Adjuster dropped the ball I have a video showing the other driver hit me The video did not make to adjudication So now Kemper says Im out $1000 deductible I would not recommend Kemper to anyone Never even informed about adjudication found out 8 months after accident and many phone calls and emails Wasnt ever asked of injuries I was hit on the freeway Anyway I have emails showing I sent the video of the accident and damage the day after the claim And Kemper is still unwilling to helpKemper Corporation

I hate doing reviews, but sometimes it needs to be done. I used to have Kemper for insurance. Worst mistake I have made in a long time. When I went to another insurance company, my broker cancelled my policy. Since they have sent me to clames, they have been provided all the information they requested, and more. They have been contacted by myself several times, and my broker about the cancellation of the policies. I am sure if I was in a wreck they would find that it " was cancelled" real quick, And yet I continue to receive notices from a collection agency for insurance that was cancelled, and paied month to month. Kemper has done nothing to fix this, an will lie to you, an falsely represent themselves to steal from you.Kemper Corporation

I do not recommend using Kemper Insurance. Since they acquired Infinity Insurance I have had nothing but issues. I try to login into my account every time they send me a new document alert, but it says my login information is invalid. I then try to call Kemper and when I give the person on the phone my policy number, they say they can't find my policy. I go through my insurance agency to make my payments. My policy was up for renewal on 10/7. I contacted my agency on 10/3 to tell them I would not be able to make the payment to renew until 10/14, they said that was fine as Kemper has a 7 day reinstatement ******. I called on 10/14 and made my payment of $416.67 and Kemper accepted my payment. I get an email today 10/19 from Kemper that my insurance has lapsed and they can not renew me, after processing my payment. I contact my agency and she reaches out to Kemper, only for them to tell her the reinstatement grace ****** is now 5 days and that I should have made my payment by the 13th. She asked about getting a refund and they told her that goes through the billing department and that they will issue me a check and that it could take up to 2 weeks. My agent asked to speak with someone in billing or a supervisor and the rep at Kemper told her there was no one else available for her to talk to. I am very unhappy, as I have always made my payments on time and just happened to fall on hard times this month.Kemper Corporation

The worst experience ever. My car was stolen on 09/29 and I have spoken to my adjuster only twice. I have tried to call several time and leave voice mails and emails but no response. Per my adjuster she said emails is a waste of time because she does not read them. So unprofessional. I was told that I needed to get the Police reports and documents notarized which I did a few days later and not until 10/13 I was told it would be a total lost. Now days later I have to call the direct line for customer service because my adjuster does not answer and I now was told that I have a new adjuster that needs to contact me. Till today no one has contacted me. Almost a month with out a car.I have a total of 5 cars and 2 policies with Kemper and once this claim is close I will canceling my policies with them. Horrible service, after many many years with them and our first ever claim and this is what happens. Never again with them. My advice is close your policy with this company before you have to experience something like what I am going thru. If I could give a negative rating I would.Kemper Corporation

LIARS AND THIEVES ! THEY ARE HANDS DOWN NO QUESTIONS ASKED, TBE ULTIMATE WORSE COMPANY FOR INSURANCE. THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE . THEY DONT REIMBURSE THINGS THAT THEY SAID THEY WILL, THEY GAVE ME A $700 CHECK TO. COVER A $6100 BILL. AND NOT TO MENTION THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HAVING THE SPECIALIST THAT WAS HANDLING MY CASE, CEASE TO WORK THERE AND NO ONE TOLD ME OR HER OTHER CASE LOAD. I LEFT MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND NOTHING FROM NO ONE, CAUSING MY CAR TO BE DELAYED IN THE **** LONGER AND OF COURSE AT MY EXPENSE. IT WAS THEIR CLINET WHO HIT ME . I DID WAY MORE THAN THEY DID HOPING IT WOULD MAKE THINGS SMOOTHER . BUT KEMPER WILL LEAVE U SCREWED AND NOT CARE ABOUT A THING. BECAUSE OF THE FINACIAL RUIN THEY LEFT ME IN, FROM THEIR FALSE PROMISES TO THEM NEVER DOING THIER END. I LOST 1 OF MY JOBS BECAUSE OF THE NEGLECT of common courtesy and the knowledge of their job or what their position is capable of and how to use it. Because I had to pay out of pocket to cover what was supposed to be covered and what was told to me to be covered.... They basically screwed my life bad. And ive rsKemper Corporation

I have tried multiple times to reach someone about my claim, calls go automatically to voicemail and then nothing. I have tried the person assigned to my claim, their supervisor and the supervisors supervisor. The worst experience Ive had dealing with an insurance company. All reviews are 1 star and Kempers reply is all the same cookie cutter response.Kemper Corporation

The worst experience Ive ever had with an insurance company their insured and the driver who caused the accident injuring three people in three different vehicles, a convicted ********* who tried to flee the scene. My major injuries to plaintive and they dont offer even ****** with over ****** in medicals that doesnt include the pain and suffering inconvenience hospital stay everything. I find them to be the most pathetic insurance company Ive ever seen and I believe that they might have ties to socialist and **** connectionsKemper Corporation

It's should been zero star. H*** I went through a lot of h*** with 3 different insurance adjusters. So I get a run around one of my claims got withdrawal because it's not a theift report. They told me one thing about the car location. I told them I didn't park that car in the hotel. The other claims they don't want to help me at all. That hit and run they could help me on that part. They didn't. Now my car is total. H*** they will write a check to ********* nothing at all. **** son ???????. They are garbage.Kemper Corporation
