      I was rear-ended by a driver whom has Kemper as their insurance and they don't even have a license. How can this person be listed as a driver but not have a driver's license.I don't understand how all these unheard of "insurance" places provide coverage to individuals that should NOT even be behind the wheel.

      Hello my name is ******** my mother has passed away in October and we have not received and pay out from them they told my sister and I that a check will be mailed out on a certain date and they lied to us about when a check was supposed to be mailed out also they take all day to get with the adjuster we been waiting over 90 days to get paid from our mothers life insurance I feel like they need to be more careful on how they talk to people during a time of grievance I don't recommend for getting life insurance with them think about your futures before doing business with them

      Dont pay a cent to this scam organization. My brother got hit by another car and they didnt pick up the phone for months. My brother got a lawyer and found out his insurance(Kemper) and the other insurance(Allstate) both agreed to close the claim even tho their was a police report in my brothers favor. They are a very nasty company dont pay them a cent

      Sent me to collections over $36. They stopped doing business in my state, so I had to find a new insurance company. Apparently they failed to collect the full amount from my mortgage company on my last payment, and decided to ruin my credit over their mistake. I paid them thousands of dollars over the years, never collected a *****, they s**** up, I suffer.

      Horrible. Unable to speak with anyone. I have put in a claim with them due to one of their clients crashing into me, and it been two weeks and I havent been able to reach anyone. At this point Ill be speaking with my lawyer. Horrible service. The adjuster ignores my calls her name is ****** *******. I have left messages on top of message and nothing. Horrible.

      The agent ***** ****** does Answer The phone or call back been without a car for two months now I was hit in a head on collision when their driver was on the wrong side of the street with me and my 8 year old daughter in the car They totaled my car out but yet have not sent a check or call back to let me know whats going or why its taking so long.

      If I can give no stars I would so Im fully covered by Kemper a ****** ****** is very unprofessional dose not return calls a dose not answear. As well as **** ***** they denied my claim but did not one of them had the courtesy to contact me to notify me. I had to call to find out an they given me a reason that makes no scence my vehicle was involved in a hit an run an they dined my claim saying cause my vehicle was in motion when it was hit but makes no scence cause my vehicle is fully covered so if it was hit while driving why wouldnt I file my claim saying I got hit while driving an the other person left. If my car is fully covered what is the reason for me to lie about it I feel they just dont wanna cover the cost a wanna keep taking my money. They are very poor service an unprofessional they should be taken of as an insurance company they are just robbing people for there money

      Hello! My mother suddenly passed away recently. As I was going through her bills I noticed a premium was being deducted from her account each month for an apartment she hadn't lived in over four years. I informed Kemper Life of the passing of my mom. I also ask why was the policy still active for an address my mom hadn't lived in years. First I was told maybe she didn't call to change the address or maybe she forgot to cancel the policy. My response; She's no longer here with us to tell her side, but what I do know is mother was on a small fixed income she wouldn't be paying on an apartment she no longer lived. I believe she called to give an updated address and no one made the change. I spoke with a Kemper Life manager and was told no matter where she lived her policy would've have followed. Oh really! I'm sure had she needed to put in a claim, the first thing the insurance company would've probably said, oh no that address is not covered under this policy. I was also told that her policy would be canceled now that she's decease. Well, I received a notice for premium due for November and December? How is that when you were notified of her passing.The next day I received a $15 check in my mom name from Kemper Life. She paid Kemper Life 4 years on an apartment she did not live and they sent a $15 check unbelievable. Clearly someone is not properly doing their job, and haven't done so in four years.

      Actually I negative them a stars, point blank...... Hello I am a Body Shop, and I never have had this company before until lately and now have had 2 vehicles that have them. They are a TOTALLY a JOKE to deal with!!!!!! I have been in business for almost 25 years and never had to deal stupidity and ignorance as I have been with them and I feel so very sorry for my customers who have hit someone who has them as their insurance. they don't respond back and DO NOT pay their bills, I am so frustrated like no other and wish I knew what I can do or who I could contact, totally the company out there.

      Recently, a customer of ******************** hit my vehicle from behind. The process and experience thus far has been frustrating, inconsistent, unprofessional, and unreliable with one way communication. The latest phone call I was told by the adjuster assigned to my case that a "Manager" approval was required to send me a check, but here is the kicker, she says she could not tell me if that would be done in 2hrs, 2wks, or 2years and was just best for me to wait on her phone call. That is unacceptable in customer service at any level, in any industry. I've left a voice message to the manager, and I'm giving one day to receive a response. If I dont hear back, I'm sending a detailed email to every ***************** of Directors in the Kemper Corporation telling about my experience and the type of individuals they have operating in their company. I'd rather not escalate that far, but I will, if I dont get a solution. I have all of their email addresses.
