      they pulled the clames pmt. 5 days after i got it and now i cant get my car fixed , it took weeks for them to pay when i was not at falut get the run around . whats wrong with this give you now and take it back later .. looks like the next step will come for them

      Never encountered something like this in my life! Their customer service is 0 to none. I got hit with their insurer, and communicating with them is impossible! I been trying to get in contact with supervisor ***************************** and ***************************. once I finally spoke with *************************** he was rude and not receptive. when I ask for his email to have everything on writing he literally said "I am not going to respond your emails" they probably dont want anything on writing why? When you call the **** number they dont have their emails information and they cannot provide supervisor or manager phone number what? Their estimate is based of a 5 pictures and totally inaccurate missing several parts. when ask to fix/update the estimate they say no. I said i refused to received the estimate amount ****** answer well you wont get paid then. Frustrating. and seeing all the reviews here they dont care about it.

      Kemper is absoutley the worst ever! I do not recommend doing business with them. They are more concerned with what they can put in their own pockets than the customers they serve. $10 monthly for an autopay that I did not ask to be removed. The payment was very ****** was drafted on auto pay from my bank account. They REFUSE to remove the fee. $15 a month for "admin" fees. They do absoutley nothing to serve as a monthly administrator of the policy. I work to make sure this policy is administered properly every month. A $30 monthly increase in the premiun fee. They have no explination for this increase. There has never been any claim against this or any auto policy we've held in the past 20 years. I've read the concerns below and they are very much in line with the companies practices. YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER!

      THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If I zero stars was an option, that is what I would have chosen. A Kemper insured hit my car and destroyed the entire driver's side. KEMPER refused to pay for the entire amount of damages - Refused to pay the body's shop's hourly rate and refused my rental car. They required me to do a video of the damages vs. sending a Kemper appraiser to review the damages, They simply sent me a check for $1,309 based on my video and would not cover my rental. They told me I had to pay for my rental car from my own funds and they said they would reimburse me. I was not at fault and I refused to pay for anything. I did not trust they would reimburse me. I was back and forth with them for MONTHS. I even required another Kemper adjusters to appraise the car's damages at the body shop. Kemper DENIED THAT DAMAGE APPRAISAL. I ended up calling my own insurance company and they had to take over. I will be livid if Kemper doesn't reimburse **** Insurance. They are complete A****** to deal with!

      My car got stolen last week up to now only one time the insurance get in contact with **. I been trying to get a contact with them to follow up and no answers at all. I ask to talk to the supervisor or manager and they transfer my call to voice mail. They have tell me that I have to wait. 24 hrs to get an answer is been more than that. I have ask a neighbor to take my girls to school and I use the bus I make an 1 hour 30 minutes to get at work I explain all this they did not care at all. I need to have the approval for rental car they have my email my husband phone number and my phone number.

      We cancelled our auto insurance when the year policy was up. We went with another company. A month after it expired we received a letter stating we owed them money for that month because we had "forgotten" to pay. WE DIDN'T HAVE THEM AS INSURANCE ANYMORE. Our local insurance person called them and straightened it out. Paperwork stating this was sent to me from Kemper. Now today we get a notice from a collection agency stating we owe Kemper for that month. WTH? This company is awful. Obviously they have no good book keepers. Possible customers beware!

      This is the worst insurance company ever. My daughter was involved in a car wreck with one of their insured, and we were given the run around on how they would cover the damages. For months they had conflicting stories and fed ** with lie after lie. Once we resolved, they agreed to pay for half of the repairs and car rental. I have been fighting with them to get reimbursed. I emailed and called the claim adjuster, *********************************, and her supervisor, ***********************, at the DownersGrove, ** office, and I am still getting ignored. My daughter's wreck occurred in October of 2022 and they did not start any process until February 2023.

      I been dealing with this insurance company when I tell I would tell my dog to use this insurance company dont payout dont like return calls and agents is rude as h*** talk crazy denied my claim after 3 long months

      Worst insurance and customer service I've ever experienced. Added a driver to my policy without my knowledge and consent and then tried to charge me **** dollars. Then wouldn't cancel my policy and tried to hold me hostage with paper work. I have since obtained legal representation and will be taking action. This is fraud and malicious behavior. If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware of these scam artist.
