If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would This insurance company has been a nightmare to deal with. I was in an accident in May 2024 and despite suffering a back and leg injury that severely impacted my daily life, the adjuster dismissed it as a minor accident. Since my car wasnt totaled, they acted like my suffering didnt matter. Let me be clearsuffering is suffering. Theres no minor when it comes to constant pain, financial struggles, and job loss. I had to take time off work, which meant no paychecksomething I couldnt afford as a lower-middle-class person. I missed over 10 days of work and lost my job. The financial and emotional toll was immense, yet they offered just $250 for my pain, suffering, and job loss. Thats not just an insultits a slap in the face.When I tried to explain, the adjuster became aggressive, threatening to close my claim entirely if I didnt accept their lowball offer. I was given a choice accept their insulting offer or get nothing. Thats not negotiationits bullying. Instead of working with me for a fair resolution, they dismissed my concerns, acting like my suffering didnt ********* gets worse. When I questioned why they only covered 20-25% of my physical therapy bills, the adjuster told me it was because I missed some sessions. I explained that I couldnt drive due to my injuries and couldnt afford **** or lyft so I had to depend on others for rides. Her response? Thats not my problem. Not once did she express any sympathy or understanding.I understand adjusters handle multiple claims, but that doesnt justify to call my accident minorThis company doesnt care about its customers they care only about paying as little as possible. They will leave you struggling with medical bills and lost wages while making excuses to avoid paying whats ******* no one should have to fight this hard to get basic medical bills covered. I filed a claim against one of their insured who was found guilty of a hit and run on my property. I was told on a recorded line that if the damages were $1500 or less then they would mail a check directly to **** called back the adjuster with the estimated damages of $1500 plus the cost of a new mailbox and she told me they do not have any money to pay me. I have left several messages for an explanation and they will not return my phone calls.Kemper Corporation

Had this company up til today. I keep getting the run around and the disrespectful way these people talk to their clients. I finally told customer service after being hung up on that they can keep their refund they owe me and cancel the policy. I've been fighting with this company for over two weeks to be blamed why I haven't been able to get in contact with this company. I see others have the same experiences. So instead of stressing myself out I found other insurance and just told them to keep the refund. I'm over this company. By far, the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ever.Kemper Corporation

I wouldn't give Kemper Auto insurance a 5 star if you offered 10 stars. Kemper is the best and they saved me $1200 a year. Nobody not even Geico beats their price. Kemper rocks! ******* ******,****** ******* ****** Shniavar ******* ***** ******* All these names are some of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My experience with Kemper insurance was extremely frustrating, marked by poor customer service and a lack of responsiveness when dealing with a claim. Despite multiple attempts to contact my adjuster, I received little to no communication, leading to significant delays in getting my car repaired after an accident. I would strongly advise against choosing Kemper due to their unreliable claims process and frustrating customer service." I asked ******* to give me ******** work email so I can contact her directly as she never ever replied or gave me a call in the 4 months I was dealing with them, she goes on to say they are not allowed to give me her work email. WHAT?!!! Are you kidding me? What scam or deceptive company has the audacity to tell that to a paying member that has been there with them for the last 5 years. Not one claim was opened in those 5 years, always paid my monthly the second that I need them they act like they are never available. Always said Im in a meeting Im about to enter a meeting never had the decency of giving me a call. This insurance is the bottom of the barrel as far a customer service and keeping a promise to clients is concerned. Had to call off from work from the stress I felt dealing with them. If I can give a zero, that would be a better rating. In January 2025, I was involved in a car accident caused by their insured driver. Kemper was initially responsive. I provided all the necessary documentation they requested and was advised they have an estimate and that an adjuster will contact me. As of 2/20/25, they have been silent. No contact was received as they promised via phone or email. I have called, emailed, left voice messages continuously but to only be met with silence. This is unacceptable! To act as if they are assisting and then to go silent feels like I have been scammed. I need resolution immediately.Kemper Corporation

We were hit by an intoxicated driver who had ran through a stop sign at high speed totaling our vehicle. The vehicle was insured by Kemper. It has been now 6months with no action by Kemper. They are impossible to contact. All phone calls and emails go unanswered. I would give them a negative rating if we had that option. They are absolutely terrible to deal with and a company that in no way would you want to do business with.Kemper Corporation

1 starHello. My name is ******** *****. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with a Tractor Trailer by Infinity County Mutual Insurances insured now Kemper Insurance. The insured was a known methamphetamine addict and was able to maintain insurance. The insured was texting while driving when he broadsided my vehicle multiple times, leaving me with a Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Compression Injury, Atrophy of the Brain, Permanent Disability, and other injuries. The insurance company hired Mr. ** ***** ***** of The ***** Law Firm, **** in Ft. *****, ***** ****************************************************************** **************** ************ ********************************************** ****************. Texas bar card number ********. Mr. ** ***** ***** on behalf of the Insurance company- paid Physicians to submit misrepresentations about my care and diagnosis. Mr. ** ***** ***** hired an Independent medical examiner who worked directly with my provider at the time and concealed this information from the court and jury. Mr. ** ***** ***** deliberately dragged my case out for many years and falsely denied the ******* demand on my claim. The insurance company is responsible for the review of such a demand. My case was settled for ******* in ******************************************************************************************* to the constant threats and persistent bullying. I am in the process of reporting this issue to every possible legal system with proof and I am in the process of working with a publisher to release an expose of all fraud committed against me. I am naming all names, revealing all emails, and Civil Records. I will not stop until this case is exposed and well- known and reform is well underway. 1 starActually I negative them a stars, point blank...... Hello I am a Body Shop, and I never have had this company before until lately and now have had 2 vehicles that have them. They are a TOTALLY a JOKE to deal with!!!!!! I have been in business for almost 25 years and never had to deal stupidity and ignorance as I have been with them and I feel so very sorry for my customers who have hit someone who has them as their insurance.
