I ordered an item on Nov. 28th 2022 order# N22-37230. I wanted to exchange the item, but there is no way to contact them. It says to use the IM and I did, then it just stops working. I log into my account click the item and all it does is want me to purchase it again. I've tried to email and reach out on social media, but I get nothing? All I want is to make the return. I ordered a normest AirTag wallet on 12/10/22 for $53.95 I ordered the wrong item so i immediately emailed them seeing if I could switch my order or cancel it to get the right item. I never received a response but the website says you can return up to 45 days after you receive item. I received it 12/28/22 and went right on the site to make an account to return it. On the return page it loads and loads but never gets to a point where you can start a return. I emailed them 3 different times over the last 2 weeks about help to make a return and they never replied when the website says emailed will be replied in 2-3 days. I tried reaching out on Instagram and also nothing. Im unable to return this wallet i never wanted.Initial Complaint

Order Dec 7th, did not receive till January 5TH, EMPTY PACKAGE. I have tried every day since I received this empty package to contact this business. They dont provide an email, phone number or anything. I tried on their social media pages that I have now learned are fake! They block you. What kind of business is this??? A scam! I purchased 3 wallets from an online company called Normest. The product was cheaply made and I want to return them. I go to the site and follow the directions for returns BUT it is impossible to return--there is a bug in their system that prevents the return from going through (there is an error in the console logs when trying to initiate a return. This means initiating a return on their website is currently not possible). I then contacted the online chat which is a bot and I, as the customer, cannot type any information or reach an actual human. There is no way to call or email this company either. The site states that returns can be made within '45 days of purchase and is quick and easy on the site'. This is fraudulent.Initial Complaint

I ordered a wallet online from this company. It was delivered properly with no issues. After receipt of it, I decided I wanted a different kind, so I went back to the companys website to see about a return. The policy states full refunds are available if initiated within 45 days. The website says to pull up the order, click start a return and go from there.I have attempted nearly 30 times to start a return, but each time when I click that link, the Normest system shows a continuous thinking circle and says its retrieving order information. This circle remains and the order information never loads, therefore I am never able to start the return. I have tried this from multiple devices on multiple internet connections, so my device and connection are not the problem.I have gone to the contact us page to get help. The chat feature there does not connect me with a live person, so thats been no help; the automated chat system refers me to the returns page. No where is there a phone number to call. It took me several days to find an email address to attempt. I emailed them my situation and have not heard back. That was a week ago. Their website says they will return messages within 2-3 business days, although ironically they do not readily list a way to message them.I have now emailed them twice with no response. My husband purchases an Air tag wallet/Aluminum Money Clip on Dec. 9th. He received the wallet Dec. 28th. Upon receiving, he felt the quality of the wallet was very low and for the price he paid $64.75 with Tax he decided wanted to return it. He went onto the website where on the main page (*****************************************) it the company states they have "Hassle-Free Returns"...but when we logged in to his account and click on "start return" a circle just keeps spinning and spinning...we waited up to 5 minutes at one point...tried different browsers and still does not go through. When you click on the "contact us page". This is what is listed....with NO PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL ADDRESS: Have a question? I purchased a wallet from Normest.com. I tried to cancel the order within minutes after placing it. I couldn't. There also was no customer service phone number or email. I received the wallet and discovered it is not the quality that they claimed on their website. I want to return the item for a full refund. On the website, it states that there is a "no hassle return" policy. However, when I clicked on the link to "start a return" the website just spins and goes no where. I tried this at least 10 times. I looked for a phone number or an email but there is nothing. It states the item must be returned within 45 days. How in the heck am I supposed to return this item if I can't get through. I believe this is a fraudulent company selling cheap Chinese junk. I purchased a Wallet for Christmas early part of December. The wallet came and did not function as promised. I attempted to submit a return. The website kept buffering. I dont want on ********* post as a vendor send an email, explaining the website issues and requesting a refund and have not heard back from the business there is not a phone number to contact them nor is there an email address to send or report any issues. They have a 45 day return policy that is soon to expire.
