      I AM ON THE FENCE....I was extremely happy at my "full coverage on two pink slip owned vehicles one being a classic" being only $172.00 a month. I was however involved in an auto accident I was not at fault and lost everything on one which I made a claim and I was shocked that they paid $15,000.oo to the guilty party since they received injuries, rather than reimbursing me for my losses while they go to court against her insurance company. I have had some life changes and no longer have documents with things such as VIN #'s which they say I need to provide in order to tell me what's going on with my claim and they locked out the agent that linked me up with them so I was unable to retrieve vin numbers through the office. I feel abandoned as a consumer when the law was on my side and am disheartened at their quickness to cut a check to the guilty party while leaving the policy holder in limbo since 2022

      My company has a 2017 Chevrolet Express van with commercial insurance. Someone drilled a hole in the gas tank to steal the fuel. We had no choice but to get the vehicle into the shop and get the fuel tank replacement immediately. The repair bill was $2500, that included a new oem tank from the dealership. (quickest fuel tank available). Submitted the invoice to the insurance company and they only paid $1,131 because they found a used fuel tank at a wrecking yard for $385. Is that what adjusters do now adays, search wrecking yards? Then pay claims based off of used parts they find online? Then what happens when the used part fails, we are stuck paying for something that wasn't done correctly in the first place.

      They agents dont even come pick up the premium the always rewrite people policy or let it lapses they dont contact you when its due they **** they dont care about customer service they care about only they pay check Im am a former employee they or not right to they customers

      I am working with one of your adjusters now on an active claim. My car bumper needed replacing. The process dragged on because your supplier is very bad quality. The part was returned THREE times, and the car was in the shop for three weeks. Now you are telling me that you will not cover the full cost of the rental. I will not accept any less than the offered $25 daily for every day that car was unavailable to me and in the shop. (that is $525) Never in the 15 years of experience with machines did I have to return a part three times. I work with automated cutters - which are precise machines (with 1/64 tolerance). A bumper is not a complex part that has to move or perform any other mechanical function. It is unreasonable that your supplier would be so low quality - that the part would get returned thrice. You are cutting corners and saving money at the expense of other people. Someone, ANYONE, please take accountability. And please ask your adjusters to email back people.

      This company is the worst company ever. I'm changing my life insurance. They very slow to respond to requests. My property manager is still looking for the paperwork from them for my recertification. They have often lost my policy card that I send them. & Sometimes I have to call them to ask them to return it. I wouldn't recommend this company ever. I can't even get a hold of my agent either.

      I have never encountered a more unprofessional and unorganized company before. I currently have a open case with Kemper regarding my 2023 Chevrolet truck that is now a total loss due to an accident. This process has been the most stressful insurance claim I have ever gone through. I have had the most disrespectful adjusters like ************************* Ext *******. I called because its been more than a week and I have gotten nothing resolved and no call back, I finally got a hold of him after 1 entire week ******************* to leave me talking on the phone and hanging up on my face. I am completely in regret that I had my full coverage with Kemper, it has been a complete nightmare.

      I was in a car accident on Valentine's **** I tried to get a hold of my adjuster many times. I left her my name and number. She never called me back. I had to call customer service. For them to get ahold of her. When she called me. She was so rude and non helpful, she had the biggest attitude. So I would rate there service a big fat 0 if I could.

      Title: Beware: Kemper Home Insurance Falls Short When You Need Them Most As a 28 years long-time customer of ******************** Home **********************, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with their services. For years, I faithfully paid my premiums, believing that I was adequately protected in case of any unfortunate events. However, when the time came to file a claim, Kemper's true colors were revealed and they were anything but reassuring.My recent experience with Kemper has been nothing short of a nightmare. While repairing the framework on the house we noticed possible hail damage which was also confirmed by a roofing company Lifetime Quality. I promptly filed a claim with Kemper, expecting them to fulfill their end of the agreement. To my dismay, my claim was summarily denied, citing the damages on the roof where not caused by the hail storm.The denial process was not only frustrating but also insulting. Despite providing thorough documentation and evidence of the damages incurred, Kemper seemed determined to evade their responsibility. Their claims adjusters were rude, unhelpful and dismissive, showing little empathy for the distressing situation I was facing.What's worse is that my experience is not an isolated incident. A quick search online reveals countless other policyholders who have been similarly mistreated by Kemper when attempting to make legitimate claims. It appears that Kemper's business model revolves around collecting premiums without any intention of providing the coverage promised.In conclusion, I urge anyone considering Kemper Home Insurance to think twice before entrusting them with their hard-earned money. Despite years of faithful payments, Kemper has proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unreliable when it truly matters. Save yourself the headache and choose an insurance provider that values their customers and honors their commitments.

      .I leave emails and voicemails and still dont get a respond back.Kemper is the worst insurance ever.I also left emails for the supervisor and still no respond.I will most likely *** them.

      One of their covered drivers rear ended me which punched a hole and caused paint damage to my bumper. I supplied photos of the accident, including a closeup of the damaged area. I received a call from one of the agent, they claimed I was lying about the hole, and that I purposefully induced it (because they'd have to replace the entire bumper if that wasn't the case.) They were only offering $350 for the settlement. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone receiving such a small settlement for vehicular damage. Even a beat-up, old vehicle would require more than $350 solely from the labor alone. I get the entire business model of an insurance company is to make money for doing absolutely nothing, but you need to take more consideration for smaller-sized accidents. I get trying to nickel and dime an accident that is magnitudes higher in severity, but being dismissive and overall cheap with smaller ones is foul. Great way to get your name out there guys!To follow up, I supplied images of my vehicle a week before the accident and clearly there was no hole. They didn't budge and I didn't have the money or time to consider hiring a lawyer, which is the exact reason why they didn't budge.
