      Kemper customer service is bad . My car went to the body shop about 1 month and they ready togo today . But they missing some payment or something they don’t let me get the car out .
      Tried to call the adjuster to find out something went wrong and just got the voice mail message .
      The problem is the hold company the customer service they can’t help you out because they said only the adjuster and the supervior can take care that case . Otherwide they can’t do anything . ( but the adjuster and supervior never pick up the phone even you call for couple day ) .
      Never come back and don’t get recommend for anyone use the Kemper insurance for the bad customer service when you need .

      My grandmother paid for YEARS with this company to insure her daughter's life. When it came time to collect, this company took forever to release the funds. She had to jumb through so many hurdles it was ridiculous. In fact, after 8 months after her daughters death, we're STILL waiting for the funds promised. This company has left such a bad taste in our families mouths. I highly recommend to stay away from this company. Losing a loved one is hard enough the you don't need the extra upset of fighting with a company you've been faithful to have you go through so much with what rightfully belongs to you. Please, for your future and the future of your family. STAY AWAY!

      Kemper is a joke, the adjuster never answer the phone and never get to talk anyone about my claim is been a month already and no one has contacted me. Definitely is the worst, probably changing providers after my claim is fixed

      Very bad experience with kemper, I had full coverage and I rear ended someone and it messed up my bumper and driver's side fender....today I talked to auto repair shop and they said kemper will not fix the fender... they said if I want fender fix I have to pay for it myself... so l just want to let people know to not get kemper for insurance because they are very hard to get ahold of and then they don't even pay the claim to fix car

      Worst Health insurance ever, I had it for 2 years, didn't use it that much, when my son got in an accident it didn't cover anything at all, bad costumer service and really bad information from them, also no body know them.

      I had a horrible experience after my brother crashed our new car 3 months ago. No one answer the phone, they keep sending me to the voicemail box. We had full coverage insurance and kemper voided the check it got sent to ******* They are about to send me to collections now cause the car hasnt been paid yet. I just dont want no body to go through what Im going now.

      My mother has had a policy for years. In her older age I have been helping take care of her. I have tried many times to get her premium Auto debited from her account my account and even a credit card. They can not do it!!! Which seems very unofficial and kind of fraudulent. Also filed a life claim on a cousin, have been sent the same letter five times all dated Dec. 22,2022. I have mailed them in. Costing a fee for a death certificate every time. in and I got a letter yesterday , 1-24,2023, saying they had not received anything a d if I wanted to file a claim I would have to call. When you call they don't help. I would suggest you get a different company. This is not ************** anymore.

      SAME EXPERIENCE AS ALL THE EXPERIENCES BELOW. I was involved in an accident, that was not my fault. First issue, Kemper (or previously American Access Causality) does rental reimbursement. I am mother of two and can not afford to pay out of pocket for a rental, hoping to be reimbursed. Plus, after reading these reviews and my experience they would have probably never refunded me! The adjuster, ****, was completely rude from the beginning. He will ONLY ANSWER QUESTIONS or give you information if it INVOLVES HIS POSITION. The 1st supplement, I did not receiving a copy of it until 2 weeks after it was completed (it was done by a 3rd party SCA). Now, SCA has washed their hands of the updated supplement and sent back to Kemper, but I can't seem to get through to anyone to find out where it is. This includes a Claims Manager, ********. Thank goodness for the dealership I have been working with is also trying hard to get in contact with ****************** They have also agreed that this is THE WORST COMPANY THEY HAVE EVER DEALT WITH & THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 20 YEARS?! I have a vehicle that has been sitting for a ************ cant complete until we get an update supplement. No wonder they did not want me to have rental...the people are so slow at there job that would be paying a arm and leg to for my rental. I have no access to get to work, take my kids to daycare, etc. If I do not receive an answer, I will be pursuing legal action. Did anyone else go this route?

      I had property damage from a car accident to my address from a policy owner of Kemper Ins. I was able to file an insurance claim but cannot contact a supervisor, claims adjuster or agent to resolve my insurance claim. They will not answer their phones or return phone calls. I don't understand how this company can operate as an insurance company in the ***********? Look at all the negative reviews concerning this company!!! Claims are not paid, consistently lying to their customers, poor customer service, totally unprofessional, etc. This company does not need to be in business serving then public!!! The Insurance Commissioner of ** needs to investigate and hold this company accountable and responsible for their unprofessional conduct!!!

      I will never wish this company on my worst enemy. I got into an accident with one of their client that had their insurance. Their client was at fault while driving for uber. it was a 3 car collision which had my car involved which I'm not understanding why that even happened. This happened on the 24th of December. I made a claim and nobody got in contact with me. left multiple messages to the adjuster even managers. Not once my calls were returned. I am a student and working 30+ hours. a rental was never provided to me. Communication was not exchanged. To top it off my car was at a body shop and Kemper came to the body shop took my car without informing me, I did not sign any release form. they informed my car was a total lose but yet my damanges was not bad. So false. Im calling them to see where my car is located but yet no answer. my car is a 2020 ****** 22k car that invested in. II only had my car for 11months and this is a big problem. matters are going to get even worse for this comp[any if not resolved. work hard for what I have and I don't have time to be scammed.... AND STILL NOT CONTACTED
