Although the website has a banner that says "hassle free returns", there is no way to initiate a return. The instructions they give don't work and they do not respond to emails. There is also no phone number available to call. They only accept returns within 45 days, but say it may take two weeks for it to synch and show delivered. I've waited three weeks and there is no delivered status.Initial Complaint

Been trying to return an item from them for over a month and they completely ignore me. Tried every email alias I can find as well as messaging them on social media. It's funny how they have time to respond to positive posts but when they send you a damaged product they will completely ignore you and keep your money. On June 15, 2023, I ordered a Slide Wallet, Carbon Fiber for my husband from NORMEST on the company's website. They offer a full return if not satisfied with the product for which I paid $64.90 using my credit card. The order # was N22 ******. It was delivered on June 29th, but was too small for my husband's needs, so I tried to return it via the return policy on the website. I have now sent three emails and have followed all the return steps, but they never send an address for a return. They have not contacted me in any way. Since then, I have read scathing reports on the BBB website about this fraudulent company. No where on the NORMEST website is a phone number or mailing address. All I want is to send this product back in its original packaging and receive a refund as advertised. Thank you for any help you may offer!Initial Complaint

The homepage says ****** free returns. There isnt even a way to return. Ive waited 14 days since delivery date, as per the *** page, and upon logging into my account there is still no option to return. It just says order fulfilled not delivered, even though I did receive a confirmation email that my order was delivered and I did get it in my mailbox. Super disappointed. Nothing is even wrong with the product: I just got it as a gift for someone and the recipient already received something similar, so I just needed to return for a change of mind. Online reviews on Trust Pilot all cite this same exact issue. Absolutely no response from customer service after submitting to their contact page. I spent $39.95 plus taxes of $2.40 for a total of $42.35 for a product that has sat unopened and unused for several weeks.Initial Complaint

I ordered an air tag wallet for my husband for father's day on 06/12/2023 . Despite being represented as a company based in ***********, the item shipped directly from *****. When it arrived, it was of very poor quality and did not look like the pictures on the website. I read on the website that I needed to create an account and follow the steps to return the item, which I did. I was instructed that I can return an item when its status changes from "fufilled" to "delivered" which it still has not done despite being delivered over two weeks ago. I fear that it will never change status, and that my repeated attempts at contacting the company will go unanswered. I purchased 2 items from Normest and, upon receiving them, decided they did not meet my needs. I have tried 4 times to contact them on the website after logging into my account. I could not find a way to initiate a return of the items and to get a refund despite their website saying they will accept a return and refund the purchase price. I ordered a leather wallet online from norms (normest-store.com). Order number N22-111196. Cost: $54.95. Ordered on May 1, 2023. I sought to return said item, as it was not what was expected, following the instructions and stipulations of returning an item (free returns with 30 days of purchase). This involved creating an online account at the store's site, and then going to order page within my account and following return instructions from there. The only problem was there is no place within the order page to submit a request. I looked at FAQ's and they said it can take up to two weeks for a return option to appear on the order page, so I waited. I have check back several times since then, and it has been nearly two months. I have reached out through the contact us form on their website twice, and have had no responses from any rep from the company, so there is literally no way to return the product for a refund.Initial Complaint

Placed and order and received it no problem. After 5 months of use the wallet split right along the stitching seam. According to the website filed a warranty claim via the contact us link but never received any response. No way to send pictures either. I ordered the air tag wallet for $59.95 on 2/17/23, order number N22-88657. I received the wallet on 3/5/23, I began trying to return the wallet that day. I have attempted 7 times to return using the instructions on their website, and have been unsuccessful. There is no way to communicate with a customer service team, no way to process a refund.
