      If I could give minus negative stars I would. Kemper does not deserve not even 1 star. Kemper has file wrongfully two claims under my name, both saying the claims were for collisions when in reality both were comprehensive claims, meaning I was not at fault. But not only that, they add me as the driver in one of them when I was never present and it is was not my car but someone elses within the policy. For this reason now they have me paying $500 a month for car insurance, they fail to have accountability in fixing the problem, I dispute the records with *********** and theyre even failing to comply with *********** requirements so they can remove those false reports from my record. Now no other insurance wants to take me because Im consider a high risk driver and Kemper notify they wont renew me next year because Ive had 4 collision when in reality its been one time. So if this is not fixed by march next year I will be left stranded without car insurance and the possibility to go to work if I cant drive my car. This is the worse company ever. If insurance companies are a pain, Kemper will make you loose your hair and your peace of mind. Im looking to see if I can proceed legally against them for the damages. I hope I have a case.

      absolutely disgraceful. my car was totaled & how long it takes for this company to do anything is ridiculous. it has been 16 days since a file was claimed & there is still no payout. we continue to call & get told to call back the following monday. its ridiculous! as far as getting a rental they only offered $20 per ******** would to come out of pocket for a down payment. im switching back to geico. they are a joke. i rely on my car to live & they clearly could care less. i should have a car by now.

      If I could give negative stars I would. I have been a policyholder for awhile. My car was ********** thought I was being extra cautious when I opened the policy,making sure I was fully covered. Even with GAP coverage I received a check for $730. Sure, they paid the vehicle off but throughout the process they made me feel like I stole my own car. They're rude & I will never do business with them again. I hope their company folds. The adjuster ***** is rude & needs hisnjob taken from him. You don't treat people like that. From the second I answered his phone call ..RUDE!

      My son had purchased this insurance on his brand new ****** a young lady pulled out in front of him. He made a claim he had repeatedly tried to reach out to customer service and his agent She failed to return. phone calls for at least a month to a month and a half did not take a statement from the other party that was in the vehicle with my son with numerous attempts and no communication. He gets a letter in the mail that he has been found at fault, and this young lady is claiming injury. It was a fender ******. I could attach photos to show that it was impossible not even an airbag deployed in either vehicles she also stated she now had a witness Nobody stopped at the scene. They were there for about 10 minutes and my son went on to work. After many complaints of no response and not a proper investigation into this matter, he finally received a call back from his agent she is rude and dismissive and ugly when my son attempted to start asking questions like as in was the cameras checked, etc. to prove that he was not at fault she hung up on him he received another letter in the mail, wanting him to sign paperwork and asking if he carried any other insurance since he has liability my son has full coverage insurance not liability when trying to reach out to talk to management or anyone other than a supervisor or his agent we get the runaround with transfer after transfer and then being disconnected the complete lack of communication from this company is appalling the end all here is there will be no signing of paperwork stating that he was at fault They fail to understand that the people are paying for their services so therefore, they work for them. In this case they fail terribly!!! I would never recommend this company no communication, lack of response, rude, unprofessional company at best Do not ever take responsibility for things that dont belong to you!!!

      I should add i also carry this car insurance reaching out to them is a impossible task this has not only been my experience it has been my sons as well We both are looking into new insurance stay clear of this business!!!

      The insurance company and their client side had a very sophisticated scam, I was waiting for a red light, Kemper's driver suddenly crashed into my car and gave me all invalid documents, when the ************ police came they tried to defend the other person, the police discriminated against me as Asian, did not make a report and created an opportunity for the other side to escape. After I reported to ******, they said that their customer side didn't answer the phone so they couldn't do anything and even sent a note to my house saying if I don't die, Kemper won't pay, sometimes I still see Kemper's customer who crashed my car and ran away, this person still ran through the red light like there was no problem, I met the other driver on Beach road he saw me he was embarrassed and look away. I hope the Kemper side and the ******************************, area code ***** also have to teach this person a ******* not to continue to cause accidents to others and challenge of saying "No evidence". This ****************************** is very weird, every time they see me driving on the road they look weird and racist, they have the right and the big city has many area codes but no experience in running the city, far behind other cities like ***** or ***** and many others.

      This life insurance company need to be shutdown. They don't even deserve any stars at all. My husband just passed away. Kemper sends me a letter stating they need to check if there are any child support claims out there before they send me a refund. If there was any child support claims it would have already went through the courts. If I was with this company I would find me a new life insurance company. Kemper is trying not to give me my husband's life insurance funds. Very disappointing to see this company mistreat their customers.

      This company does not understand anything about basic customer service. First of all, they tried to double my insurance rate after 6 months on their insurance plan and having a completely clean driving record. So naturally I switched companies. After my final 6 month payment had been made, I removed the autopay method as I wanted that off their records before switching. Then they charged me a fee for removing the auto pay AFTER the last payment had been made. I filed a complaint with 2 different people who both told me the charge would be removed. In checking my account, I see the charge has NOT been removed. They simply changed the due date to a month later. In speaking with the second person, I requested to have in writing that the account was paid in full. The confirmation email I received had 'Insurance Cards Attached' in the subject line and the attachment was simply a letter stating I had insurance with them. Clearly NOT what I had asked for. This company has no integrity and clearly has no qualms against scamming people.

      Kemper is bad news! They paid for the roof and flashing but refused to pay for the mold and water damage from that! Also we had a floor falling in and they strung us along for 2 months and send engineers out instead of adjuster claiming water is coming from the ground! Doesnt make sense! I looked after a big rain and dry as all get out underneath the house also then they say condensation from an air conditioner that is 3 years old and duct work 2 years old ! The pictures I have show the mold and the water stain! They are not worth anything! I have bunches of pictures proving things and have paid great for them to do this! DONT EVER GET KEMPER

      I have paid more money than I can count to this agency. However even though kemper cares I have had dry unwillingness to help on my first and only claim. Extremely displeased and will be taking my business elsewhere after over a decade of paying for an agency that doesnt care about me but more so about keeping as much of my money as they can.

      Was playing $275 in insurance for them to improperly fix my car bullying the body shop to fix my car how they wanted and that was to give my after market parts on my charger. Because of how much they paid to replace my tires($150) tires that was almost split in half was out on my car as replacements I had to go spend my own money to buy brand new tires because the American tires told me the tires they had the body shop put on was hazardous it could have popped on me at anytime. Paid $545 for a tow from riverside where I work to *********** and insurance ******* didnt not reimburse me terrible company and service they didnt even reach out to me after I made a claim about my accident I had to keep calling them and only then they called me back
