurance that wouldn't cover 100% of the cost of an accident that wasn't my fault. I still had to come out of pocket approximately $10,000. Infinity insurance by far is the worst insurance I've ever had in 35 years.

      WORSE EXPENSIVE INSURANCE I had hail damage to my car 05/19/23. The appraisal gave an estimate of *******. I took my car to body shop where I was told cost was more than ******* to get fixed, ins would have to resend appraiser to take another look despite, the body shop sending pics circled the damaged areas after putting under a black light. 2 weeks at the body shop no one went, my expensive ****** a month insurance does not include a car rental I needed my car. After 3 days the appraiser called me & very rudely that he was at the body shop I explained the situation and that I needed my car due to health issues. He was quick to make it seem like I was lying despite me telling him I could take the car to the body shop if he could wait 20 minutes, he proceeded to lie & tell me that it was okay & that he would just re assign a new appraiser to come look at my car at my place of residence. Same appraiser went to the body shop a 2nd time after 3 weeks of me waiting for a call from a new one & no one ever told me this being the case. I called them after a month and half and leaving my car again at the body shop someone finally went to see the car. I received a letter dated 08/17/2023 that the supplemental payment would be sent to the body shop since body shop was told by me not to work on car until supplemental was received as I was not sure how or if they would pay out and I do not have that kind of money. Here we are 09/12/2023 & check still has not arrived to body shop. I spoke to my adjuster ********************* on 09/05/2023 who confirmed to NOT only me but spoke to the people at the body shop & said a check would be reissue but that she could not re issue until 09/08/2023 which we said okay no problem. I logged in to my customer log in for ******************** and see a check was reissue on 09/11/2023 but it was reissued to car dealership. 4 months later and still have not gotten this resolved despite me telling them I have HEALTH issues & I have been w/ no car for a month. RUDE&CARELESS

      Worst company for insurance ever! I was lied to on the phone about the the whole thing! Was told that they would fight on my behalf, never happened! Was told that I was not at fault. Now I am all of a sudden. Was told I would get my deductible back now they dont want to send me my money. ********************* was rude and was talking over me the whole time on the phone and laughed at me. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HARD EARNED ASSETS!!!!!

      I had used Kemper insurance for over a year. Another company bought them or merged with them and apparently none of my autopay information was transferred over. I technically did not have insurance for the last 3 months because of this. They did not reach out to let me know. When I called for clarification, that was what I was told. I asked to start a new policy and they transferred me to their sales department where I spoke with ***********************. She asked me many questions to get a quote with another company. After providing this, she let me know it would be $225 to start my new policy. I was ready to pay that day, however, she let me know I would need to send in my marriage certificate first. After providing this, I did not get a response. I followed Up 2 days later and was told I now need to send in pictures of my car. After providing this, I did not get a response. I followed up another 2 days later, no response, it has now been 2 weeks since attempting to start a new policy with them and I have Still received no response on my 3 follow up emails. At the very least, I expect professionalism and communication as this is a very important and urgent subject. This shows they hold no consideration for their customers and are showing up just for a paycheck. I am forced to call around for new quotes although the reason my policy stopped in the first place was on them. Overall shocked and unhappy with this experience.

      We had Kemper auto insurance for years. We finally switched last year because they were raising our rate and the customer service is TERRIBLE. It is extremely difficult to get an answer from anybody, if you can even get someone on the phone. While we were still covered by them, we filed a claim. This was now over a year ago. We found out earlier this year that our car was not restored properly, and were instructed by our current insurance company to contact Kemper to reopen the claim and get our car fixed properly. We have been calling Kemper for over a month, leaving voicemails each time. No one has ever gotten back to us. We will be filing complaints with all the appropriate auto insurance entities. Stay away from this company!!

      Worst experience ever one of their insured hit my car on April 1st, got small dent in my door; 3 months back & forth never received *****; first they sent me a letter saying Im 95% at fault; after confronting them with accident seen pic, one of their rude adjuster, called & told me how my car is old & worth nothing, that they decided to salvage my title & give me $500 & leave me on foot; for minor accident was not my fault & could fixe easily! Theyre big scam; most of their insured are reckless drivers!

      One of their insured hit my car in Feb. 2023. I called every month for 6 months to talk to a adjuster and they never returned my calls. Then finally I spoke to a *********************** and he denied my claim. I would never get insured by this company.

      Kemper is a terrible insurance company. I had a small accident on July 11, 2023. I filled a claim the same day. They sent me a link to upload pictures of the damage, and I did it same day. I didnt hear anything back after that for two weeks. Then the adjuster ***** called me and asked me to upload pictures of the damage. She didnt even know that they already have everything, she was clearly lazy to check it, lazy to do her job. Well, I told her that I already updated pictures and video. She said she will review it and call me back soon. Of course she never called me back. I spent month calling her and her supervisor ***** every day multiple times to ask what is going on with the claim, but all I was able to reach was their voicemail. I left voicemails many times but nobody never called back. And only 1 month after accident, after my husband called and had a really rude conversation with customer support someone from ******************** is finally called me and told me that my adjuster doesnt work in company anymore They didnt even apologise for it. They promised to send me bank check for repair my car two weeks ago, but I still didnt get it Now I still wait for check and I changed insurance company and insured my two cars with different insurance company. I will never be Kemper customer again and advise to everyone stay away from trash-service that Kemper provides.
