Item: AirTag Wallet - Aluminum Money Clip / Matte Black Date of the transaction: 9/6/2022 Cost of the wallet: $57.33 Order number: N22-1958 The business claimed to have a lifetime warranty. And still lists this on their warranty page Normest products come with a no-hassle, no-rhetoric lifetime guarantee. The wallet broke a year after I purchased it. The AirTag holder will not stay together and multiple screws have fallen out (see photo). I tried to submit a warranty claim through their website twice and have not received any response. I made a purchase from ***************** on June 17, 2023. I purchased a black AirTag wallet that came with a warranty for quality I paid **** for the wallet which tore at the seams within a month I have sent five different emails to Normas with pictures and proof of purchase asking for a replacement. I got a Normest Leather AirTag wallet in November of 2022. The order number was N22-12395. I used the wallet only for a few of months, with very few items held in the actual wallet. A couple months ago, one of the seams ripped, leaving most of the wallet unusable. This was clearly a manufacturing defect due to the lack of items held in the wallet. The company Normest claims to have a lifetime warranty if the item was ordered through their site (in which mine was), all you have to do is provide some information on their site. I have since filed a warranty claim through their website twice, and have not received any communication back from them. I have tried to find a customer service email or phone number to contact, but there is not one in existence. Upon further research, I have found countless sites with hundreds of reviews having the same issue. The company clearly does not respect its consumer by claiming they provide means for refunds and warranty claims, but never gives the customer a reply. I am hoping this claim helps shed light on this mistreatment of hundreds of consumers. In terms of my case, I am hoping for a replacement wallet, or to at least get a refund for the $40 purchase that did not live up to its word.Initial Complaint

I purchased two wallets online from the company Normest. The first was purchased on 9/5/23 for $49.56. The ************* was purchased on 9/15/23 for $89.25. I decided I wanted to return the first wallet immediately after I received it. I sent them a request for a refund through their website the day after it was delivered on 9/14/23. I have received no response from them, and have since sent another request and reached out to them on Instagram. Upon further looking, they have no information about a location of their business, email, or phone number to contact them. The only thing I could find was that they are based on *********** ********** in their Instagram biography. However, I do not believe this because my product was shipped from out of the country. Their Instagram allows no comments so there is no way of knowing this company is a scam. Their marketing is great but the product is not of quality. I would like to return both wallets but there is absolutely no way of getting a response from them.Initial Complaint

Their wallet fell apart shortly after purchase. For months I have tried contacting them, their website offers only contact through submitted warranty claim.NEVER REPLIED. Multiple attempt to contact. Purchased an AirTag wallet on July 3. Despite multiple emails for return there has been no response. Looked up BBB complaints and found many with the same.Terrible company - should be shut down.
